Christina Petner is absolutely wonderful! She really really knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. Highly recommend her. She has seriously helped me so much with the stress of filing my taxes.

I just had to drop off my taxes and the office and they were done the same day and I was able to pick them up a day or so later.

The people today were rude, took forever and insulting because I had several jobs. I was in a car accident I should have died in, then had Covid for a month and should have been hospitalized, but after the accident, didnt want to see another hospital. My husband is disabled and my son lost my job. I did what I could to save my house and family. And Lisa made it sound like I was a bother because I had multiple jobs. In front of another client. And then, Karen, who is the rudest person my husband has met, told another client his name. No privacy. So unprofessional. It was a good thing my husband was there. I wanted to go up and confront them, but I was extremely upset. Lisa also scolded my husband after waiting over an hour past his appt time, that he should have used that time to be better prepared for some of her questions. I was at work, and answered as promptly as I could!!!! Then, she took a personal call when he was talking to me.

The tax pro who helped me, Albert, was extremely helpful and patient in taking care of my tax difficulties. He was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner and provided the best approach to my tax situation.

My Tax Professional had the payment I owed in Federal sent to the wrong place. Now Im stuck playing phone tag between the IRS and the State revenue offices to try and get this mess sorted out.

Our agent explained everything so we could easily understand things and went about and beyond to help us!
