Oil Exchange is my go to oil changing place. The prices are competitive and you can usually find coupons/discounts online. The oil change process is quick and painless and they provide information about other problems your car might have. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend Oil Exchange.

Not happy with the way they cleaned the inside of my car. I paid $30.00 for a wash and clean inside. Not a good job on the inside...

I love getting my oil changed there. The guys are very nice and they do a thorough job.

They do a good job. They hand dry what the blower doesnt get. I always go here.

Their service staff its always changing. Their quality and pride of putting out a good wash has diminished over the years. I go there once in awhile because its close to my house. I personally dont recommend them.

Went there today. Despite what website says they always would wipe down doors, console, dash, steering wheel etc. But guy told me today they were told by boss to stop doing it. So needless to say I wont be back. If I have to come home and clean the inside of my car anyway Im sure not paying you. Dad used to do a nice job. Now you not only lost my car wash business will get my oil changed somewhere else also.

Went in and spent 35$, floors got vacuumed but that was it! Said it was an additional charge to vacuum the seats. Said they washed it but still had bugs all over the windshield. Could have gone to Baileys for 5$ more and then I could have even got my carpets shampooed. Wont be going back

I like that they have guys to hand dry your car after a wash, but vacuums need to be emptied, serviced or something, because their suction sucks (no pun intended)

Workers were very rude. Only thing that saved it was that the wash was free with the oil change. Wash job looks ok.

I asked them to clean my car inside and out and they charged me $30. They didnt even wipe down my dashboard or clean anything except the interior windows. This wasnt what I was expecting. I will not be going back. Someone needs to open a real car wash service in Crown Point.

They didn’t wash/dry top of truck, bed cover, mirrors, or step boards. Pay extra for a truck. I asked about washing top of my truck, they said “only short people working today”. Will not be going back
