Heck, I love everything about this place! Great equipment, very friendly helpful staff and the fitness center is SUPER CLEAN! Atmosphere is perfect! I have been training there for the past 2.5 years and have had no negative experiences! My home away from home!!👍

Great Clean atmosphere! The employees are very courteous and always their to answer questions. There is a personal Trainer I believe Michele who looks like a professional! I watch her work with people and she really takes her time to help them do it right! The bathrooms are clean and I have never found any equipment that needs attention. This is by far mucg nicer than the Planet Fitness I came from.

It was very, VERY clean and it was really nice. The equipment was also very clean too. Everyone just minds their own business and it doesnt ever feel awkward or anything. The bathrooms and locker rooms are super clean as well. People at the desk are very nice :) it was awesome

Great place to go. Clean and friendly. Tanning beds are always clean there 4 beds and 1 stand up . Bathroom are always clean and there a place to take a shower and a private place to get dress . There lockers to kept things in . There equipment are state of art plenty of different things to do. Come see for yourself. The employee are great and always kind . Stop by your be glad you did

I joined to go and support my sister. Now, I love myself. I use the bring a friend to bring my teenage son and we get to spend extra time together as a family. The staff has always been very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Most know us by name now. I would recommend to anyone!

Love Planet Fitness. Ive been to many different workout places this one makes you feel like family. Plus not feeling judged is major.

Great place to work out no obnoxious steroid, weight banging, lunkheads to deal with. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you just cant beat the atmosphere. Certain days they have free classes that you can attend . No pushy meat head on your back making you feel incompetent or insignificant.

The staff keeps the facility very clean, and and they are super helpful! The Crossville location isnt over crowded, so using the machines is quick and easy.

The staff are very helpful and make it a point to know you and help you meet your goals. I take advantage of the personal consult with a trainer that is offered and Colby does a great job of giving me his undivided attention so as to create a workout routine that will help me meet my goals without harming myself. The staff keep it sanitized and very clean. Cleanest gym showers I’ve ever used. You can’t find a better gym for the price.

We just lost our fitness trainer, but we wish him well on his new journey. The rest of the crew are filling in and making sure that we get what we need.

I actually stopped by this location while passing through and Im so glad I did!Wow. Crossville has come a long way and is very fortunate to have this PF. This location has awesome customer service, extremely clean and excellent, top of the line equipment.I thought it was brand new but its actually over three years old. Whoever the owner is should be proud. I am extremely impressed!

The employees at this location are extremely rude and don’t do their job. I have been to the Oak Ridge, Knoxville, and Cookeville location all of which I was always greeted politely at the door each time I entered, had any questions answered politely, and was even told to have a good day when I left each time. That is NOT the experience I’ve had the past two times I came to the Crossville location. I had to wait at the front desk for 5-10 mins before they came to the front to let me check in and they were rude when I asked questions. I was highly dissatisfied with my experience here. I was so upset when I left that if this were my usual location, I would have cancelled my membership right then and there. They need new employees badly, because the people who currently work there are really making the company look bad.

Its planet fitness its basic and simple and has what you need. Went around 8:30pm and it wasnt very busy.

I try to go at least once a week right now.How I can go more later...

Foul odor in tanning bed. Found what I believe to be fecal matter. Was not satisfied with tan.

I enjoy the relaxed environment of a judgment free zone. It has changed my perspective on the mentality I have toward gyms. I utilize all that PF has to offer: Hydromasage, Total Body Enhancement, tanning, exercise equipment, showers (since i go straight in to work after my workout). My favorite is the 30 min circuit! Thank you PF for a wonderful environment!

Love my Planet Fitness! This gym is super clean, the staff are awesome and helpful, and the equipment is great. Tons of class opportunities all day long. I started with the basic membership and quickly upgraded to the black card once I experienced that hydro massage bed! I also love the ability to bring a friend free every day. Ive been a member of many gyms in my day. Planet Fitness has been the best for me as I find I look forward to going regularly. The low cost membership cant be beat either!

