Never answered phone

I dont know where to begin. My whole experience with this company has been horrible.I reached out to Youve got maids in Crown Point Indiana to clean my townhome for a party I was having a few days later. I asked for the general clean and the additional service of wiping my baseboards. They gave me an estimate of $120-$168 and promised 4 people. I had planned to have someone meet them at the house as I work almost an hour away.To start, they showed up almost 45 minutes late and never called to let me know and in the interim I had called over a dozen times and received no answer. Once they arrived there was only 2 maids not 4 and the service just got worse. Just a few of the items they screwed up and or didnt do: didnt wipe down the baseboards, every mirror in my house was incredibly streaked, didnt wipe any smudges from light switches or doors, my bedroom furniture had horrible streaks all over it as well as the tvs, didnt dust the ceiling fan, didnt dust any window sills, didnt clean sliding glass door, didnt wipe any bathroom faucets and didnt even move the dining room chairs to clean the floor. They were there for only 90 minutes.They were supposed to call before charging my credit card and never did, but of course they managed to charge me the high end of the estimate. When I called to complain two days later they said I didnt call within the 24 guarantee time frame and that they didnt charge me for the time it took my stepdad to get back to my house to let them out....it is only 2 miles how long could they have had to wait considering they were still cleaning when he got there and then the maids had the audacity to get rude with my stepfather when he asked why they didnt wipe under the dining room chairs.. I had to spend another $100 due to the short notice to have another service come out and fix everything that was done so horribly. The second company blew Youve Got Maids out of the water in terms of cleaning and customer service.DO NOT USE Youve got Maids no matter how desperate you are. They hire unqualified people and perform subpar work and have to be the rudest and worst cleaning company I have ever had clean my house.A 5 year old could do a better job.This place is a RIPOFF.
