Dealing with McCormick Real Estate was a professional and enjoyable experience, it exceeded all my expectations. During my contact with McCormick Real Estate my interactions were almost entirely with Jeff expect for a couple of pleasurable encounters with Melissa. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! This is my first google review because I want to save others stress and heartache. We lost thousands of dollars and were homeless for weeks because this company does not care about people. We were in their rental home for less than 24 hours because there were no smoke detectors and the heat did not work. They don’t even keep up with the most basic of renter’s rights. Our 3 month old baby had to sleep in a 60 degree house. When no repair company arrived the next day, there was no apology and no solution given. We ended the lease immediately. They promised to return our money but then never picked up the phone. We had to use friends and family’s phones just to trick them into picking up our calls. When that stopped working, we went to the office where Jeff hid in a back office while his secretary lied multiple times telling us he was out. Within a week, we hired a lawyer and threatened to bring him to court. ONLY when we were days away from court did they return a portion of the promised refund. Please think twice before working with this company!!

My husband and I searched for two years until we found our home in July 2020. Jeff was with us from start to finish and was very patient with us as our criteria for a home often changed. He showed us dozens of homes, never once cancelled, and we always felt like a priority. We received emails immediately once the market updated as well. There are not enough words to express how extremely disappointed I am in this company!! I’ve given them several chances and still they cease to amaze me on how TERRIBLE their customer service is. I have dealt with this company both personally and professionally, and every encounter was a nightmare.First time using them, I almost lost out on a rental property because they couldn’t get my application processed to the landlord in a timely manner. After the initial rental agreement, they were out of the picture at that property—THANK GOD. I was able to let that go because they were only assisting my landlord in getting the property rented.Second time I used them really made me understand that at the end of the day they do not appreciate their customers what-so-ever! Once my lease was signed I was to pay directly to McCormick and deal with them for all of my needs because my landlord was out-of-state. Fine. But the second something goes wrong and you need something other than a rent check cashed, GOOD LUCK. I had to pull teeth to get them out to fix my garage door that wouldn’t open while my car was stuck inside because the person in charge of that department was unavailable (as always) for whatever reason. I got a personal (nasty) phone call from the owner, Trinity, telling me she’s working on it, although she was clearly annoyed she had to get involved.Two months before my one year lease was up, the kitchen ceiling started falling apart due to a roof leak. I contacted the head of the rental department again....and again....and again. Finally, after making all the arrangements myself, a company sent someone out to look at the roof about 2 weeks before our move-out date. Who knows if they ever got it repaired after that.And my FINAL breaking point with them was the deposit check! IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. No one returns your calls or emails. They count bother to send me my ‘final walk through’ paperwork, although it was promised to me on 3 separate occasions. The office staff is definitely trained to tell you repetitively when you call that “we legally have 45 days to return your deposit”. I think it was repeated to me about 100 times. And after about 10 unreturned phone calls on the 41st day—when I called in a rage having had NO information sent to me about the deposit money, I was connected with the owner, Trinity, for the second time. I couldn’t get a single word in when trying to express my frustration with the communication between the company and myself. She finally asked me “do you want my help or not?”...which is unacceptable coming from a BUSINESS OWNER.As I said before, most of my dealings with this company dealt with rentals, but they left such a bad taste in my mouth that I would not even consider them to help me find my first home. Awful, rude, unprofessional company. All the negative reviews are not a lie. Take you business elsewhere!!!!

Terrible Experience, called about many homes and received no service or calls. We went in and talked about a home for sale and said they would call us later that day. Days later I found out the home fell through and we had no call. I had no time to play around we had cash and needed to find a home.We had already spoken another realtor and put a bid in. They called way later. Not good time or ambition to sell the house.

Where should I begin. In my opinion dealing with this company many words come to mind. I think they have some very questionable business practices that quit possibly should be looked at by the association of realtors. Very slow or no response to my realtors text or phone calls. In my opinion they manipulate the system to put themselves in a multiple bid situation by saying one thing and doing another i.e. accepted offer then some delay, offer expires a day later a reason given, another offer given, we never received that, meanwhile more offer come in, open house, multiple bids. Once again in my opinion very unprofessional and deceptive business practices at best.

Called their office several times & no return call. We would have given them lots of business. We went with another company instead. One star is nor good enough! And they are suppose to be a broker professional, no wonder they advertise all over.
