As usual, I had another good experience at Dr. Bernards office. The staff, including office, dental assistants and dental hygienists, remain pretty much the same year after year, which is always a good sign. And Dr. Bernard, who Ive seen for years, is not only highly skilled, but she actually cares about her patients with kindness and compassion. Its a great combination for a dental office.

I have been Dr Bernards patient for over 20 years and I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Her expertise is top notch. She continues to bring new technology that assists her in providing excellent care. You can feel comfortable going to her office during this pandemic since they are very adept at providing a safe environment for their patients. Her staff is amazing and they always make the visit enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr Bernard.

Great office. Dr. Bernard is the best. I have been going to her since 1992 and her work on me has been superb! The office staff always friendly and they have a smile for everyone. Linda is great and very knowledgeable and caring. Tanya is a great hygienist. I love the appointment reminders also. They all really care about your oral hygiene.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Bernards for 30 years. That says a lot right there 😉. Shes very knowledgeable and caring regarding her patients. She has great skill in doing dental work and is very sensitive according to patients input. In addition, my hygienist named Tanya is amazing. Everyone there is very thorough and does excellent work. Im glad I have stayed with them for so long. 🙂

Beware. This office does not inform you that your insurance is out of network and does not provide you with costs before performing services. I happened to ask before they started performing the work what the cost would be and at that point, I was informed that both my primary and secondary insurances were out of network. They completely wasted my time and attributed it to the girl at the front being new. Absolutely ridiculous

I have been seeing Dr. Bernard for some years. She is extremely knowledgeable and I trust her opinion. The staff is great, courteous and friendly. You never have to wait, if at all, more than five minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bernard.

Cleaning was done well. Office is well equipped to handle the pandemic with ppe for employees, short wait in car protocol, air purifier equipment, sanitized basket to hold patients mask. I felt well taken care of and safe.

I have had many dentists over the years, from sedation, high-end, boutique and basic. Dr. JoAnne Bernard is by far the very best all-around Ive experienced. Her skill is matched with her passion to educate patients as well as a cadre of dental students who may assist her. Dr. Bernard also partners with some of the best in the country on the most current dental or periodontal procedures. I have had some issues with veneers, crowns and gum disease from previous work, and am now well on my way to a healthy and happy smile thanks to her. Without pain. She informs and listens, with the most kind and humorous bedside manner. Her staff, like her, is caring, friendly, professional and accommodating. I cannot recommend her more highly; and am so glad to have found her.

Dr. Bernard and her whole team are amazing! I have been coming to Dr. Bernard ever since I had dental surgery a few years ago. I have always hated going to the dentist but ever since I have found Dr. Bernard and her team, I enjoy the routine visits. Many Dentists and their staff wont take the time to review your options, visits, exams, ect but this office does! As soon as you walk into the office, you are greeted with a smile by Linda or one of the other front office associates. Sometimes you will even see Dr. Bernard or her team down there greeting you. I am so incredibly grateful for finding Dr. Bernard and her team. They care deeply about their patients and will do everything they can to ensure that you receive the absolute best dental care at an affordable cost. I cant speak highly enough about this practice.. Incredible dentist and staff! I had life long headaches, neck and shoulder aches and jaw pain. The simple fix was a custom night guard that I wear every night when I sleep to keep me from clenching my teeth! Yes, it can be that simple folks..feeling like a new person is so worth it and being pain free is even better. Cant say enough about this staff..caring, fun and it is clear that they love what they do. I will be a life long patient!

Long wait times. Constant billing issues and errors. Difficult to get responses on billing questions when there is an issue The staff at the front desk dont seem to communicate with one another so you will get different answers from each one.

I have going to see Dr. Bernard since she graduated Dental school . She is a very good Dentist and wont try to give you what you dont need . She trys her best not to cause any pain . The staff in the office is as very nice to work with . I would recommend this Dentist to all my friends . I like her so much I drive 50 miles to see her.

I DO NOT LIKE DR. BERNARD! I LOVE HER!!I’m 68 years old and have seen my share of dentists but not in the last 25 years. That’s when I found Dr. Bernard. She’s fun, extremely competent, and gentle as a summer breeze. My wife is a baby about dental care and once I convinced her to see Dr. Bernard, her fears were cured! We moved from Crofton to Tennessee and I lost a crown mid-vacation. Fortunately, we were returning to Crofton to visit our daughter’s family. Dr. Bernard was able to quickly fit me into her schedule and reseat my crown. It was like seeing an old friend because that’s what she is to me. She’s an old dear friend. When people ask me for dental recommendations they only get one response - Dr. Bernard, because she is the best. Everyone in her office is warm and friendly and fun. From Nona, to Karen, Linda, Caroline and everyone associated with Dr. J, you won’t find a better place or better care than with Dr. Bernard. You can go somewhere else - and good luck with that - but you won’t do better than Dr. Bernard.
