I went online to just inquire about the process of bankruptcy. I got a call at 7:00am from Mark. He was very rude, demeaning, offensive and dismissive throughout the whole conversation. Once he asked me for my debit card information and I said that I would need some time to consider if I was ready to go forward he hung up on me. Ive never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. All I did was called to get information and possibly set up an in-person consultation. I was not comfortable setting up a payment plan by giving my bank information over the phone. The senior client associate was both rude and aggressive like I was try to work for him and not the other way around. People are seeking to file for bankruptcy because of overwhelming amount of debt or some sort of financial strain. You would think they could be a bit friendly or compassionate. I have spoken to creditors nicer than them.

These people are scam artists. Period.
