Nice!!!! Free vacuums with wash!!!They supply micro fiber cloths and window cleaner. They have air sprayers to blow out interior. They also have a machine that cleans your floormats, and spits them out clean. Ill be going back weekly!!!

Monday afternoon, wasnt busy. Good wash, strong vacuums. I appreciated the clean rags and spray to clean inside the car.

Drive through carwash. Area was clean and after wash, there are many stalls to vacuum car. Towels are provided.

Never ever use this place the man John or whatever that works here told me good when I told him I wouldnt be back since he claimed the car wash I paid for was what I get when it didnt work and never cleaned my car and said good when I told him I wont be back and he didnt have to be rude to a customer. Lisa an employee at the car wash helped me with my vehicle and was friendly and courteous. Every time I go there she is working really hard and provides friendly fast service. Lisa is my kids favorite car tender because of her friendliness and kindness. I got a regular car wash when I went and had no issues thanks to Lisa. :)

First time there. I went for $3 Tuesday. Wound up costing me over $200! Took tons of paint off of my hubcaps. I was told by the manager that they wont be liable for it even though theres no signs stating that people with plastic hubcaps should be aware that this can happen.

I am very disappointed in the new owners as I have frequented this place since it first opened. Unfortunately, this morning was my last time to ever go there again. I chose a simple $5 car wash and my car came out dirtier than it did when I went in. There was some kind of white dirt/mud sprayed all over my car. When I returned upon seeing this, the employee informed me that the owner could do nothing for me. Really? I cant go through again or get my $5 reimbursed from 10 minutes ago? No. This is really sad that $5 could have saved a bad review and kept a frequent customer. Instead I will tell everyone I know not to go to your establishment. Extremely poor customer service!

I think the people rating this place any higher are thinking of the carwash next to peppers (Waterworx). This one, Crystal Clear, is outdated, leaves soap on your car, and not worth the cost. Id go elsewhere. ANYWHERE else.

This place is horrible 0 stars, I must say will dent your vehicles managers wont do nothing, if you plan to work here please do not they under pay you, drama is here and its a mad house very shady buisness. Awesome! Jeff and Jacob did an amazing job pre-scrubbing the vehicles and prepping them to make it through the wash, then were very cordial and courteous at the vacuum stations. They were very efficient in their work and made a regular car wash a pleasant experience with their friendly smiles.

Vacuums always have stuff stuck in them, and if you leave something behind it immediately gets thrown away. Plenty of better places in town

I took my brand new vehicle (apx 5 months old) to this car wash location. The employee pushed the passenger side mirror in and the vehicle entered the tunnel. While it was in the tunnel, I heard a bang noise and saw the passenger-side mirror hanging from the vehicle. After exiting the tunnel I reported the damage immediately. I was told they would follow up with me on Monday, but I did not get an answer until Tuesday after I made several calls. The bill to repair my vehicle is $918.91. The car wash is refusing to pay. The district manager, Kyle, is trying to say that it was the quality of Toyota manufacturing that caused this damage.

Does NOT matter which option you get....Barley cleans vehicle.Have said something to at least 8 of the employees about the rince station used to be only the right side... in the past 6 months or so....Now might as well not have a rince station.....Cant wait for the New Auto Wash to open in town near 85 + 90 intersection....

The attendants are very welcoming and professional. The car wash is clean, even in the vacuum area. Attendant was emptying trash cans as she passed by. Wash seemed to do a great job. Although, the vacuum is free with a car wash, the one I used didn’t seem strong enough to pick up most of the sand in my carpet. I will be back for sure!

I bought the most expensive car wash that is offered $18. based on the sign there I thought someone was going to do a quick spot scrub on my car before I went through the wash but the girl working just motioned for me to pull into the car wash. The carwash did not even get the bird poop off. Very disappointed. The worker gives you a paper towel as you head into the car wash, and you will need it because the wash does not do a good job

I stopped in as I normally do to wash my car. Some may say I do it backwards and chose to clean out interior and vacuum before running it through the wash. I have never had an issue doing it this way..... until today. I was immediately rushed by an unprofessional employee and told “that’s not the way we do it, you can do it the way I SAY or leave”. I advised him that I have every intention on washing my car as I walkways do AFTER I clean the inside. He didn’t want to hear it and continued to mouth off rude comments. Even threading to call the police as I was on the phone with my wife who was going to meet me there and was telling her the situation and how we would not be doing business here. I asked him if there was a manager I could talk to, he advised “he was the manager”. I then asked if I could give him the money for the car wash so that he knew I would be getting it done. Just for him to spew more sarcasm and disrespect. Since this “manager” refused to give me his name all I have to go on is looks. He had long hair in a ponytail type style and tattoos on his forearms. I have been in management for many years and if he is truly the manager, I can assure you that your business will be falling apart within the year. His behavior was in no way one should treat a repeat paying customer whose wife also USED to use this car wash. We will no longer utilizing this service. I will drive 15 miles out of my way to get the proper respect and service I deserve.You guys had my business until this issue with this one employee. Good Luck

