Ken is very good at doing acrylic nails and does designs very well. I only just started going here, but I’ve gone back for Ken’s ability to perfect my nails.

I’ve been going to Ken and Kelly for the last several years. Every service that Ive received has been high quality and professional. Prices have always been affordable. My personal style and customization is always considered.

This place is absolutely amazing. Me and my family have been going here for years and they always gave us the best service. The owners and employees are so nice to you. They always get us in and out. And if you love getting your eyebrows done I recommend Kelly. She is soo amazing at doing them. Overall this place is awesome and I recommend to anyone.

The previous owner sold the business after many years (who was amazing) and handed it down to one of the most professional and genuine people EVER!!! Manicure and pedicure turned out great!

This was my first visit to Beautiful Nails and the entire staff was very nice. I brought my 7 year old daughter in to celebrate her birthday and everyone was so nice to her and the young lady did a great job on her no chip manicure. I also got a no chip manicure and Ken did an amazing job he even sang while doing my nails. I think I found my nail shop!

Currently waiting to be surviced. It is 4:20 and I made an appointment 2 hrs in advance for 4. Came in at 3:55. They took several people before me instead of telling them to wait. I could understand if I was late but I wasnt. These seem like good people, good sense of humor and they do pretty nails from what Ive seen online. But this doesnt make much sense to me... UPDATE: They do wonderful nails and are extremely patient and professional

Nails had a bunch of bumps which Im assuming is because they were closing and wanted to rush me out the door could have been fixed with the file before applicying nail polish and after 2 weeks started to lift from near the cuticle. I know youre supposed to stay away from the cuticle but no, the way this was done was so that I would need a fill in a week and thats exactly how they looked. Came in 10 mins before my appointment still waited an hour to even get in the chair I called because I did not want to wait if there was a wait fine I wouldnt have came but dont schedule me an appointment and still make me wait that long then rush me out

When we walked into this nail salon we expected professionalism and communication. We didn’t get either. My nails don’t look so great either. All of my nails are different sizes and the paint on my nails is patchy. Very unhappy. And a TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION. Never again “BEAUTIFUL NAILS”

I like the staff. They seem to be a real cool group of ppl. The problem I have is the scheduling. I had a 4pm apptmnt but arrived a few minutes early. I saw other women rushing in but I wasnt worried because I had an apptmnt. (Deep sigh) They took those 2 women and had my daughter waiting an hour to be serviced. Good thing I had a pedicure so I ddnt wait too long but once it was done, I did wait to get my nails done. My daughter was going to cancel but I convinced her to get serviced since we were there. We probably wont go back tho. Im big on professionalism & taking walk ins 5-10 minutes before apptmnts is not okay. They should have made them wait or told them to go sit & wait to be finished when they were done with the apptmnts but NOPE, walk ins came in received immediate service & were gone like Me and My Daughter SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I gave a small tip which would have been better if I was serviced professionally. Oh and the crowd is very mixed. Some of their patrons are super ill mannered & loud.

I have been going to Beautiful Nails for the last 15 years and I have no complaints! Mike, the owner, is always friendly and humorous. The hospitality is great, the prices are fair and they always do a fantastic job!

Today I had the privilege of having my nails done by Michael. From the moment I called inquiring about prices and availability, Michael was super warm and welcoming. They took me in as soon as I arrived. Micheal took his time and made sure my nail process was seamless with Card. I had artificial nails removed and a no-chip applied to my real nails. Micheal quickly removed the old ones via soaking while caring for my real nails underneath. Meanwhile, we had a very enlightening conversation. He explained all the steps in the processs and the importance of each which I appreciated. Again, I can’t stress enough how warm and relaxing my nail service was. I was very pleased with my nails after. They came out absolutely beautiful which is very refreshing considering how harsh acrylic and gel can be on the nails! Very sweet staff! Did a wonderful job on myself, my sister, and my moms nails! The pedicures felt very luxurious for the price and a man (I assumed the owner) was extremely kind and funny!! Only reason for the 3 stars is because the woman who did my moms nails had a VERY noticeable attitude the ENTIRE time which was upsetting to see. But the woman who did my sister and I was wonderful and super friendly!!

First time at this nail salon and it was a great one. The owner Michael is super friendly and funny might I add. I had the pleasure of working with Peter, he was quick, friendly, professional. This place was also super clean and the prices were good too! I just moved to this area and decided to Google nail salons. They were able to get me in right away. When I got there the owner greeted me and even helped me choose colors that went well with my skin tone.Next time Im bringing my daughter and maybe just maybe Ill talk my fiance into one! Who says men cant get pampered?!Prices are great too!!

