Mathew, of Gordon Air-conditioning gave me the best quote in town to install a brand new 3.5 ton Air-conditioning system. He also seemed the best to work with and was very service oriented. So he and his team of J.R. and Jacob installed the unit, walked me through the new system showing the work they had done and answered any question I had. Its been great, no problems. Mathew has also been very responsive to questions and with help on minor details. I feel like at the end of the day I got great service, a quality replacement for our old equipment at a fair price, and a company who is willing to stand by their work. Bottom line is I was very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend them to others.Thank You v/r...... Mr. Garcia

I would like to say I give the service I received from the gentlemen, (Biden ) He did an amazing job on our pull outService .Wich is pulling out the air handler and cleaning all the coils and putting everything back together. I would recommend his service again .VERY bright and very polite person I have ever had come to the house for any A.C. service. Needed a maintenance check. Turns out its $119 for maintenance. Its recommended to have AC checked before summer and heater checked before winter. They have a membership program. $225 to signup and covers first visit. Then $199 per year. It covers them coming out twice a year for maintenance checks. Really helps to catch issues before a lot of damage is done. Military discount only for active duty. Not retires.

Matt and his crew installed a new air conditioning unit at our home yesterday. They all did a fantastic job! It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing! They were professional, thorough, attention to detail and gave us multiple options on our new unit. We are really happy with our purchase and the installation! Purchased my new house in April 2020, in August I called Gordan Heating and Air because my AC was not blowing cold air. During the visit the technician diagnosed a problem with the outside unit board, he then rewired the board so that the AC would work and told me that he would order a new board, I have the service receipt stating a new board was needed and would be ordered.In October I had received no word from Gordan Heating and Air so I called them and they again sent a Technicion, the technician replaced my thermostat but still had not replaced the faulty board on the outside unit.In December the weather turned cold and un beknownest to me, my heating system is not working. I again called Gordan Heating and air and they sent a technician, he looked over the system and said it was fine. No more than two days later, still no heat so I called again and the same technician came out. I told him about the issue back in August and he inspected the board and found the board had not been replaced and was still rewired from the technician in August. The technician again rewired the board to allow heat and told me he would order another replacement board.On 20 January (now 5 months after the 1st visit) my theater again stopped working again. The technician came out and looked over the unit and the board is now not functional at all and he called back to the office and the office had no record of anything prior to this visit. I had to show the technician every service receipt and they claimed due to switching systems they could not see my record.Today is the 29th of January and I again called Gordan Heating and Air and they tried to tell me the technician came to my residence on the 25th and the part was ordered on the 26th, I had to again correct them and tell them that their technician came to my residence two weeks ago.**UPDATE**After posting my above post I was contacted by Lathe and he came out the next day. He was able to replace the board and the unit was functioning however, the unit again stopped the next day. Lathe sent out a tech who trouble shot the entire system and discovered the wiring had issues. Gordon heating and air went ahead and replaced the wiring along with all internal components of my system to ensure the problem was corrected. It has been a week and thus far no issues. I hope that this is the the standard of their service and the previous issues have been corrected. I currently cannot give more stars because of what I have went through.

I have used Gordon Air Conditioning before and every time have been very pleased with the service provided. Professional, prompt and just darn nice to work with. Matt performed the service call today and immediately troubleshot the problem with a bad capacitor and replaced the defective part without charging me an arm and a leg! All the staff from first contact on the phone, to the service and repair is top notch. You just cant go wrong with these folks. 5 Star rating, great work!

Our AC went out with a bang and they were out to our house the next day early morning to get a temporary unit installed. Day after they were out in force installing a brand new unit. They were polite, respectful and professional and most importantly quick to get it installed! I absolutely reccomend then for your AC needs.

I am a new home owner and the previous owner installed an HVAC system. My spouse and I heard a loud noise coming from inside our utility room. We checked to see where the noise was coming from and we noticed it was our system. Shortly after we noticed the temperature in the house had gotten hotter. We called Gordon & requested someone to come and take a look at it. An employee came out that same evening and did a diagnostics test. He said the motor had gone out and they would be able to fix it. To come out and LOOK at it was $79. Ok. Great. No problem. We needed our air fixed and if that was the price to pay then no worries. He said he would come back in a few days after they ordered the part. After he gave an estimate of an $800 fee we decided to look elsewhere. Even though that particular employee said that Gordon was the ONLY company who would be able to fix this particular HVAC system... Which in turn was a lie. We took our chances. We contacted 2 other companies & the second company was just as horrific as Gordon. Our third choice stopped by and did a COMPLETE diagnostic test and found that there were TWO problems. The motor did in fact go out, but there was a part that had been completely burned and started to spark. I have 3 small children. What would have happened if it would have caught fire? All because Gordon didnt do a COMPLETE diagnostic test on my HVAC system, but had the AUDACITY to charge $79. I am beyond livid. Also, they showed up UNANNOUNCED! There was no text, email, or phone call saying that they would be coming to my home. The technician shows up & STILL didnt do ANYTHING! Their professionalism is poor. Gordon Air stated ...While UNLIKELY youll ever have an emergency situation with your NEW (cause it is new) Waterfurnace®️ system, there is an after hours charge to compensate the technician... Well, we had an emergency and the technician got away with $79...TO DO A HALF BEHIND JOB! Never again.

