My friend just went here to get her birthday nails done, and I wish I went with her because she would have NOT paid for her nails! She went to Mia, she showed her the picture, Mis says okay I only need to see it once. My friends birthday nails looks absolutely HORRIBLE and NOTHING like the picture. Mia tried to blame it on the lighting, Im sorry when you see the pictures unless youre blind theres no way you could blame lighting on this horrible job!!!

I have been going to Kevin for the past 2 months and he is amazing! I have not had any issues, hes very consistent and keeps my nails strong, healthy and always looking amazing!I went here on a whim and was very impressed. The staff is very personable and makes you feel very welcome. My mom was in town visiting and she went to an appt with me...I was impressed that he remembered her and asks how she is.I recommend Top Nail to everyone!!!!!

This place is well kept and everyone is friendly and pleasant. Great energy and spirits. I go to Mia and I love her work and personality. Slightly pricey from what I’m use to paying but it’s quality so I pay it.

Won’t ever return, nail tech Diana rushed through not doing as good as she could have. Didn’t put the “design” I wanted on the correct finger and it looked nothing like i wanted it, V E R Y simple nails nothing she couldn’t have done but she didn’t listen or try. She was just plain rude the entire time. Pretty sure I’ve never been so unsatisfied about my nails before. And I STILL tipped but when I did the guy cashing me out said “that’s it” when I gave him the cash tip for her I tipped 15% and she didn’t even give me good service. Like are you kidding how unprofessional.

Mia and her team are very professional, the place does not have that nail smell that a lot of nail salons have and she does an excellent job with designing nails, this lady is gifted!! She is also ver concious about protecting your nails and helping them grow! The pedicure is great too, enjoyed it. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Mia and team!

This is the second time I visited this shop, since it was close to home. Both time the customer service was horrible. The staff was rude. Id rather spend my money where I feel appreciated.

My daughter and I went and our nails turned put terrible plus the lady cut my daughters fingers in 5 different places. I would give 0 stars if I could!

I was high disrespected and disappointed with my first encounter. There was a lady sitting in scrubs, sitting in the service chair. I walk in to the shop and the lady standing, I am lookin at her and talking to this young lady, but the lady who I found out is Angela. She answered for the other young. I then asked for the restroom. Before going into the restroom I ask, for the tub to be cleaned. Once I came out of the restroom, I saw the tub was full of water. I asked if the tub was cleaned, because I was only in the restroom for a very short period. It wouldnt have been enough time to clean it and fill back up. So I asked if it could me drained out clean and refilled. Angela said to me, (then translate in Japanese)she already cleaned it. But you can leave if you dont believe me. I asked who was she? You look like you are a client, sitting in that clients chair. I have know way of know who you are. Now you are being rude to me. Asking me to leave the shop, (translate in Japanese) and giving the young girl a hard time. But I still dont know your position in this shop. Angela then tells me she is the owner. I am actually shock SINCE ALL THE SIGNS ARE THAT SHE IS A CLIENT. SCRUBS AND SITTING IN CLIENTS CHAIR. I TOLD HER I LIVE IN BOWIE WHERE THERE IS LOTS OF NICE NAIL SHOPS, BUT WAS TRAVELING THRU, AND GOOGLE NAIL SHOP NEAR ME. AND TOP NAILS CAME UP WITH GREAT REVIEWS. SO I DECIDED TO STOP. ANGELA SAID SHE DIDNT CARR ANYTHING ABOUT THAT A D REPEATED I VOULD LEAVE. AND NOW THIS. SHE SEEMED UPSET, so I apologized. She some what calmed down. The young lady seemed to have been, unbothered by the whole exchangw, or maybe it was that she didnt understand any of it. I stayed for the convenience. It ready unset what was suppose to have been a really nice day of relaxation. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK THERE