I have been working out at the Crossville facility for a year. I have had 40 years of varying experiences with workout facilities of varying types including other PF sites. The equipment is very modern, well kept and well organized for a top notch overall workout experience. I have found the staff to be very helpful and congenial. Lia,, in particular has been very helpful and friendly as has Jeremy and Zach at the desk. The facility is clean, well kept and people appear to be working hard to keep it that way. - Thanks - Steve

Very nice and clean place. All the amenities are a great. The one thing that would be better and five stars is that you need a separate room for group aerobics and Zumba. The equipment is nice but it makes for a boring workout.

This is a really great gym! I love the black card membership because of the access to the hydromassage, tanning, and the fact that you can attend any planet fitness in the country. They are everywhere and its very convenient if you have to move. They also have a very great range of equipment and have it laid out where its fun and theres always something new to do. I also love the 30 minute workout area and makes it great to get a full workout when you dont have 2 hours to spend. This place has a great atmosphere and they also have a free trainer that you sign up classes with. Give them a chance. Its a great gym.

I absolutely love this gym. The staff is so friendly. All the equipment is in great shape and like they advertise its a judge free zone. I am very comfortable working out here and you will be too. I recommend this place to everyone.

We just started going. Great, well-equipped gym. Brand new equipment, clean locker rooms, great, friendly staff. Not intimidating like other gyms that are filled with body builders. Accepts Silver Sneakers. Convenient to shopping so you can do a lot in one trip. Lots of tvs to watch while exercising. Great rates.

I am visiting from NYC and just went with my Mom who lives in Crossville to PF. We were greeted by Colby who was awesome. He went over the gym and everything that it had, which made it so much easier to maneuver. It was also my moms first time going and she felt great about knowing her way around the gym since Colby took the time to make her feel comfortable. Colby was the only one at the front desk so he was busy busy however we never felt rushed or that we were a burden. The gym was clean and brand new! I highly recommend this gym and highly recommend having Colby help you if you need anything!

AMAZING GYM!!! I’ve been a PF Member for years and the Crossville location just opened November 2018, took my first class (PF360 BURN) ever, the trainer was Tyler, WOW! I’m stoked to do another one tomorrow!

It has been a good experience. Clean, kind staff and conveniently located. The best recommendation would be to have some type of bench for those who need to stretch but are unable to get up and down off the floor. Recently several members have come from a wellness center that had this available. I appreciate that Planet Fitness is there for all ages and physical limitations. I hope someone is willing to help accommodate this request. Thank you for all you do to help others stay well!

They will pull money out multiple times in a month. In 3 weeks time they have received 180.00 from my account and refuse to refund any of it. I would pay cash or just not go. The faculty is nice and the evening staff is great but, the money gimmick is very disturbing.

Awesome facility and the GM Patrick is business focused yet customer oriented. We are black card members who travel around the country in our RV and he made a special effort to learn our names and greet us each time we visit when he is in. All employees are friendly (1 exception) and all willing to assist when needed. The 1 exception is the only reason I pulled 1 star from my rating. There was one older lady (J) who always seemed to frown when we entered and made both my wife and I feel uncomfortable as out of town guests. She even made it a point to tell us we were only allowed 10 visits as a black card guest and seemed to monitor each of our visits. I confronted Patrick on the rules and he assured me hed work with me if we exceeded the 10 visit policy. Facility is smaller than a lot of the Planet Fitness Centers but they had all the equipment we needed. Very clean including bathrooms and showers. For the price there are no other fitness centers that come close to pricing and equipment availability. Thanks for the great facility.

Everything is great, Im not sure about the ladies restroom, but a weight scale in the mans restroom would be much appreciated.

Quite the scam. They bill you a week in advance and if you cannot cancel it before the week period, they charge you for the full month. Just like every other gym. They nickel and dime you and charge you coming and going. Stay away. Stay far away.Seriously more trouble than it’s worth. Avoid at all costs. Poorly managed and bad customer service.

They provide an environment where I can get encouragement and support while working on my fitness goals. If they hadnt opened in Crossville, I feel like I would have struggled getting in shape. I can now live and do activities I love. They helped save my life.
