Love this place! Fast, free vacuum, great monthly plans, and keeps my car spotless!

I have the monthly pass and I love it. Probably come through the car wash 3x a week. The wash always does a great job of getting my car clean. After the wash, I pull into the spots and vacuum and empty garbage. Also, towels are provided to help dry off those spots the car wash missed.

Love this car wash....BUT knew it was too good to be true...I went today and the $3 car wash is now $5 and I did not see any extra service or application and the attendant did not even know if there was an extra application for the extra money....it did not go up a dollar as you may expect,...but it went up $2.. I do not know how much they will save because I am on a budget and my car wash every two weeks is now going to be every three weeks.

I love coming here. It’s very convenient for me, right after work. One of the first times I went through, my antenna snapped right off and the owner replaced it for me at no charge.His business has been a great asset to crown point. I’d love love love to see a dog wash put in at some point. There’s only one other here and the water is way too hot and it’s incredible loud. That would be my only suggestion. Keep up the great business. Thank you!

First time going in and I was satisfied with the traffic flow and quality of the wash. The detail area could have been designed better. As cars exit the wash the detailing area is a little tight as there is only one way in and out of the area which could create a minor bottleneck. I only waited about 3 minutes to back my vehicle out of the detail space and exit the property. Other than that... Ill be back!

Amazing and quick service! I always have an amazing shine on my truck, and the soap has a great smell! Amazing towels to dry off my car quickly. Not only that but the car wash is dirt cheap and way better than one you can get at a gas station for double the price!

I went through the carwash today as I have done many times. There was a younger boy directing the cars through. Halfway through the wash my tire pressure said pressure low, 21 psi. This is a brand new car! I dried it off thinking I would air it up at the nearest gas station. I got on Broadway and it was flat in 3 minutes. I had it taken to Discount Tire and there was no nail in it. Im not sure how, but the track flattened my tire.Edit: Then perhaps it was something on the belt that flattened my tire. Last week, the carwash stopped suddenly halfway through and we were at a standstill for several minutes. I recorded that incident. Shame on me for returning. Theres mechanical issues with your carwash. Perhaps you should focus on fixing those issues instead of laughing at the loyal customers who have supported you since you opened. I now know to pay more somewhere else for quality service.

One bank of vacs barely works and they keep the other vacs turned off. The Manager must be playing some sort of game at the customers expense. Too bad, because the car washing is very good. But dont expect any quality service from the car vacs.

Great wash, plenty of microfiber towels to use for final detailing. Good vacuums and they always have music jamming!

Everything I come here the Attendant tells me to move forward then I’m off track, and the car wash always gets stuck .. I have a 2021 new jeep and it’s ruining it…. Who else freaks out when it stops !!!

Cant go wrong when paying for car wash and the attendant tells you to keep your receipt as it is your ticket for your next car wash, since it is a 2 for 1. 2nd wash if used again within 30 days. Not just a wash but exactly what you paid for. No short cuts here. Great job done for great price.

Fast, cheap, and convenient. There is always someone to help you check out, which is very convenient when you have a low car. The bug wash before you enter is insanely convenient to make sure that stubborn dirt and bugs get washed off. Prices are very reasonable. Self-service (free) vacuums are an amazing amenity that ensures that ALL of your car is clean when you leave.

My truck was badly in need of a wash so stopped by after work. There was somewhat of a line but no big deal. I was gonna get the 15$ wash because it’s a great deal. The attendant at the pay kiosk said “Go on in. You get a free wash!” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS??!! I knew this was a great car wash but this place is AWESOME!!Thank You Birdies!

Busy day when I visited, but unbelievably how smooth and how quickly we got through. My vehicle came out clean and the vacuums worked great even with almost all of them being used at the same time.

Car wash is ok, Vacuums are terrible. The workers found it funny that I complained about the vacuums And canceled my 2 car membership.Told me I need to go closer to the compressor and if they were filled perhaps I should come back later?? I pay a monthly premium for this car wash but was told the vacuums are free so that’s the best quality I’m going to get. Needless to say I canceled my membership and will be going elsewhere.

