First time using their services and I was impressed. The staff were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The crew in the garage seemed equally professional and focused on their tasks at hand. It felt like a business that is properly managed, so I was relaxed waiting in their spacious and clean waiting lounge for my ticket to be completed - which was quicker than I expected. Days Tire Pros absolutely earned my trust and loyalty, the work they did was top shelf making for an all around excellent experience.

I always choose local if they can fulfil my needs. Even if it might be a little more expensive or take a little more time. Neither is the case with Days. I couldnt make it back to the shop in time before they closed. No problem. They accepted payment over the phone, which was less than what was originally quoted, and also left my keys and receipt locked in the vehicle for me to retrieve later that evening with a spare. Shop local.

Love Days Tire Pros - they dont try to upsell at every turn or push unneeded repairs just to make an extra buck. Honest and capable auto mechanics are hard to find - so grateful to have found one!

As always, the team at Days Tire Pros came through and took GREAT care of our vehicle during a crisis. My husband was out of town and I was scheduled to also go out if town to meet him. Our car became inop and after a call to Days Tire Pros, our car was picked up for delivery to be worked on. Within 24 hours, the car was fixed and Days even kept the car on the premises while I was out of town. This is absolutely above and beyond customer service! These folks are AWESOME!! Great experience today. I called yesterday and set up a appointment for 7am today. Everything was ready, the staff was friendly, installation was quick, and the price was reasonable. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience. They even put my spare tire back under the rear of my vehicle. I will be back and I would recommend them highly.

Living in the U.S. Virgin Islands, they do not balance tires due to the fact that the top speed on island is 35mph...so you will rarely will ever feel a vibration.I shipped my vehicle here to the U.S.A. and at highway speeds it would rattle your teeth loose.DAYS fit me into their schedule on EXTREMELY short notice, and got me back on the road quickly.HUGE thanks to DAYS Tire Pros now my trip to Louisiana is so smooth that I get to keep all my teeth...😆 🤣The best part was getting there at 0700 and seeing them hoist the American Flag to start their day....this Retired Vet thanks you...BRAVO ZULU!

So apparently while I was trying to figure out the wheel and tire setup on my wife’s car the young lady behind the desk what ranting and raving and displayed a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude toward mounting my wife’s tires they supplied on brand new rims in the box that I brought. While I was outside not knowing my wife was sitting directly in front of her watching her every word but apparently as soon as the other lady informed her my wife was watching her she shut up....I always try to support local businesses but I will not be back and not to mention as soon as they got done with my wife’s car of all the pavement they could have went on the took her brand new black rims and tires drifting through there dirt round about I did not know any of what my wife witnessed until after we left

Took my truck her for a alignment issue and 2 new tire then after diagnosing the alignment issue was my upper and lower control arms. They called and told me it would be 1400$ for everything to be done. That price is steep for that but i went with them because they were the only people in town that could get me in that day. So i tell them go ahead. I recieve the call that its ready to be picked up go pay and come out to grt in my truck and see there are still two bad and by bad i mean terrible shape tires that have been completely worn to wire popping through. So i go back inside to ask where my tires were and they tell me you didnt ask for tires we put on your paperwork that we recommended them. I specifically asked on day 1. They said well we can order them but it will prolly be 200 to 300 more. I said no the price i was told was the price including tires and they didnt honor their quote. I will not be using this establishment for a service again. Now i have a good alignment with tires that are going to pop at any moment!

Had a slow leak in rear tire. Went to Days Tire Pro without an appointment. They took care of the problem (remove a piece of steel in the treads), patched it, and had me on my way in less than an hour at a very reasonable price.

Very quick with the repair of my tire, I’m really pleased with their service!

Fast, quality service. The front office staff as well as the mechanics (the service tech even came out of the bay when i was getting in the car to leave, to make sure i knew his diagnosis and what he did to fix my issue) went the extra mile to make sure to we were 100 percent satisfied with the services provide. Always have issues with other locations in town to get tires installed or rotated ect. Called first thing in the morning, got a same day appointment and was extremely satisfied with their professionalism. I will be using Days Tire pros from now on.

