Extremely poor job, and customer interaction/satisfaction. Scheduled to clean 4 carpeted rooms, with three rooms completely empty, one room only having a bed (on wheels), bureau, and desk in it. When cleaning the one room with furniture, it was never moved (bone dry under the bed, and was told furniture would be moved and tabs placed underneath), carpets were soaking wet, dog hair left on carpet (never vacuumed first), and each room, around the edges, was were any dirt accumulated. Called to complain, and the next day scheduled for a re-do. The same technician came (very early, 7:20 am versus communicated time of between 8-11:00 am), would not wait 30 minutes, and was very challenging and rude. After putting up with him for ~10 minutes, sent him away and called to cancel the service and requested a refund. Was told the owner doesnt give refunds, so now I have to dispute the charge with the CC Company, and be put out even more. Be very careful with what is promised and what is delivered using Carpet Cleaning Experts. I found the whole experience very un-professional and dis-appointing.

Woman in office was super nice. She arranged an appointment to have our carpets cleaned for an hour after I called. Jacob was fantastic! He came early, worked hard, was extremely thorough and obliging. Lovely young man who knew what he was doing and did it well. We had raccoons break into our house while we were away. All hints of the raccoons were removed and the carpets look like new. Thank you!

Weve done business with this company a number of times. We recently had 3 bedrooms hallway and 2 set a of stairs cleaned. Doug did a great job. He took his time was courteous polite and took pride in his work. The carpets came out awesome and the carpet on the stairs shocked me how clean he got them. These are 14 year old carpets but they dont look it anymore. I highly recommend carpet cleaner experts

We have a lobby area rug that we send out for cleaning every year. This year, we went with Carpet Cleaning Experts and our rug looks BRAND NEW!!!! Weve never had it look as good after a cleaning as it did when we got it back! The colors were so vibrant and the carpet lays flat and everything about the experience was great!!!Also - we had our carpets cleaned in our office and due to the pandemic, we had vinyl tape on the carpets for traffic directions that unfortunately didnt come out the first time CCE came out. HOWEVER, they promptly rescheduled a time to come and take care of it and Raphael was prompt, attentive and highly effective at getting the glue remnants out! Raphael was incredible! This is the best place you could go to have your rugs or carpets cleaned - they truly are experts!!!

Very disappointed!!!!!!I have used this company in the past and have been very satisfied so I scheduled service for this am and was told that pricing would be the same as last autumn when I last used them. The gentleman did arrive on time...but then, proceeded to measure my condo without explanation (they have serviced me in the past and obviously I havent increased sq footage...) then proceeded to try to upsell me multiple products...SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!Needless to say, I declined service and have hired another company!Transparency and trust are SO IMPORTANT, especially when inviting someone into your home!!!!I will not use them ever again!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Bad energy since he steps in the door. When I called i spoke to brandi (supervisor) 🤨 and I specifically told her the room had a weird odor and two small make up stains. Brandi failed to properly and accurately note on my account and quote me according to the problems I spoke to her about. 150. 00 did not include what I called for. The guy accused me of wanting things for free and when I called, the lady had no customer service skills to the point I that she called me back to tell me to make sure I include in this review “that each of my rooms is over 600 square feet.” I must live in a mansion that I don’t know about. I picked them because of the experience. BIG MISTAKE. Customer service and good communication is important. Needles to say I asked him to leave and booked with another company who is coming tomorrow. And he was very nice and informative. Don’t use these people!

I had scheduled a carpet cleaning service for my boyfriends apartment last weekend. Scheduling the appointment and getting a quote was very easy and fast and I had a pleasure speaking with Katie who helped me a lot through the process and was very friendly. Doug arrived in the morning to do the cleaning and was very through. He was kind enough to give me tips on different kinds of spills I might have (wax, wine, blood, ect). Omg.I thought it was going to be good but not.First, they cleanmy stears. Wet wet wet and dont even bother to clean the corners I was picking the debris after he cleaned.Second, on the main floor some parts had play dough and he didnt even bother to remove it.All corners were left untouched.And finally when I was looking for a pen to sign he was sitting in my chair without permission.

Great experience. Stacey and Katie in the office are awesome. I had heavily stained carpets from a unruly tenant. The first steam cleaning didn’t get all the stains out, so they sent out a second tech out a day later to pull out the remaining heavy grease stains. There was no hassle! Great experience!

We used Carpet Cleaning Experts to clean our boat cushions at the end of the season and I cannot say enough good things about this company and their excellent customer service. Yes, they did a good job cleaning all the cushions from our sailboat, and they did it quickly for a fair price, BUT the most impressive thing was their communication. Every single employee, from the first phone call and quote to the pick up and delivery drivers, was very impressive - very good, quick, thorough professional communication by phone/ text. Always very polite, very professional, upbeat. Kudos to the owner/ manager of this company for creating a work environment where these employees all seem to feel valued and part of the team. So rare as a consumer to have this type of experience with a service provider. You guys should be giving lessons in customer service!

