Been with this agency for about 6 years! As a new driver under my father and alone on my own policy. I must say Keith and his team are very friendly and know there stuff. Very helpful with any incident I been in and have always kept me up with my discounts.

Keith’s level of responsiveness is less than desirable. Additionally I find his customer service skills lacking regarding his friendliness and clear communication of products and services.

I feel like Keith is a member of the family. He and Kia are friendly, always professional and understanding. I have full confidence and trust in them.