Very friendly, helpful in helping me pick out replacement tires for my car, and their prices are competitive with other tire dealers. I ordered my tires over the phone on Friday and had them installed Monday afternoon. I bought 4 Cooper tires with road hazard insurance, and an alignment for $766. Very pleasant experience. I will give them my business next time I need tires and refer my friends and family to Days Tires.

I recently started a cross country move from Florida. Soon after my car started losing coolant. I was not familiar with any of the auto repair shops in the area...I read the online reviews for Days so I decided take a chance and have my baby anniversary edition Camaro (I brought brand new in 1997) serviced at Days. BEST decision...this shop deserves more accolades than I can begin to express here! This shop is one of the best to service my car over the last 25 years. The staff is professional as well as pleasant, polite and caring. They listen to women like myself who are knowdgeable about the mechanics of their automobiles. They helped bring my two small pets into the waiting room. The mechanic who serviced my car quickly identified the cause of the leak but went beyond a great repair to check and triple check that the repair was done right so I wouldnt break down on the Interstate.I wish I could take them with me to where I am moving. GREAT JOB AND MANY THANKS. RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Great service. Had a blow out on a trailer and called them from the side of I 10 and the lady helped me right away no hold. Had my tire and when I pulled in they were waiting for me. Backed my trailer up and they went to work. Almost like a Nascar pit stop. Best tire experience ever. And very nice people to boot.

Did not even receive good service like this at Tire Engineers whom you would think would be more experienced. How I was wrong!

Ive been coming here for over 10 years and had 3 race cars over those years where I would come over here to get my custom spec alignments. This time it was like pulling teeth to get my track spec alignment done, however, we met in the middle. I understand where they were coming from, so I cant knock them for it. Over the years, I love there customer service and will continue to do business with them. Customers always right, give me back my custom alignment, lol. They always do great work.

Paige and the guys are awesome!!! They did a repair on my car that should have taken 2 or 3 hours and were done and had me on my way in a little under an hour. I even missed my appointment time and they still took amazing care of me! I took a book because I figured I would end up being there for half the day, but they went above and beyond to get my car serviced fast.

Went to Day’s to get my tires rotated and balanced and an alignment done. Previous shops had tried to align and did not get it done correctly; additionally, the front left tire had begun to wear unevenly. Day’s took the time to drive my vehicle, diagnose the alignment issues, realign and then drive again to make sure the problem was fixed. I’m throughly happy with their attention to detail and customer service and will be using their services again.

Well I went there to get my tires replaced, I bring my own tires, the first time I talk to the manager and he tells me is 20 dollars for tire who is pretty decent price, I can get the same on base or 30 in Walmart, but I ended paying 145 they charge me for the size of the tire, is just a size 19 not low profile nothing weird. is like I paint a wall and I charge 20 dollars for white color and 50 for black is the size Im happy I don take my lift truck probably I will ending paying 300 because is oversized but anyways,, I will not going back, not military discount, not keeping the word on pricing, that is management who is bad, on the other hand, the mechanics really good they check my car really well, NEXT TIME I SAVE MY SELF A HEADACHE I GO TO BASE OR STRAIGHT TO A SMALL SHOP WERE THEY KEEP THEIR WORD, and charge really 20 bucks and I can give the guys a decent tip, to military personnel is easy and WAY less expensive just use the Hobby Shop on Eglin AFB or the small shop on front of the BX, I will never go back there, for civilians its a lot of small places who charge 20 bucks per tire in Crestview or FWBUPDATE, I do not accept the management explication, is plain bad service, sadly is a small town were is not much to shop around and this store has a manager who give a price, after my car was up on the bay I asked again, and the price changed to 20 to 30 bucks, and the tires are being replaced already, STILL NOT HAPPY, UNPROFESSIONAL I hope a contractor goes there and charges them a different price for color or use of the tools he have to use, is SHAMELESS, AGAIN IF YOU ARE MILITARY OR HAVE ACCESS TO BASE, SHOP THERE, IS LESS EXPENSIVE, AND FOR THE OTHER PEOPLE SORRY FOR THEM, not even military discount! rewards for loyalty?? never going back there!
