I needed airport transportation and was looking to support a local business. Everything was clean, sanitized and safe. Vince was great. Called stop and go shuttle two weeks before leaving on a trip. They confirmed for the day. 5 days before they are suppose to pick up they call me to say they are overbooked and can no longer give ride.

I was originally very happy and hopeful when I found them online and saw they were 24 hours. I had an international flight at 6am and a lot of people who have flown international or use airplanes domestically like to get there early and know its safest to be at the airport 2-3 hours in advance. I called them to confirm card information and he informed me that they wouldnt pick me up at 2:30-3 because it was too early. I live 45 minutes away from the airport and while I can understand how it may be a modest inconvenience but was confused as they advertise as a 24 hour service. He told me they would pick me up around 3:30 and I was a little alarmed because I was paying them to take them at the time I reserved, and paying extra since it was at an early time. I called again a day or two later in hopes of confirming the time that I had reserved, and was told that this was what they did for a living and they knew what they were doing, and criticized me because I would just end up walking around the airport for 2-3 hours. I was very upset and tried to be as polite as possible and hope I didnt come across as rude. I just didnt understand the point of making a reservation for a time Im comfortable with that I wanted to leave at only to be told that they refused to take me at that time but I would still have to pay. I cancelled my reservation and plan on booking elsewhere... Maybe my nerves of flying internationally are getting the best of me a little but I dont know if I was being unreasonable since Im paying them to take me at the time that I want/ need to leave? If anyone thinks Im being a little irrational please feel free to say so, but I was a bit disappointed and likely wont reserve here again. Im glad so many other people have had good experiences through this company though

I just used Stop and Go this past Friday and he was punctual, friendly and professional. I asked what time did he suggest for pick up and he gave his recommendation. I have read a lot of reviews about Vince and the vast majority were pleased like myself. In regards to the young lady who had an issue with the pick up time I think you were just nervous so that made the situation worse than it was. Vince has been in this business for several years and he has provided great service every time I have used him. I have family, friends, local business men and clergy who have all been extremely satisfied with the service provided by Stop and Go Shuttle.

My best friend booked this company for her wedding and it was a horrendous experience. Due to inclement weather, we asked the driver to skip the stop to an outdoor picture location and just bring us to the last stop, the venue for the reception. While he obliged us, he was extremely rude about the change in schedule - even though omitting a stop only made it LESS work for him. He kicked us out of the limo when we arrived literally shouting, “Get out!” We had the limo on a contract till 5:30pm and this was at 3:15pm. We asked him if we could just sit in the limo till 5:30pm, since we PAID for the limo till 5:30pm, and he again started shouting at us to exit immediately. The poor bride and entire bridal party had to get out in the rain and stand outside the venue (since now we were early to the venue). Stop and Go is unprofessional and I will never even consider using this shuttle service again.

Let me just start with that this company is amazing!! The owner was our driver and he gave us a free upgrade on our vehicle when he picked us up the morning of our vacation, which was a surprise!. He was on time, polite, and held a conversation with us! My family and I will definitely book him for our upcoming trip in December!

I had just flown in from a stressful week and was looking forward to being home. I called Vincent to let him know I had arrived a little early and he was already there. His associate was supposed to pick me up with a town car but because of delays at OHare he couldnt make it to Midway in time so Vincent picked me up in a party bus since he was nearby. He was incredibly kind and friendly and the vehicle was spotless! I always love using small businesses and I will continue to use him from now on for all travel to and from the airport. Booked him for a trip to Ohare and back for a trip to Alaska. Going up things were great. On the return trip, we arrive at Ohare on time at midnight. Got our luggage and at the arranged time, no limo. Waited for 15 min, now 12:30 and called. It was quite evident I woke him up. Took 50 more minutes for him to show up. He was very apologetic and offered 1 free service when I needed it to make up for the situation. All four people in the van will confirm this.Called some months later for a pick up at Ohare. Even though he obviosly remembered, he said he would never have offered a free trip! He offered what amounted to a 10 dollar discount.In my opinion, a limo service runs on its on-time reputation. I will never use this service again as I couldnt depend on it and he didnt keep his word. Ill just get an Uber. It will all be the same.
