I’ve lived here almost a year & it’s the best place I’ve ever lived! It’s an extremely clean property! They are always on top of doing things that need to be done. The property manager is absolutely fantastic you’ll love lover her... I would recommend this place for anybody

We have lived in this community for a little over two years now and have been overwhelmingly satisfied with our time here. The property manager Lee Ann and maintenance man Rick are always courteous, quick to respond to any need and overall just a pleasure to deal with on any matter. Another testament to the community here, most of my neighbors have lived here longer than we have. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for an affordable, family friendly, and overall pleasant home for themselves, couples or their family.

It is a peaceful and clean community to be part of. If there is ever a maintenance issue or any other issue arises the landlord goes above and beyond to make it right. Very affordable housing as well.

Im not entirely sure where this place is, but if it is the location Im thinking of this place is like the ghetto of apartment complexes. I know some people used to live here and they said it was basically like the projects I have heard that the place has gotten better overall but used to say if youre not living here how could you know

Me and Tommy Holt have lived at Ashton place for almost 6 years, I have say that the apartments are kept up and Lee ann is a great manager. I cant complain about Rick the maintenance man, either.Im not exactly planning on moving anytime soon.

This is my second time living in Ashton Place apartments. Both times have been a great experience. LeeAnn is super friendly and has answered every question Ive had regarding rent, pets, maintenance, everything. Everything is well kept and I have enjoyed the time Ive been living here.

I have been a resident for years and not one complaint to give. LeeAnn and staff are more then polite, responsive, and helpful. I the place stays well kept up and no nonsense policy. I reccomend this place to anyone..

My next door neighbor was constantly loud and my downstairs neighbor would smoke weed in her apartment and the smell always drifted up into my apartment.
