I am a property manager/real estate broker and needed to have a few properties remediated for mold in the attic and crawl space. Now I had to have them clean raccoon droppings in an attic of a listed house. They are so attentive to detail and respond quickly. They are also very dependable. They show up when they say they will and are fairly priced, which is key for what I do as a broker. I would use them in my own home too.

They did a great job removing mold from my attic and crawl space

MasterClean did an amazing job on our house. We were having work done to get our Indiana house ready for sale but had already moved to Texas so had to coordinate everything long distance. We were having a problem with several of our service providers...but not MasterClean. Teresa was fabulous; she helped me with cost estimate and setting the appointment. She was friendly and professional, even when I had to reschedule twice due to other work not being completed in time. The technician contacted me when he was on his way and was on time for the appointment. We had all the carpets cleaned and deodorized as well as all the tile and grout cleaned. He did an amazing job in all areas in a quick and timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

We recently purchased a home in Northwest Indiana. The pre-purchase inspection found some mold in the basement/crawl space. MasterClean was able to give us a reasonable estimate in time to negotiate with the sellers, then performed the work once we took possession. They were extremely professional and competent. The work took place while we were out of the house and everything was left in good order. We would certainly hire them again, and would trust them to perform the work in our absence.Excellent rating. I will be using them every time I need a rug cleaned! They did an excellent job on my hand woven, wool rug. The cost was 1/5th the price of Americlean. Very good customer service too!