It did not clear the debris off my hood and the manager told me that their machines dont do well at wiping down hoods. And the vacuum cleaners have very strong suction but very weak flow and it doesnt really pick up the sand and finer particulates

Pretty Good car wash. Prices vary from around $6 to $18. The upper three ($10 - 18) are really your best buy. Free bug wash spray station that can be used prior to the wash and I recommend it. Wash is fairly thorough although, the rinse could be a tad longer. They have improved the wash overall and are recently fairly good about checking up on asking how things met your satisfaction. Free vacuum once you exit the wash. Watch out for the canisters on the poles when going around the front of your vehicles while vacuuming... they are right at shoulder/head level.

Wash seems really good, but just about beats you up going thru it. And watch for the left over soap, water spots, and dirt loosened but just moved to a different spot. No matter how much you spend I tend to end up seeing the same out come.

Love this place! We try to go once a week but if not once every two weeks. They keeps my new truck looking new!

I really like Waterworx! They always have clean, fresh sponges and brushes to pre-bug your car. I hate going to washes where their vacuums do not work but Waterworxs vacuums are great!!

The staff is always friendly. But, the carwash is lousy. It doesnt begin putting soap on the car until the front end is several feet past the soap dispenser. The final rinse leaves large amounts of soap on the sides of the car Every time. Ive spoken to several employees and a manager and no one seems to care. Thankfully, a new car wash is opening in town and that chain always has stellar car washs. Ive been using this wash out of necessity but Im done.

Paid for the top car wash and my car was semi clean afterwards. The roof and front grill were untouched. Only good thing about this place is the free vacuuming for using the wash. But even that was so so, 1 of the vacuums wasn’t working properly and the other the handle just fell off. Would not recommend this place at all

Go to Niceville! Like other reviewers, no pre-spray (guy was standing next to the sprayer). $14 to partially wash the upper sides and hood; couldnt tell the lower half of truck was touched. Will not return; Ill drive the extra 15 miles to a car wash that does it right

I went to this car wash on Saturday, even after several other friends warned me to stay away, due to damage to their vehicles. After driving my car through the car wash, it somehow tore my non-factory rim off the front drivers tire. I immediately informed the attendant who went and recovered the broken rim. I asked for the Managers name and number, in which the attendant stated let me get your information and stated I am the manager. I gave my information, in which the manager proceeded to inform me that their policy states that they are not liable for damaged non-factory rims. After a brief pause, he walked away without an apology or any other compensation to rectify the situation. I wouldnt recommend this car wash to anyone, especially for their bad customer service and also you pay for tire shine in which your tires get partly shined on all tires.Cant wait for Ronnys car wash to open up in which I have heard great reviews already from others in FWB and Navarre.

Terrible place! Paid for $18 dollar wash and when I ran my car through half the products did not work. Only one side of the rinse worked as well. When I brought it up to their management he said my car looked clean. After some debate he admitted that there are some part that are not working and he has a work order for them. Still charging full price! I was offered 1 free wash and he told me not to use it this week lol.

1 star because my tires were cleaned properly. The rest of the vehicle was still dirty. It barely even rinsed the bugs off of my window. After paying $16 for a car wash you expect the car to be somewhat clean. Soap was not rinsed from the doors or mirrors, bugs still on front of car and windshield. Asked the attendant to fold my mirrors in and they stated they didn’t need to be, as I’m going through the wash my driver mirror slammed to the fold position. Free vacuum was a plus even though I had to try several before I found one with proper suction.Very disappointed in this car wash.

Got my car washed and finished vacuuming my car when the woman working (who just directed me through the car wash) came up to me and said I didn’t take my car through the wash and that I had to pay 3$ to use the vacuums. When I explained that I literally just used the tunnel to wash my car (and my car is still dripping wet at this point) and she stills says that I didn’t. I don’t even care about the 3$ but she didn’t want to listen to any explanation.

If you are looking for a good car this car was will not be what you are looking for. I paid for the 16 dollar car wash and it barely washed my car. The vacuum is a really nice feature I would probably go back for the vacuums only. The cost is just 3 dollars for that.

Don’t waste your money on this place unless you just need to get rid of pollen. First of all, the guy working there wouldn’t even push my mirrors in toward the car. (I asked nicely.). My car didn’t even get clean.Using the vacuum was so tedious, I could have cleaned my rugs faster with my hands. When I got home, I went over the car with a damp cloth. Now it’s clean.

