The brushes and equipment work a little too well😔I’ve used twice, the first time I noticed a deep small scratch right on my passenger side. It went all the way down to the metal, not long but still very disheartening. After I talked to my husband I thought maybe I just didn’t notice it before, we had only had our vehicle a couple weeks. A few weeks later I tried it one more time and I will never be back. The paint on my new to me expedition is that gorgeous ruby red color, well after second visit I now have two matching chip/scratches down to the metal same height as the previous deep scratch. No waxing or buffing can fix it.

I dont typically leave reviews but here we go! I drive an F150 and sometimes accumulate alot of dirt on it before I decide to get it washed. No matter what these guys make sure that my truck is coming out clean. If I could steal those two guys from the wash I would. They work HARD when it comes to making sure my truck is clean. I surely hope the company is treating them right because somebody will take those guys if they arent.

I have a lifted 2013 F-250. 4 door, Short bed. With 35in tires and 22x12in wheels. Not to mention the front and rear ranch hand replacement bumpers.When I pulled up the very first time, the manager came out and walked me through the process. And also made sure my truck would fit with zero issues.Since then, I have subscribed to the monthly washes and go twice a week to ensure I have a clean truck.Thank you shoal River for making me feel valued, when you could have easily turned me away!

Just took my suv there before they closed . Got the membership for 15$ a month. Very friendly employees. Very kind. Helpful as well . I would recommend using this car wash to my friends and family. Also to those I dont know .

I’m very impressed with the new management of this car wash. He is very professional, and seems to really care about his customers experience at his establishment. Great job! I will definitely be returning.

Every time I come here it’s so great my car always comes out looking almost brand new, the manager is always asking how my service is, he’s very helpful, and friendly.

Love this carwash and the staff, never had any issues and if i did staff always helps fix them usually with my rif tag for member ship . I cheated one day went to ronnys in middle crestview never again shoal river has my loyalty

This is a really good carwash from what it was a few months ago. It seems the new manager is getting everything fixed up. My car came out beautifully and they even offered air freshners and asked me about my experience. I really appreciate the hardwork that young man is putting in. He cared about my experience and vehicle overall. Will definitely keep using!

This car wash does a very good job.

Went the extra mile.

Not only was my car still dirty after I went through the wash, It took my clear coat of paint off the hood of my car and my roof. I have a new car and did not have previous paint peeling off. For this car wash to be brand new It has never done a good job. Don’t go here unless you just don’t care about your car!

The car wash itself is decent, but I had an ongoing issue with the wash club membership since October and it is still unresolved, despite multiple phone calls - so much so that I have decided to give up on them and write this review. The administrative side of this business definitely needs some work.

I do not recommend this car wash to anyone with a new or in good shape paint job. I took my metallic blue yukon through their car was with only a scratch here and there, Came out with scratches all over my car. Trashed my paint job and it is super noticeable. I had just bought this car 2 weeks before brining it to this car wash and just wanted to keep it clean. The only good thing I have to say is the service attendants were nice and the vacuums work great. Other than that it scratched my car and the tire shine didnt get all my tires.

My vehicle got caught in the car wash and was damaged with scratches down both sides of my vehicle. I’ve been calling for months to their insurance side of the house and am told I will get a call back. I have never gotten a call back and am constantly told they have other issues at this time. DO NOT GO HERE AND I AM CANCELING MY WASH-CLUB MEMBERSHIP TODAY!

When I showed up there was no attendant to help guide my vehicle into the track or to help assist the front-end prewash. Also the tire shine didnt get all of my tires and then had splashed up on my mirrors and side of the vehicle. Not worth the extra $ personally.

I came through the car wash with a really dirty truck, they were understandable, and went out of their way to make sure it came out clean. They offered a special. And were professional and courteous. I would recommend this car was to anyone in the crestview area.

Best car wash in town. I received a beautiful clean car wash. The best part was the dry buff at the end.

It was a the best car wash ever, until I noticed that my antenna had been ripped off of my vehicle (Toyota tacoma) when I arrived home. They were kind enough to return it to me broken the following day. No further action taken on my behalf..

My card chip thing was broken so I was about to go grab cash and come back... manager (Im pretty sure) came out and said no no dont worry about it. Just tell your friends were nice here haha. The wash was good too! I WILL be returning. My husband will come to have his truck washed soon as well.

$10 for a basic wash. Left with soap sudds all over vehicle which spotted. Had to be re washed.

Good car wash overall

Drove by here at 10:30 AM on Monday morning and they were closed, this is the second time I dropped by during normal business hours for them to be closed so I will be using another competitor in town
