I was from out of town and had a tie rod come undone. The lady was very nice but the gentleman in there was very rude. Saying that the only way they can fix it is if I had it towed in, that the lady was wasting her time asking the guys about the picture I had taken. He seemed more about the money than the customer service. Definitely won’t go there if I ever need help again.

Wonderful group of people. Bought new tires here. A few months later, my valve was damaged during a service done in Fort Walton Beach. Rather than driving back, I came here instead. They fix my valve, put the tire back on, and put everytbing back where it should be in a matter of minutes. Mind you, I wasnt the only customer in the shop and their parking lot was full.They are honest and direct, waiting area clean, and very proficient in what they do.Very appreciative and highly recommend!

Patched a tire. Caught a slim, nail like piece of metal right square in the middle of my tread. Buddy (Service Technician) showed me the piece that was in the tire. Very nice guy. Place was busy, but they got me in & out in a timely matter.

Wow, called on a busy Saturday morning. They were willing to work me in at the last minute. The had two of my tires in stock, which almost never happens. They were very fast and helpful. Might be a LITTLE more expensive but definitely worth it.

They have the diagnostic equipment and technical experience to maintain our new (overly-complicated and computerized) SUV.We know their reputation is their first priority. They have always offered price and part options on a repair. Last month my teenage son bought a used car where we thought wed probably need new tires. After an inspection, they recommended - without us asking - we hold off for another five months and take another look then. Thats an easy $400 they passed up; being honest was more important for them. Highly recommended.

Awesome service and great price

Used to be an awesome place. They did everything on both my vehicles. But no more. Jamie used to run it and it was great, but I havent seen him in quite awhile and the other people there are a menace. My buddy went there to get diagnostics done for an issue and they just pulled a spark plugs and said his rings were bad. Charged him $70 for that. I was told that if I brought my truck and tires up in the morning they could squeeze me in. I show up just after 9 from driving all the way from Ponce de Leon and was told I shouldve come earlier. Why couldnt he have told me I had to be there when the doors opened? Whatever, Im done with them.

Go somewhere else....at the end of the day they dont care about your car. Had 4 tires put on last time I was here, the tire tech installed them backwards. Offered a free conventional oil change, like I would trust you with my high performance engine that takes synthetic oil only ....fast forward my Current visit I came back to a set of wheels with broken center caps on both wheels . Guy told me he is not liable for it. Ill never return and dont reccomend anyone else to come here. I also had to call to find out if my tires were ready after 3 hours when I was told it would be an hour tops only to get excuses about busy with an audit instead.... poor overall experience and Im easy to please.

Brought a tire that other shops wouldnt repair and was told that of course the tire was repairable. Owners put my needs before their sales, truly the reason why local business is better than national chain brands. For now on this is my first and only stop for wheel and tire needs.

I had a blowout 300 miles from home on a road trip. I called ahead and was able to get towed to Crestview and they were ready to help. They fixed my tire and even fixed my fender at no charge so i could continue my journey. I am extremely grateful they were there and recommend them to all locals and travelers.

Good mechanics, good pricing, not over charging. They dont try to fix stuff that doesnt need to be. If they notice something they let you know, and give you a sence of how quickly it should be fixed, with out pressuring you into doing it.

Tried to quote me about 800 dollars too high on parts alone.and then started double charging for labor on things they already had to do. For example to replace the wheel bearings on my truck you have to remove them from the rotors, the whole rotor has to come off. So when they told me I needed new rotors all they would have to do is put on a new one when reassembling the hub instead of the old one. They chose to try to charge for labor as if they do the whole wheel bearing job and put it back together and then do the rotors from scratch. Guy told me he would have to increase the charge for labor if I brought in my own parts. I would avoid this place or get another quote somewhere else too.

I didnt need to get any work done but I was on a mission for a good tire to use for a tire swing. The nice lady at the front desk walked me to the back and let me pick the one I wanted and insisted I take it for free since it was for my 3.5 year old son. Awesome people.Fast forward a year, I had ordered some tires from Tirebuyer.com and had them shipped to Pepboys for install, Pepboys had lost my appointment so I would have had to sit in the lobby and wait for divine intervention to get my tires mounted and balanced in a timely manner. I decided to take my tires elsewhere. I got lucky and the people at Crestview Tire & Wheel were able to get me sorted out and on my way in about an hour, with no appointment. My kid also got to thank the lady who donated him a tire for his swing as well, so it all worked out nicely. Will continue to bring my business to Crestview Tire & Wheel.

I had them put on new tires for my car. I have different size tires and wheels on the front and rear. They completely messed up the arrangement by putting 225, 255 on the front and another 225, 255 on the rear. How can anyone claim to be professional and do not even know how tires and wheels fit on a car?I will not recommend visiting the store and I will not visit the store after they correct the problem.

Great customer service reasonably priced service

Had them align my car with 4 brand new tires on it. 1000 miles later and less then 2 months and the front tires are destroyed. They left the tie rod loose messing up the toe and destroying the tires down to wire. Worst of all, they said they would fix the alignment but that they wouldnt replace my tires. So Im out 500 bucks in tires and have to buy new ones. Ill be doing business with Days tire pros from now on.

Walked in to have some tires put on and stood at the counter while two men had a conversation behind the counter even looked at me sat in the chair and continued to have a conversation with there sheriff friend. Needless to say I left. I will not and would not recommend going to a place like this. Its a hole in the wall not concerned about business or customer service.