Ill be honest when I say it did wash my car. I understand that this is an automated drive through carwash, with that being said its not going to completely dry or rinse your car. But to leave two thirds of my car still covered in soap. That is way too much and to not do anything about it when I bring it to an employees attention... That makes it worse! I should have checked the reviews prior to using this carwash.

Dont waste your money. Just had my car washed and left with soap still on my car. Still dirty. Wont be back. Waste of hard earned money. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Doesnt do a very good job. I went there the middle of Jan to have my car cleaned. It did not do a go job at all. The true best car wash is in Bluewater Bay.. The staff is fantastic, and well groomed. Its called tropical car wash.

What a joke... truck was still dirty after buying premium wash. I asked attendant if I could run it through the wash again, his response is “yes if you pay again”. I pay again and run it through again, truck is clean, but only passenger side has tire shine. I mention to the attendant there is only tire shine on one side of the vechicle his response is “yeah”. I know it’s a lost cause at this point no need to waste my breath. Try to vacuum and little to no suction. What a waste of $32!!!!

Cars go through the wash too fast. A 16 dollar wash and our vehicle came out with just as much dirt as it went in plus soap residue. Incompetent employee refused to make things right. Turned down our request to allow the car to run through another half a$$ wash or call the manager.

Ok, I don’t expect miracles from a car wash. However, if I’m going to spend over $10 then perhaps some paper towels or glass cleaner like some other car washes. Nope, not here. Company has made a turn for the worse!When this car wash first reopened it was an outstanding place to go. With the $16 wash you got an air freshener and a towel to dry wet spots. The employees were very friendly. They would take your antenna off and push in your mirrors. The last 3 times they have not included the towel or air freshener. Today my truck still had plenty of spots the machine completely missed. Again no towel to wipe it down and no air freshener. The long haired hippie employee did not even greet us. Did not push in the mirrors or antenna. When I asked about the towel he said we dont have them and walked away. After the wash I wanted him to see how the machine had missed so many spots. He said no we will not give a refund or let u go back through. He was very rude and the wash was horrible. I would of been better off saving 16 bucks since I will have to go home and wash it again. What this young man doesnt understand is that without the customers he would have no job. I will 100% never return to this place again.

Worst car wash ever! Went through the car wash the truck came out with soap all over it and was very dirty. Went back to the attendant he made all kind of excuses and was very rude. The attendant didn’t provide good customer service at all. So then I proceeded to call the owner was very polite to him he took it the extreme and made me take pictures of the truck that was dirty which was not necessary. Kyle the owner could not provide me with any reasons why soap was left all over my truck or the dirt. I asked him to call me back with a solution to this problem and Instead he just ignored the situation. That is very poor customer service as a bussiness owner and it seems this is a constant problem after looking back on the page. As a bussiness owner you need to take you’re bussiness and customer complaints as number one priority which he definitely is not doing. I will not be using this car wash ever again. The previous owner did a wonderful job but they are running this place in the ground. I vote for new ownership !

Your better off waiting on the rain to wash your vehicle. Went and spent 16 on the higher end wash expecting what was listed to only to be disappointed. Brought it to the attendants attention only to be told this is an Express car wash. Its not going not completely clean your car asked if i.could go though again and was told no. Asked for owner info and was told no as well....worst place in town. Dont waist your money. I basically spend 16$ on vacuuming my car...

This morning (August 11) I stopped by to get my car washed. After wash I pulled into the vacuum area and noticed a large amount of sticky soap coating my grill. I pulled back over to the wash area and the attendant came over. I showed him the soap and asked if I could get another pass to rinse all the soap off the front of the car. The attendant said, thats not from our wash...I responded; its been 5 minutes since I went through the wash, where do you think it came from? At that the attendant said thats not our soap and he turned and walked away. From other review this seems to be common place from this clown. Great Business Model Waterworx..Raise Prices and provide no service!

I was very disappointed, the wash did an extremely poor job in some spots only turning the dust to mud. I showed the guy operating the washer and he said they were not allowed to refund or even put the vehicle thru a second time. I would have to talk to the manager who was not there and he could not give me his number. He said I could leave my name and number and the manager would call me the next day. He never called and that was two weeks ago. I am extremely disappointed with this company. And the car was was not the cheap one, it was the top wash

I went to this carwash paid $16 for the showroom shine wash just to have my car still dirty when the wash was finished. I told the worker on duty and she said they can not do rewashes as per the owners rules and no refunds. If I pay $16 for a carwash I expect my car to be clean and if not they should take responsibility for their wash sucking. Zero stars!!!! Your product doesnt work so FIX IT!