Just got my 1-year check-up from new A/C, Heat pump and Duct-work last fall.Matt &Joey led the install; Had mold and restricted throat in old materials, so team put in a new throat and duct work. Some delays due to parts, however, Mr Gordon provided his awareness, and a free additional year of service:)The install team worked aggressively to ensure the job was done right. The 1-year follow-up provided checklist results and addressed 2 noise items. Very Satisfied with my Lennox unit and with Gordon Air.

I am thoroughly impressed with my dealings with Gordon Air. I have had to use them several times and they are always polite and efficient. I had 1 issue that took 3 trips to resolve and they did so at no charge. I want to note that Nick and Joey were patient, polite and very thorough in resolving my issues. Extremely professional and great to work with. They even cleaned up so you couldnt tell they had been here after making a mess from cutting materials, etc. I will continue to use them exclusively.

I especially like Matthew who always takes the time to make sure all your needs are resolved, he is very pleasant and he always makes sure you are a satisfied customer. Ernie was great! Assessed and diagnosed problem quickly. Came out and quickly fixed it! Had another company previously try to fix it twice but gave me the run around and charged a lot of money. One of their vans cut me off on the interstate while I was going 75 mph. I had to slam my breaks and slide off the road. I could have died.When I called their customer service line they tried blaming me before even hearing what I had to say. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Dont give these people your business, they dont take accountability for their actions.

Absolutely Fantastic service. This was the first time I needed A/C service on my 2 yr old house. I called Gordon and they were happy to accommodate my limited availability and responded the same day. The Svc. Tech. Vincent was friendly, honest and very professional. Vincent diagnosed and repaired the issue in short order. He answered all of my questions with confidence, and even gave me some helpful tips to monitor for future potential problems. I would highly recommend Gordon for all your A/C maintenance requirements, and would recommend signing up for their yearly service agreement contract. I couldnt be happier...

I have had Gordons out to my house know twice in one month. The first time they changed out the coil, the second time they told me it was the same thing the new coil had leaks all in it, so they put another new one in. Than this morning I wake up to a hot house again, I will not be calling back them to fix the ac this time. The tech Steve that has came to my house every time is one of the nicest people you will meet, but I would rather have cold ac than a nice tech,

I called Gordon air to find out how much it would be to look at my air conditioning they said 74 dollars which I was fine with, but then the guy came out and I had to pay him 119 because it is an extra 45 dollars to look for leaks I thought that was part of the job...so then I asked how much it would be to fix it 711 dollars. I almost peed myself!!! and that is with parts being covered by the warranty, I got lucky when I got the number to CLIMATE SPECIALISTS INC. the guy was so nice he fixed my air for 495 and I can pay as half and half.... I dont know what other company would do that for a person they dont know so thank you clay...

Had a great experience with the men who came out to install the ac unit, but when it came to the inspection process I was highly disappointed. I believe the lady who schedules the appointment name is Sarah? Well she had told me my appointment was set to Monday and so I waited all day for the appointment. Then called me around 5pm saying they were still coming..(inspection services usually end by that time). Then she called me the next day saying the inspector was full on Monday and couldnt make it and I had to call the city to find out the next day they could come. Turns out none of that happened and the lady had lied to cover her mess up with confusing Monday for tuesday. VERY unprofessional.

In November 2015, I contacted Gordon to install an evaporator coil for me as mine had gone bad. Now, in October 2016 it is bad again. I contacted Gordon to claim warranty work since it was within the one year warranty timeframe and was told they would deny it because I bought a whole new outside unit put in from someone else. Since someone else had worked on it, they didnt know what he had done. The other guy was far more accommodating, conscientious, and explained everything and showed me how each component worked. He even suggested I watch him test everything just so I knew he wasnt bluffing me.So, I was told I could go elsewhere to get another provider to claim warranty coverage on it (paying them labor, of course) and that the other company would have to call them so they could tell him where they bought it (ya know, the unit that I paid for!). I asked if they could just tell me so that I could tell him and she said no....that hed have to call them.Marianne is pleasant enough, but the customer service for the company overall is lacking. There was a total lack of concern for me as a customer.When I went to purchase my outdoor unit, Gordon quoted me WAY higher than Express for the exact same thing. In fact, I got a whole new outdoor unit for the price Gordon was going to charge me for just the compressor.Also, when Gordons technician came to my house to diagnose the problem, he left the casing off of my unit, wires just hanging down, and the screws to my unit on the window sill. Couldnt he have at least closed it up?? Im a single female and not totally helpless, but come on.I highly recommend going elsewhere for your HVAC needs. A company that will not honor their warranty isnt really where I want to put my money.

Earnie, the rep from Gordon’s Air, was a welcome sight when our A/C system went down in Crestview, FL. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and pleasant. After conducting his assessment, he was able to help my wife and I make an informed decision on what to do with the system, ways to maximize cooling efficiency in the house and things to watch out for here in Florida (we are new to the area). His demeanor and performance made me feel like I was dealing with a professional who sincerely cared about the people who’s home he was working in. Employees like Earnie really build a company’s reputation for quality work. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing A/C work in the Crestview area.Update: We ended up having our A/C system replaced by Gordon’s Air. They did a great job, were careful and cleaned up behind them. These aren’t people who mess around. They do the job and do it well.

We have been using Gordon AC here in Crestview FL for our AC/heating maint and repair for about 20 years now and they are outstanding! Theyre always very responsive and fix the problem in a very professional and efficient manner!Also, they installed a new Lennox Elite system in our home about 3 years ago and since then, weve had real cold air in the summer and we have saved a bunch of money as our monthly power bill has decreased by a lot!
