The cleaner arrived on time and wore a mask the entire time (cleaning was during COVID). He told us that one stain on the carpet might not be able to be removed (we have an old dog who sometimes has accidents) but then he spent a lot of extra time and effort and was able to remove it. He used a ramp to pull up his equipment over our stairs instead of just dragging it up, which I also really appreciated. I would definitely use their services again.
