They barely clean, and overcharge.. Tjeybare rude and unprofessional. Wpuldnt not recommend.

Constant Clean is amazing! I have been with them for over a decade, both out of the Munster office and the Crown Point office. The ladies are always thorough and nice, the house looks good, and we have the best team doing our house now! They are wonderful with my dogs and their cleaning skills are out of this world. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone whos looking to have a consistent, reliable service clean their house.

I was WAY overcharged for a deep cleaning that ended up being a basic clean. My house still had cobwebs and dust left in almost every room, baseboards and woodwork in kitchen were not cleaned, even a toilet was left un-cleaned! I called to complain and was told they would send a crew back out to the house to review and go back over what was not completed. They made a list over phone of my complaints. The crew arrived, had no idea what they were there to work on and when my mother in law left not even half hour later, my neighbor advised me that they left right after her. If I wanted a basic clean, it wouldnt have been that bad but I did get charged $170 additional of a basic clean and I have to now finish cleaning the house. The carpet edgings werent even vacuumed.I had 3 people at my office waiting for my opinions on the work I received, as they were going to call for estimates. They wont be contacting this company now. I would NOT recommend them, unless you want a basic clean at an extreme price rate!

I was also way over charged for a “deep clean”. The house is empty and it’s like all they did was clean the bathrooms. And they avoided the main part I wanted cleaned which was the kitchen. 2 women 3 hours. Very disappointed would not recommend.

This is the WORST company they try to squeeze you out of every penny I used to work for them and it was a MAJOR difference how their company handled things compared to my last company I worked for and they would purposely try to make us stay over to get a certain price from a customer they do not do real “deep cleaning” it’s the basics of what I could do at home they talk about customers and their living conditions and just do not practice good honest business I would NOT recommend