My first time here, I had no clue on what to do. I approached the pay station and a kind gentleman named James helped me, he was very professional and had a great sense of humor. we discussed what options would be best to clean my navigator. We found a good package and I absolutely loved it! The vacuum area was way to crowed with people so I’m going to try coming a different day to check those out! My truck was spotless and I’m happy with the money I spent. Great faculty. Professional staff. I will be returning more in the summer months! Highly recommend!

I was driving down Broadway two men were standing in the open wash bay area and your sign was lit up and said open. iti pulled in for a wash, was 7:47 and your gates were closed you open at 8:00 a.m. this is very misleading for people driving down Broadway to see two men just standing there and your sign saying open when youre not. very disappointing and a water of time for your customers.

Great carwash, I drive a big truck and this is the only place that will take my truck. It does an amazing job. Ive came here with mud everywhere and when it came out it looked brand new. This place is the go to for a carwash. Close to home and cheap and great quality doesnt get better then that.

Starting to rethink my montly membership. This place is slowly going downhill with the wash being shutdown more frequently and the vacuum cleaners not as powerful as they once were. Upsetting when ypu come to the wash and its closed

I’m happy they opened in crown point I only live a mile away, so I’m always stopping in before work or sometimes after work!

Will not go back to this establishment until proper mask wearing is demonstrated. Employees stand right next to the self serve payment machines, basically inside your car, breathing on you without masks!! They are must closer than 6 feet, more like 1!!

I come here once every 2 weeks, to get my main car clean. I come everyday to get my work truck clean. Coming from the mill it always gets dirty with the mill dust. I never have a issue and I’m always satisfied. I’ve had my window replaced and I went and spoke with the owner no hassle very polite. My daughter had a monthly plan and forgot to cancel before she left for school. He refunded her no issues. I respect the owners and the staff. The sameGuy I always see at the gate is James he’s very friendly and jokes around with me. He makes my day every time I see him. Birdies is always my go to place to get my cars cleaned. Amazing quality and the vacuums are great also. I recommend if you never been here at least go once and try it for yourself! Thanks birdies crew, I hope they open one closer to valporasio!

Came in with something a lot like limestone on my truck, completely covered. The guys let me run my truck through the was 2 more times and James went above and beyond by helping me scrub off all of it with a cleaner he had. My truck is completely clean.

My sister brought her brand new 2021 suv to get it washed and the car wash left scratches on her car. Before the owner would even look at her car he said they were not from the car wash. My sister has had this car a week and it’s now covered in scratches which are obviously from the car wash brushes. Her husband spoke with the owner and he hung up on my brother in law! Avoid!!!

My car & tires look fabulous! The monthly Ultimate Wash is a fantastic deal! The staff & owner are always happy to help! To new users... Please remember you must put your car in NEUTRAL when entering the wash. If you put your car in park, you will mess up the whole line of cars behind you because the automatic belt wont be able to advance your car.🙃 The free vacuuming & quality drying towels are a nice bonus, too. I highly recommend Birdies Car Wash!!

Best carwash in the Midwest. Kyle is great I’m always going here. The only place I’ll take my mustang to get washed. It’s gentle but it does the work. I’m a monthly member best price and you can’t beat it. 30$ a month and I come once a day! James helped me set it up! I had a small issue but Kyle took care of it quickly and professionally! I come here twice a week, I love it. My dodge is always shiny. I tried that ceramic and it was great! I wish they had some sort of machine to spray air fresheners or clean mats! Hopefully in the future! Great staff by far, some days are cold and freezing but those guys out there still have a smile and welcome me! Somtimes the line is super long but it moves and you are in and out and satisfied. Free vacuum and wipe down at the end you have to do yourself. I like that part and they have monthly plans where you get 1 wash a day. Basically just pull in when ever dont even have to roll window down. The window sticker opens the gate automatically.

Great wash for a great price. The line was long but it moved very fast. All the staff was smiling and its a great atmosphere. Love the free towels. Cant beat a 3$ carwash. The monthly plans wernt bad also. I would sign up but I dont live in the area. I was driving through and decided to give it a shot and it did a incredible job. Huge shout out to James for helping me. He even went the extra mile to help clean my mats. Great place. Everytime I drive through crown point I know where Im stopping.
