There hydraulic massages do not work after staffed hours know how many times i type the number of the barcode so thats is why Im given a 2 star review

A good place to get a good workout in and the tanning beds are nice. Everything is always super clean and new and the staff is super friendly

The facility is awesome. The people who work there are friendly. Buyer Beware!!! If you decide to change your initial plan it will cost about $100. I left the gym and went to Planet Fitness for this reason. I did not know this when I signed up. This information caught me totally by surprise. Everything will be fine unless you need to make a change.

Been with the club 2 yrs and there are some staff that are and were great and some that are extremely unprofessional! I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and have been told 3 different stories about how and when to cancel it!Getting pretty fed up! I bet the owner has no clue!

They keep it so clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff and nice workout equipment.

Save the hassle. They will contradict themselves to get your membership and make it difficult to cancel while billing you an extra month. No masks and not many people wiping after themselves. How the health department didnt close these guys down is beyond me.

My membership ended in December which I would still have if it would have just continued to come out of my check like it was set up to do but no big deal besides the lady at the desk being rude even though have direct withdraw from my check for over a year... now I have got a yearly annual fee of $39 draw from my checking when I don’t even have a membership there since December. I have had to wait going on 2 weeks now to get my money back and still haven’t received it they will screw u 1 way or another

Awesome gym and employees. Me and my wife joined in August and signed up with Nick to be my trainer. Im grateful for Nick being my trainer.

I’ve only been greeted twice since I’ve been a member. No member has been taught properly how to wipe down equipment. Employees have not been taught how to greet people or to show members how to USE equipment PROPERLY! Can wait for the new gym to open.

I really want to love this place. I workout here three times a week and, in all fairness, get a great workout every time. However, I just cant get over some of my quibbles. The place is always clean and being cleaned, and I rarely have to wait for workout stations, all good things, but it drives me crazy that staff will be standing around talking while folks are doing things with equipment that are guaranteed to cause injury if continued. I spent a year and a half being professionally trained on proper form and progression, and even when the trainersare working with folks, I wince at what is being done in the name in exercise.It also greatly bothers me that I have to spend considerable time gathering and rearranging weight plates for my workout routines. The plates are stacked haphazardly (heavy plates on top of light plates, etc.) all over the room, and those same friendly staff are chatting amiably amongst themselves with no concern for the condition of the weight room.Quibbles, to be sure, but I will be looking for a new place to workout when my current contract runs out. Two years is enough.

Beware when you cancel they charge you an extra month. Im paid up till sept 6th I tanned today Aug 14. Was stopped today and told I was not supposed to be there how embarrassing. Beware

I am 65. 57 140 lbs. Probably a 6/10 for a comparative against others in my age bracket. The place is nice,clean, seemingly well run and well stocked with equipment. I have no frame of reference because I have never set foot into a gym until a month ago. Today I terminated my membership. Just couldnt hack that environment. The crappy music.. HGTV looming in my face as I hamster it on the tread mill...the noise of John Doe next to me slapping his shoes next to me as he gradually starts to fizzle. Too much stimuli.I couldnt think. Get a pair of earphones you say. Sorry not doing that. Just like many endeavors its not for everyone.I just have to purchase some equipment that will bolster the area that I find need attending to.

I do wish I could give this place a better review. I moved closer to Crossville and switched from the Cookeville gym. This place in comparison is pretty sub par. The workers would rather stand around, mess with their phones and be loud. The equipment is very nice but good luck getting weights that arent piled underneath 3 different weights that arent the same. Its fairly clean but the complete lack of effort between goers and workers makes it very frustrating to get a workout in. I also watched today as a Group Training was going on and the teachers friend came by and he just walked away from them and started messing aroun . If they can work on getting employees to actually work this gym could be a lot better.

I enjoy going to there to use the machines and the people are very friendly.

Joined another new local gym in Crossville. A member for less than 2 weeks and canceled my membership and joined Workout Anytime. Already glad I switched! Even though it cost me $63 to cancel my membership at the other gym!!!

If i could give this place a complete 0 star I would ! Its a joke ! Moved out of the area last year tried canceling my membership because there isnt another one near me and they made us finish the year out. Fine whatever so we did, but the part that boils my blood is they auto renewed us and over drafted my bank account and even though we havent walked back into the facility in the last 6 months if not MORE they WONT reimburse our funds !

Go to plant fitness this place is a scam!They wont let you cancel your membership unless it gets approved by management..they take out money there not allowed to

Excellent workout club they have hydromassage, tanning and lots of workout equipmentThey do not offer any yoga or dance classes though. Very helpful staff.

I have been going to this gym for a while. The manager (sharon) shares personal information about clients with other clients-- including my medical conditions-- and makes the good employees that are actually friendly with the clients quit so that the turn over is RIDICULOUS. the owners do NOTHING about it. I am excited for the day that my contract is UP.

Awesome gym! Plenty of cardio machines, free weights, and strength training machines. Brand new and very clean as well. We love it!

Cancelled our membership a couple months ago and today my bank account shows a charge of $39.00 for membership dues which I am no longer a member! I expect this money back in my account real soon!
