Been a contractor over 20yrs. Been getting my gutter supplies here for many years.

Very unpleasant experience. I had the old gutter laying down its clearly bigger than the new ones. I ask the driver he had to take these gutter back because their not the right size and he told NO Way Im taking the Gutters back. I contact it Chris who place the order and he clearly told Brian the sales guy 47 and they cut the gutters at 37. Still they had an attitude instead of fixing the problem. if you have recording on the phone the company should go back and listen to the order. Also, its really hard to get a hold of the Crofton MD location, they hardly answer the phone, I had to call the 800 number instead. Additionally, I tried talking to the driver and he completely ignore me. Wow no customer service... Customer services should be a priority in your company since you serve the community. I want my money back. Thank you.

The customer service is absolutely extraordinary. I have dealt with both Amanda and Susan and they are very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Our deliveries are always on time and even the drivers communicate well. Great business.

Its 2017- This is a good company and I know the founder from the early 80S but my experience at the Crofton store is not up with other professional venders of the area. My job was located 1 mile from the store and I had 1 piece of Gutter 31 long that needed ran off, the order taker said 3 days out- I opted out and then called back was able to get someone to listen to my request and they got it done in 2 days. Aside that issue which should have never been an issue as there truck drove by the house each day coming out of the warehouse.1. When requesting an amount for the gutter and accessories they say they will leave it in a bag with the gutter accessories, Dont know about you but I think I would want to know the cost especially if Im giving a credit card over the phone and while they do take credit card they limit it to Visa and Master Card so be ready for that one as well. If you ask for an invoice after they drop it they can only fax one to you as they dont do emails. Dont bother asking for a transaction receipt. This company could be more successful if they modernized and were able to satisfy the most common expectation of a modern business. The sales desk should listen to these common request and push back at the main office to react as there are plenty of options to purchase from.I hope this will help them as this is the intent.
