We began using Southview this year for pest control. It’s easy to see he is a man of integrity: easy to talk to, not pushy about offering other services, shows up on time, texts with any changes, and kept his word on pricing. Since we began using him, we are now considering lawn service with him as well. Highly recommend.

We love Matt!!!! Such a good man, professional, always and I mean always makes the time to come out to my house when I need him for a quick pest spray around the house. I mean today, he came this morning around 8am to spray, and forgot to spray the wasp nest by the front door and came back & sprayed it for me! He is very flexible 😊 Let’s just say this, Matt, on top of his awesome work ethic and just being awesome, I’d trust this man to come into my home if I wasn’t home to spray my house. I’ve offered before and I’ll offer again. HIGHLY Recommended!!!!!!

My mom had a yellow jacket infestation in her walls. I called him at 9am on a Saturday and by 10:30am the issue was handled. Great service and the owner is a great guy.

Matt also is licensed to perform irrigation services, which is what he did for me. He replaced my Master Control and a valve and returned my irrigation system to working order. He was always professional, He kept me apprised as to when he would be available and called me when he was running late because of the weather. He explained everything before, during and after completion of the job. His services were reasonable. I highly recommend him. A+++

Excellent work. On the first day when Matt showed up for the inspection and consultation he was professional as well as made it very clear that he did not want to do any work that wasnt necessary and also even offered to suggest supplies to do some things ourselves if we chose.Not only that, but he was better priced than the other pest control companies I reached out to for quarterly appointments.When he arrived for service work, he not only completed the requested services but gave us some landscaping advice (were new to the area and are not familiar with the vegetation.)I highly recommend using Southview as your go to Pest and Turf Management solution. Did I mention that he brought our trash bin up that we hadnt gone out to grab yet when he came over for our consultation?Also, supporting local business is awesome! Just do it!

Matt is a very experienced and professional turf management specialist. He has our lawn looking fantastic. His most recent work on our irrigation system was fabulous. He definitely knows his stuff and is very personable. If you’re looking for someone to help with lawn issues or irrigation trouble he is definitely the one.

They were on time, did an awesome job laying the sod quickly. Explained what we needed to do to maintain our lawn and keep it green. Sean always answers our questions and gives us suggestions for troubleshooting problems before they get out of hand. I would Highly recommend them if you have an unsightly lawn or lawn issues.

These guys are really worth the call. I could not be happier for the honesty and great work ethic and quality of job they did for us. We had a half acre lot that we decided to sod. Southview came out and gave a fair quote and followed up and showed up on time. Easy to work with. They also do pest management. Give them a shout out...you wont be dissapointed.

Matt and Crew are phenomenal! I found Southview by getting a flyer in the mail and I just so happened to need someone for a property I’m managing! I have been using him at the property in Destin since the beginning of the year and I have been nothing short of impressed! The yard looks the best it has ever looked! So when we closed on our own home last week (after living the condo life) he was one of my first calls! He and his team installed an irrigation system at our new house in Santa Rosa Beach and he came out and did my pest service today! He is soooooo easy to work with, has a very outgoing personality and is very professional! He is one of the few contractors in the area that actually answers his phone and will call you back if you leave a message! He has really alleviated a lot of my headaches with the property in Destin and calmed any anxiety of becoming a true homeowner! You MUST call him for your pest and lawn needs!