So went in to get a full set acrylic done the older lady that I think is the older mans wife did my nails three cuts and one bumpy nail later and I called it quits! I didnt want to leave right away being that Valentines day is tomorrow and had no where else close to go get them done I stayed and toughed it out after she was done the old man got a hold of me and started filing the edges sanding what she did down he asked me what color when I picked it out I also told him I wanted two glitter on ring fingers well good luck! He painted all of them four times put two top coats then placed my aching dried hands in a so called fast nail dryer arrived at 6:30pm. departed at 8:50pm. No glitter all gummy and tacky old nail polish lets just say an experience I will NEVER repeat again! I think hes losing it personally come on now! Why would you do something like that!

The guy who did my nails don’t have a clue on how to paint nails he left deep brush strokes and missed the side of my nails. The other man didn’t speak English and had no clue how to give a pedicure or paint nails constantly looking over at the other people to see what they were doing and guessing what to do. When I asked the owner to fix my nails he got loud with me and said that since I was my first time that not to come back to them . I have had my nails done since I was in high school and never looked this bad EVER.

Stopped by while I was in town for a wedding and am thrilled with my first set of acrylic nails! The gel color is amazingly smooth, and Peter was efficient and very friendly even though I had limited time. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for years with no issues. It was the only place I would get my nails done. But the past 2 times I have went I was treated very rudely for being pregnant.This last time last weekend was that last time I will be going here. The lady doing nails next to me looked at my stomach and asked if it was planned, then asked when I was due. I told her in a week and she said I should have just stayed home. After that, she asked how I old I was. When I told her my age, she said thats too young to be having a child while the man who was doing my nails said are you sure youre ready? & then went on to ask me later if I was married and when I said I was engaged, he replied with no good while shaking his head.The older man who works there has always been nice though. It was these two who have ruined my experience and really hurt me.

Love this little shop. The owner is the nicest man, offers me a cup of coffee every time i come in. The no chip lasts me a good 3 to 4 weeks depending on the growth. Prices cant be beat anywhere in the area.

The owner is really nice and explained the different options and pricing.I got my eye brows and lip waxed (for the first time ever) which i was super nervous about. She was quick and did a great job :)My nail tech made nice conversation while he worked. He is super gentle with my hands...Ive had other techs at other shops that knick cuticles, yank your hands back and forth or your acrylics or gel nails end up looking crooked. Other places i have been are real short when they talk to you and rush you.GOING BACK EVERY TIME :)

Asked for a fill. Technician had no idea what he was doing. Results were terrible looking, thick, and cost was outrageous. Will never go there again.

Such of waste of time. Got denied twice for no reason at all. I went in to get a broken nail fixed on a set that THEY did and they said there was no time, when it was exactly 20 minutes before closing time. The second time I went in asking for the same thing 2 hours before closing and they told me no because they couldnt match the color when I CLEARLY stated that I didnt mind (it was JUST glitter polish) I even suggested a clear nail if that was the problem, I just needed a nail fix. While expressing this I was interrupted and told goodbye in the middle of my sentence. I honestly felt discriminated because it was twice that they turned down for absolutely no reason at all. Will be contacting BBB!

Today, my 89 year old Mom and I had the worse experience and was treated very unfair by Beautiful Nails owner. My Mom has been a faithful customer for 3+ years. She will be 90 on 8/4/2013 and anyone who has sense and compassion should be able to understand at this age there can be challenges. On 8/3/2013 we arrived at Beautiful Nails at 4:55pm for her 5:00pm nail appointment. They appeared to be pretty busy and all of the seats in the waiting area were taken, so the owner motioned for us to have a seat at the chairs in front of the work stations. Well, when my Mom sat down on the chair it rolled back and completely knocked over the work table and made a big mess. The owner came running over with a mad look on his face and turned to me and said, “I can’t do your Mom’s nails, you have to come back, I have to clean this up, this is going to be very expensive, you can leave now”. I apologized and so did my Mom, because it was an ACCIDENT! Then after a few minutes, he asked if my Mom was ok. I do sympathize with what happened and it was a big mess, but I felt he treated us so unfair. Another odd thing is some of the customers were looking at us like we did it on purpose. I don’t get that. I feel bad for my Mom because it really hurt her feelings. We are so disappointed in how this establishment handled this situation.

Worse service. I owner was ride. Employee didnt know what he was doing. Wife either. Highly pissed. Owner started making up stuff and trying to convince me my nails were cute. They were uneven..bulky..and straight up unattractive. Wouldnt recommended this shop. Ever.

The man behind the counter is always nice greets you when you walk in offers you a bottle of water. Would talk your ear off if you let him. Dont get me wrong hes why I like this place. Now as for the girls here who do the nails they all seem well .. . Bitchy they dont really ever talk enless its to bark orders at the people whos nails there doing. They do good work only issue Ive seen is nails not drying and they let the women go and the nails get smudged or something.
