I absolutely enjoy my visit! The staff was friendly and professional. COVID safety they take your temperature before going in. Only appointments.I was nervous at first but the doctor did an amazing job no pain. Definitely recommend this location 👌

NO PAIN! With the amount of treatments I have had in the past at numerous dental offices, St James Dental Group really knows how to treat patients with CARE. No pain, I felt no pain when it came to my treatment & I believe that is something every patient wants to feel. I highly recommend that if you want to be treated with care go to St James!

Ever since I started coming to this location several years ago, I was unable to find a better place. This location is quintessential when it comes to service and everything you need to have a satisfactory visit. The staff are really nice, helpful, and understanding. Although I may have other dentist locations around my home city, the drive here is definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Zinati is very gentle. I didn’t have any discomfort. She is a great dentist and is very experienced. She is very caring and makes you feel at ease. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

I will never come back to this place again. They did a root canal and left a file in my tooth. They also filed my tooth so much that I had to get a bridge done. Not only that but the dentist that was assisting me cut up my cheek and I told her she was hurting me she said I can’t give you more anesthetic. I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t my tooth that was hurting but the side of my month she didn’t listen and just continued. She didn’t speak English very well when I left and when the numbness went away i noticed that almost the entire inside of my cheek was cut up. I guess when she was filing down my tooth she got my cheek I couldn’t eat or drink because it would burn and sting. I was a miner when this happen and i told my mom she did take my back and told them what was happening and tried to show them how they left my cheek. They said that in the paper she had signed they said this could happen. So we couldnt sue them. I got my root canal redone and turns out they didn’t do it right so that’s why I had pain. This place should be closed.

Like many people, I had been looking for a professional dentist, professional staff, cleanliness, and due to my job that would offer late afternoon appointments. At St James Dental Group I found all of the above. The staff is very friendly and does their best to learn your name as to greet you when you come in the door. The dentist has very soft hands and I appreciate she takes the time to explain what she will be doing as well as the costs and if you agree. Also, the teeth whitening is awesome. Thank you!

I have been coming to St. James Dental since elementary, even during my college breaks, and continue to do so because I refuse to see another dentist if it is not Dr. Zinati. Besides the fact she is very attentive, she is also so meticulous and patient which I find refreshing. Moreover, her caring nature is what brings me back again. She makes the numbing process painless, and this is coming from someone who is DEATHLY afraid of needles.I just do not trust anyone else to maintain & care for my teeth like I do at this facility :D

This office is great. I had a bad toothache and was in pain, and they were able to see me with 10 minutes notices, all on new years eve. As a new patient, they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Zinati did an excellent job of explaining the issue and the course for treatment. Everyone there was great, and I would recommend this office to anyone.

Had a wonderful experiences with Dr. Zinati, shes very sweet and comforting. Ive had multiple treatments done at St. James and always leave there with a smile. The office is clean, the dental rooms are clean, and the medical staff is very careful when assisting with treatment. All her staff are professional and very welcoming. A special shot out to the ladies up front (Claudia and Fabi), they are both very efficient and have great personalities. :)I would also like to mention that they are absolutely great with kids. My 7year old son has had a few treatments, hes comfortable every time. I dont even have to worry about him being scared of being strapped down or anything crazy. They are truly patient and careful.

When I was looking for a new dentist, I read so many good reviews about St. James Dental, I decided to make an appointment and was not disappointed. Ive had nothing but positive experiences during all my appointments here. Theres hardly ever a wait, and Dr. Zinati thoroughly explains what treatment you need, the procedure involved and the costs, so you know exactly what to expect. Going to her for my dental care in the future is a no-brainer.

I have had very bad experiences with dentist.The staff is so awesome in explaining in detail before and after work is being done .I took my 8yr old and my 2yr old as well and they did not complain at all.work had to be done for me and honestly!! ** DID NOT FEEL A THING**.. My experience at St. James dental group has been very pleasant. Everyone treated me with respect, even when at times I came in in a bad mood due to personal problems, they were very understanding. The work that was done by Dr. Zinati was great! I used to be very embarrassed of my teeth and smile, but after Dr. Zinati did crowns and partials for me, I feel like a million bucks. Dr. Zinati and her team are wonderful! I was looking for a dentist near my home and found her office online and decided to make an appointment because of her high reviews. I really appreciated how flexible their scheduling hours are, they close at 7pm some days which is really convenient for people like me, that work and go to school. The consultation and procedures were great as well. Dr.Zinati is very patient, she tries to keep you comfortable and provides a welcoming environment. We ended up bonding over USC, her alma mater and my current grad school! Overall, my experience was great and will be having all my dental needs covered here.

I was deathly afraid of the dentist for many years and came in for an emergency appointment after have great pain from an infected tooth. They saw me the same day and were very helpful. Such as the potency of HP, Why she chose that particular brand, What kind of outcome I could expect and the possible side effects. I found Dr. L Zinati to be a very good listener, informative and reassuring. My questions and concerns were all answered.When I walked into the office, her staff was friendly and welcoming. I went in for the zoom whitening and they did not seem to know what they were doing. One of the doctors got gauze stuck to my gums and she was asking her assistant if she knew how to apply it. After being in pain I asked to switch doctors to finish the job. I left the dental office with and unfinished procedure and burned gums. My 300 bks went to waste!
