Ace turned my home into a palace in just a couple of days. They installed new vinyl siding over my entire house. They also installed new gutters and wrapping of the windows and door casing. My home looks brand new. The team was very responsive and I had so many questions trying to do this on my own. I really appreciate their help and professionalism. The job was completed on time even a little early. As I reviewed all the companies they were the best price in town. They were simply the best!

I highly recommend Ace Home Improvements, LLC as their sales staff was friendly, courteous and highly professional. They talked me through all aspects of what they would install, showed me samples of the product, explained the technology behind everything they did to include the new vent caps. They kept in contact with me every step of the way throughout the process. The best though is how they finished my roof in about 10 hours (same day) - they removed all the shingles, were incredibly careful not to damage anything, picked up all of the shingles pieces and parts, replaced some damaged plywood and quickly shingled my entire house all in 10 hours. They picked up after themselves and it was like they were never there - and I had my new roof! Highly recommend this company as you wont be disappointed! I promise 🙂

I have worked with ACE over several years and they have always been very professional, timely and highly responsive. They renovated a hall bathroom, replaced a kitchen floor, installed a new entrance door and shutters and a patio door. Called a number of places for estimates & Eric responded promptly. He arrived early for the appointment, explained options & patiently answered my questions. What impressed me was that he arrived in a branded truck, had samples to show & gave me accurate delivery timelines during Covid. I was also impressed when I received his estimate that week which included the company licensing & insurance certificates along with customer references with addresses & phone#s.ACE repaired my storm-damaged roof while the new windows were on order. Once all the materials arrived, the windows, siding & gutters were installed within 4 days. The foreman of each crew introduced themselves & explained what they would do that day. Clean up was prompt after each crew finished. My experience with ACE was stress-free and they will be who I use for future projects.

I recently needed to have the roof on my shed repaired, I called around to a few places but no one got back to me. I ran into Ace Home Improvements through google and gave them a call, told them I needed a shed roof repair and they were out in a day or two to give me an estimate. After the estimate was complete, it was about another couple of days and they came out and did my shed. The work done was great, and everyone was a pleasure to work with. ACE replaced an existing deck. They scheduled the work quickly and did a great job. They demo’d the old deck to the frame and removed all the debris. The new deck looks awesome. They were professional and the workmanship is great. I would recommend and use their services again.

Ace home improvements did an amazing job with my roof and other damages from the roof!! Eric was very easy to talk to, responsive and literally addressed every single concern I had. After getting quotes from 7 different roofing companies we decided to go with Ace Home Improvement. We narrowed it down to 2 who were really good (it was a long and hard process for us) but we finally settled on Ace as they had a better warranty. We got just what we were looking for! Professionalism all the way through the process. And they left my yard looking better than when they started! (After cleaning up all the roof debris, they blew all the leaves away, too.) They took a lot of pictures for me to show me what was happening as they were roofing. We knew we had a leak but we didnt realize how many sheets of plywood were rotted. They were able to show me with pictures. They also painted my metal chimney black so it looks so much better. Eric was easy to work with and responded well to our calls/questions. I would definitely recommend this company!

A new roof is probably the most expensive repair/upgrade any homeowner incurs after the initial purchase of the home.This certainly was the case for us and, for anyone whos been through the selection process of hiring a roofer knows, there are many companies from which to choose. We secured 3 estimates and, after considering several options, we selected Ace Home Improvement to handle this most important project. Danny Damiano communicated frequently throughout the process and made this at-times challenging process as simple and as easy as it could be for us: from his initial visit to our home through the selection of skylight details, he was available and responsive to our every question. The billing manager, Maria, was very professional in handling the payment aspects of the transaction and was always friendly and courteous. This is the company to go with when replacing your roof.

Ace Home Improvements did a wonderful job finishing our basement. The final product was even better than we imagined. Quality products were used throughout ie. flooring, cabinets. Eric was easy to work with and answered all my emails and text with questions, concerns and suggestions. I left a few messages with an Eric during the past two weeks about some roofing work and as of today 11/03/20 I have not gotten a response. Im interesting in getting in writing that the roofing work that was done for previous owner is not transferable and how is re-sealing skylight not apart of the roofing services, and confirmation that as Eric has mentioned the previous client was informed but did not replace skylight.RESPONSE to Ace commentsThis is a response Ace left here on a public forum. What I needed was this information in writing to take back to the previous owner. I called and text the office several times with no response. Its good to see that if a customer would like a response to voicemails and text leaving a comment on a public source is a good resource. Oh they job was done two years ago not four or at least thats the date on the receipt.

Ace Home Improvements did a great job replacing our gutters. They were so responsive in giving me an estimate and in getting us scheduled. The new gutters look and work great! Would use them for any home improvements we have in the future!!!

Eric Kindall was great to work with, very professional and responsive. This company replaced our roof and their price was fair and the work was done quickly. We had no issues and they cleaned up our area after they were done.

Called for a estminte on a new deck and siding for my home. They rescheduled the first appointment (weather- not their fault) and then rescheduled again for a reason I dont remember. When they did come out the guy was super nice and friendly. After he took notes on what I wanted and told me I would receive a quote in a few days. It has now been at least a month and I have not heard back. I have called and sent emails without any of them being returned. Very disappointed.

The crew arrived at time stated and took needed precautions to protect bushes in front of home. They performed every action quoted in estimate to ensure plywood sheets needing replacement, once old shingles removed, were done. Cleaned up all areas around house where old material dropped from roof. Very pleasant group of workers. Completed roofing job in 8 hours.

Im so thrilled with my bathroom updates. I needed 3 bathrooms completely updated and Erics crew did such a great job! They took these bathrooms down to the bare bones and built them out beautifully. Its hard work but Erics crew didnt even notice that - smile. The work was completed under the estimated time frame.I selected them to replace my roof a couple of months earlier, and they did such a great job on my new roof and gutter replacement that I decided I wanted them to do the bathroom updates. Again, such a great job!Eric and I spoke about more work in the future. Eric from ACE Home Improvement not only met all my expectations. but was able to be significantly below every other vendors quoted estimate. My wife and I recently contracted Ace to replace the siding on our house along with a portion of the roof. Of the 3 contractors who gave us estimates, we had the quickest turn-around and most reasonable bid from Ace, but we chose them because Eric (the representative who reviewed our project) seemed to want to work with us - one company even called us back to turn down the work!.Once the project began, we were very happy with the workmanship as well as the professionalism of the workers. They also were flexible with our schedule as we did some of the painting of the old fixtures to save money, and helped us to choose the proper paint. And - when we pointed out a few minor issues when the job was completed - they corrected them to our satisfaction without hesitation.They are definitely someone I would willing to work with again and I will certainly call them the next time I have a home improvement project.

Updating my review: After initial call to report needed follow up on work they did previously (and still under warranty) we have not heard back from them and they seem to never pick up their phone. We finally heard back from the company and they told us when they can come and get the work re-done. Their contractor was swift in getting it done as indicated and the work was competed adequately.

We have worked with Eric Kindall and Ace Home Improvement to both replace our roof (2015) and our windows (2019). He and his crew are professional, thorough, reliable, and provide excellent service and products at a reasonable price! Eric explained all of our options for both services, and he kept in touch with us once products were ordered to answer questions and confirm installation dates. Our windows (including a very large front door and window panel) were installed in one day, as was our roof. They were originally recommended to us by my mom and her neighbor who both had roofs replaced by Ace. I have recommended Ace to several of my neighbors who had their roofs replaced with them, and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone needing home improvement work.
