Doug is awesome. He is more than just my insurance agent he has taught me where I may have went wrong in my insurance adventure. He is very personable and its like talking to a family member he is great he will help you in any way he can. I love state farm but I stay with them not only because theyre a great insurance company but because Doug is awesome and has taught me and helped me understanding something I may have misunderstood. I highly recommend seeing him and getting state farm as your insurance and this man as your agent!!

I should have posted earlier because Doug has been my agent for decades. He is excellent. Not at all pushy about upselling insurance products so when he advises me regarding a gap in my insurance, I pay attention. Insurance is about risk mitigation, but some risks are worth mitigating and others are not. Doug is very good at filtering these. He has also been very helpful with some serious accidents in my family and his knowledge and expertise were invaluable. Doug has been a trusted advisor over the decades and his customer service, needless to say, is excellent.
