They know nothing about communication. I had to reach out to them all the time, they only called me once or twice. They did little to keep me in the loop. 8 out of 10 conversations were initiated by me. I did get the results I wanted but it was like pulling teeth and took a few months longer than anticipated. Little to no communication from them to me.
