What can I say? Troy was awesome when it came to the product that hes offering with gutter cleaning. I was taking on a little water from the front of my gutters from all the storms that we were getting in the area as of late, and came across Reliable Gutter in a search for a contractor. I typically clean my own gutters, but didnt feel confident enough to climb on my new townhome roof. Way too high for me... Troy came over cleaned off the roof, found some debris in my front gutter, maybe from a bird nest, and even surprised me with a bit of good news. I have gutter guards. Nice!!! He did find a piece of my guard missing, which is how the birds may have gotten their nest up there, but he told me he would come back with the piece I needed, and repair it with no problem. This is the kind of service one looks for. I think we have all ran into contractors who come for one problem, see another, and wont mention it to you, in hopes they will get more of your business so you keep calling them back, for the same issue time and time again, or charge you more when the other problem gets worse. I will definitely be coming back as a return customer.

Troy came to clean my gutters and was very fast and efficient. He even took pictures to show the before and after of the gutters. He also noticed that a gutter was coming loose while up there and tightened it back up for us. He also made sure the down spouts were clear. With all the rain coming down the last 2 days we noticed water coming through our basement window and we noticed it was coming over the gutters straight into the window. We contacted Reliable Gutter Cleaning and they were able to come out the same day and fix the issue. The top gutter was clogged not allowing the water to flow properly which contributed to the basement flooding. After they cleaned the gutters out while it was raining the problem was fixed. We had a lot of water pouring into our basement stairwell with the downpour rains. We weren’t sure if it was coming from clogged downspout or something not functioning with the guttersReliable came out. Tested gutters with water and was able to determine why the water was overflowing. He did not want to get involved with the repair. Suggested to get repaired with original installer. Which is what we will do. He could have charged us for estimation/ time. But did not . This man is reputable, honest, and knowledgeable in his field. Highly recommend!

Our gutters were so clogged in one particular spot over our door that water would pour over the side, great to be able to walk outside when it’s raining and not have a bucket of water fall on my head.
