I would highly recommend this transport service for all your travel needs. I had major surgery to go to last week in Aurora Illinois and my mom was too nervous to drive so I found Crest Hill Legendary Transportation with a five star rating so we gave it a try and I would give the rating 10 stars not 5! Clayton was very nice, professional and very caring. The SUV was very clean and smelled so good! I had anxiety because of surgery and he helped ease my anxiety by talking the whole time there and back the world needs more kind hearted people like Clayton! Thank you so much 😊

I don’t know that I have ever written a review like this but felt compelled to. I just had the most enjoyable trip to the airport courtesy of Clayton. His customer service was above and beyond - cell chargers, mints, air controls, and an impeccably clean vehicle - but more than this, he was simply a truly enjoyable human being to spend time with. We shared a long conversation about business, resiliency, mental health (I am a professional counselor), grit, and family. I have never enjoyed a taxi ride more, and at the end he thanked ME for the beautiful conversation. I feel I lucked out finding Legendary Transportation and they’ve earned a customer for as long as I live in the area.

MR. CLAYTON MADE MY MOMS MOTHERS DAY ONE TO REMEMBER!!!! He was very pleasant company throughout the entire experience. He goes above and beyond to be personable and compassionate with his customers. This was my mothers first time in a limo, and Im sure I can speak for her, when I say it certainly wont be her last. Im so upset, I didnt learn about Claytons limo services sooner. Great experience with our driver Clayton. We called him for a ride to and from the Airport. He was early and ready to greet us. He wore a mask the whole time and was safe and cautious. He was accommodating and very nice. He loaded and unleaded everything for us. He also had a very nice and clean limo with lighting, tv, music, and little essentials. He’s very easy to talk to and made the ride safe and smooth the whole way. Quality and great pricing. We will be recommending them to everyone and using him again.

We needed transportation to and from Midway Airport, I contacted Mr. Clayton Cherry to make the arrangements. Everything about the trips to and from the airport went smoothly; drivers were on time, professional, and the vehicles were clean, had water bottles, hand sanitizer and the drivers wore masks. All in all it was a very positive experience, we’ll be using Legendary Transportation Service again!

Do not use this company/driver if you have children or care about their safety. He wanted to put the baby and her car seat on the ground in the limo because and I quote “this is a $98,000 limo and it will mess up my seats”. I had to go and get towels to put down on his seats.Also… “make sure you pick up your candy wrappers” - apparently the trash can in the back wasn’t for using. Lastly, he didn’t bother to tell us he was at the furthest door to pick us up so we waited and then had to trek a half a block through the crowd with 2 kids, 2 adults with medical issues and 9 pieces of luggage because supposedly he wasn’t allowed to pull up to get us.

Let me just say I have never met anyone more kind! He was on time and even had to wait for our delay repeatedly and he did it with a smile. 10/10!

Got picked from home up in a timely manner and dropped us of at airport with plenty of time to check in etc...On the way back our flight was delayed 3 hours and he picked us up with no hesitation. Very polite & professional! Made my mom comfortable being her 1st time in a limo. 👍🏽

This Driver is the best representative of courteous, honorable and respectful service in this industry. He truly provides exceptional service in a professional timely manner.His vehicle was exceptionally well maintained and clean and he was very knowledgeable about the area.What most impressed me is that....he wasnt a distracted driver! Most drivers poorly attempt to speak on their headphones, manage mobile apps and find directions to the next destination, while swerving all over the road. WOW! We all have limos pick us up for airport travel, but this positive experience was absolutely the best of the BEST! Ive traveled everywhere with multiple limo companies for work and pleasure because Im a scardy cat to drive in all the traffic and park my car in some place that I wont remember....not to mention kids...kids make everything xs 10 in stress. Traveling with littles can be challenging, but Clayton contributed to this trip of unforgettable memories for my kids (3,5,&8). He met us promptly with a completely sanitized limo, turned on a movie for the kids to occupy them and treat heaven! Mom and Dad indulged on treats too! If you are on the fence just do it! Saves you the stress of traffic and parking.....and creates the craziest of memories for your kids! They will probably remember the limo ride than your $$$$ vacation! Have fun....keep smiling!