Recently had my car washed with their $16 showroom shine package. Several of the features I was supposed to receive did not activate on my happy little journey through satans car wash. While vacuuming my vehicle, I noticed what I thought were scratches across the entirety of my hood. It turned out to be dried soap. The whole back end of my vehicle was still mostly dry and coated with dust. When I asked the manager what could be done, he replied with nothing. NEVER GOING BACK!

The staff here, particularly Jurez, are super nice!! The car wash was a little less satisfying, it did a good job overall, but some harder spots were missed, but it’s only $6 for a car wash and they have free vacuums!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wanted to clean my friends car up for her as a thank you. The other nicer one down the road was closed so I figured Id try here. Opted for a 9 dollar car wash and followed the prompts. It literally squirted water at the back for all of one second and kept telling me to go back and go forward. I finally gave up. Tried to do it by hand. The brush didnt foam at all and the timer jumped twice while I was trying to rinse. Vaccume hardly sucked at all. The place looks like a dump and i shouldve kept driving. I mean, seriously I couldve spit on the car and cleaned it better. Dont be a moran like me guys, DO NOT WASH HERE! Wait for it to rain and throw some damn Dawn on it in the driveway

Under new management (finely)! Vacuums have been redone, and 2 people came and checked with me to make sure all was well with the wash and ask my opinion.

This is the car wash I usually go to as it is fast as well as convenient and the employees are always respectable and make sure you have everything you need.

The employee Nathan was so polite and helpful. Would recommend to go there for a nice car wash.

Staff was great! The wash however was less than mediocre. 🙄 to their defense it seems as though there was maintenance happening during the time that my car was running through the wash. Maybe the problem has been fixed.

My car now has blue streaks down the sides and blue and purple splatter marks on the hood! It did nothing for any of the bugs even after using the bug stuff!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTE OF MONEY!!

The car wash does a terrible job, it didnt even touch the bumper! When the dirt that remained was shown to the rude employee she refused to refund or run the vehicle back through. Horrible customer service! I paid to get my car clean and drove off still needing a wash. Again, unless you want to throw your money away for nothing, DO NOT GO HERE!

Today (Wednesday, July 26) I brought my car here to obviously get washed. When I drove up to the very beginning I heard a weird noise that sounded like something had popped. The employee made a strange face and still allowed me to go thru the wash. About half way thru the wash my steering wheel turned and right there I knew something was wrong. My actual tire had popped and began coming off the rim. I have pictures and videos of everything. I spent about 2 1/2 hours at this place trying to get my car out. The employee on duty never once called anyone for help, it was my boyfriend and I calling people for help. This employee was also just standing around smoking cigarettes the whole time my car was stuck. Needless to say this place is very poorly ran and they have no management. Please dont waste your money here, youre better off washing it yourself.Also, after my car was pulled out he allowed other cars to go into the wash without inspecting it to make sure something like this wouldnt have happened again.

This car wash has really gone down hill! Took my car there today. There are huge areas that were missed. When I asked the guy working if they were have issues he continued to do what he was doing with no eye contact told my “ it’s a machine. It’s not perfect and it the new soap. I was also told I needed to pre-wash my car if I wanted it to look clean “. He never offered to look at the areas missed or offered to go back through. He was so rude I asked for his boss’s name and number and I was asked to leave!!

Left some sud mess and blotches. We got the most expensive wash. Noticed chipped paint on the side of my new car. I didnt see it during the bug presoak but after the wash. They said nothing could have caused it. ?I do like that during the carwash, the kids had a lot of fun. Lots of changing colors. Pretty cool.

Took my 2001 jeep cherokee through, it had a light coat of dust over it and the whole back was still covered while the bottom half of the sides were still completely covered in dust/dirt.

I prefer the touchless washes, but this gets it clean. Just make sure all the moveable parts are secured.

This was probably the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. Two of the brushes weren’t even turning in the car wash. My car was still covered with soap after I left the car wash. And there is still grime on my hood and roof. Two of the three staff members I saw there Looks like they’re doing hard drugs .Will not ever be coming back to get my car wash there. Worst $18 I’ve ever spent.

I have been coming here for 2 years. Sadly, today will be my last time. I bought the $16 Showroom shine. Unfortunately I don’t think the machines were working right. I knew I was in trouble when the young man could not get the equipment to work. The young man had to run down to the other end and beat on the equipment. Then the soap dispenser only sprayed half the car. The high dollar wash was suppose to clean the wheels and tires. They were still dirty when done. The entire back end was dirty! The vacummn nozzles fell off and were laying on the ground. I had to go home and wash the back end of the car and all 4 wheels. I think I wasted $16. I will not be back. They should sell this car wash to a chain like Mr Clean and let them remodel it and hire people that dry and offer detail services. If Crestview had a nice car wash I would buy monthly plans. We wash both cars weekly.