I needed my sofas and carpet cleaned, so I decided to check on Angies list for a good carpet cleaner. Carpet cleaning experts was one of them that I decided to request a quote from because they had very good reviews from customers. They contacted me within minutes after receiving my request, and gave me a quote that was better than their competitors so I scheduled an appointment. Honestly, the first guy that came out to clean my carpets didn’t do a good job at all. He told me the job would take 2 hrs, but he completed the job in 1 hr which I thought was odd since he’s cleaning 2 rooms, 2 sofas and a mattress.After he was done cleaning obviously everything was wet so it was hard to see how clean the sofas and carpets were. I took a better look at them after they were dried and I was very disappointed because it wasn’t done properly and to my satisfaction. I called carpet cleaning experts a few days later to let them know and without hesitation they said that they would send someone out again to clean the areas that needed to be cleaned again.This time they send a different guy name Doug to clean the carpet and sofas, he was very nice and friendly, he looked at the problem areas and said it should’ve been done better. He did a thorough cleaning of the carpet and sofas, and believe me, I could see the difference instantly, even before they were dried, and the whole area smelled so fresh and clean.I am so happy, and satisfied with the job that Doug did. In the future, I will definitely be calling Carpet Cleaning Experts again, and requesting Doug to do the job!! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good carpet cleaning company to call them because they stand by their work, and aim to keep their customers happy and satisfied.

We called Carpet Cleaning Experts after a urine stain occurred on our new cloth recliner. We had tried home remedies such as blotting, washing with mild soap and baking soda. Still some stain and smell remained. They responded within 2 days and Raphael did a great job cleaning and applying the enzyme cleaner. Very pleased.

People just want a straight clean deal. If you advertise a $99.00 special for up to 450 s.f. with minimum and you history is that people are confused by that promotion (as demonstrated in posts and reviews) and instead of getting a customer you have alienated a potential customer and leave yourself exposed to mistrust. Just state in the ad that the minimum means as long as other services total $150. you get up to 450 s.f. of carpet cleaned for $99. everyone is fine. Pretty simple. It is in my opinion deliberately misleading hook in the add that upsets your potential customers. Who would ever want to risk that. Honesty matters in business more than anything else. Customers would prefer to pay the $150. to someone who is honest and upfront in their advertising from the start and not have someone who is deceptive entering their home.At the very least train your staff to explain that by purchasing an additional $50. in services you would honor the $99. offer. Without that explanation which I did not get it appears you would come to the house bump the price to $150. for the carpet cleaning alone and not provide the other services needed to reach that plato.Very deceptive in my opinion.

***DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO CLEAN YOUR CARPETS*** I am not one to put down small businesses but this review is warranted as I don’t want anyone to go through what we have gone through with them. We had a brand new area rug for our daughter’s nursery, unfortunately our dog got into the room and peed in one little corner on the carpet. We called them since we did not want to ruin the rug and spread the stain ourselves since they were backed by google as being a supposed good business. They came to pick up the rug and said they would only be able to get 30% of the stain out but had to charge us $180 for that little stain on a 5x8 rug (which is absurd in the first place), but we really wanted to keep this rug so thought it would be worth it. First mistake, we should have never sent it with them EVER because the guy picking up the carpet said to me he was going back to someone’s house after to get her carpet he just dropped off since she was an unhappy customer with the results. They returned the rug the next week completely destroyed with black streaks going down the entire carpet (it’s light pink). We immediately called customer service and they hung up on us. They eventually said they would take the rug back and clean the black stains out. They took the rug to clean the black stains out that they put all over the carpet, only to return it with green and yellow stains all over it, basically completely destroyed and unsalvageable. Again, they were extremely unprofessional and hung up on us and said they refused to reimburse us. Had I known they would completely destroy our carpet, I would have just put something over that little corner that was stained and called it a day. They are extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and over priced and do not care for other’s belongings. I can’t believe people like this are even allowed to run a business. Their supervisor Bill Tremblay needs to be seriously looked at by the owner of the company because they way he is running things is completely unacceptable. We have photos of before the carpet went with them, the second time it came back, and then the third and they still were completely rude and refused to take responsibility for what they have done. We had to buy a brand new carpet and unfortunately eat all of these costs due to them.

I love Carpet Cleaning Experts! I have tried many different carpet cleaning companies over the years, (chains and sole owner), and have been very happy with them. I have used them for years now through two different homes. They always do a terrific job! We have always been very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. The technicians are always professional, polite, clear with expectations and hard working.

Was driving on 95 in providence when the dangerous drive came flying down the highway I was in the right lane going about 15 over the speed limit and he cut Into me doing well over 30 the limit and ran me into the shoulder and then for the next 3 miles did the same thing to everyone else on the highway with no singles or care for him self others on the road or the company he was driving for should be lucky I did not call state police on him for what he did to like 15 drives in 3 miles should not be driving a company vehicle

Throughout the entire process, from first phone call to delivery of my carpet, Carpet Cleaning Experts were great to work with. They explained that my 9x12 Chinese sculptured wool rug would need the full 5-step process to completely remove the smell that it had developed due to dampness. They answered all of my questions and concerns. They invited me to their office to see the procedure, meet the technician, and I even met the owner Joe. This is a family-run business, and it was local to my home. They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased, and would gladly suggest the you give them a call!

Not that impressed. Girl in the office was very nice and gave me a price that was very reasonable. Was told it might be a little high because i did not know the exact size of the rooms. But, when the man came to clean the carpets my reasonable price increased $125.00 and they moved minimal furniture when cleaning. Feel very misled.

I called Carpet Cleaning Experts to clean an oriental rug that had an awful pet odor. It had been cleaned by two other companies prior with out success. The Carpet Cleaning Experts got the smell out and now I can enjoy my 60 year old rug. They were a little more money but they did exactly what they promised.The pickup and delivery guys were a joy to work with. I highly recommend this company. They were worth every penny.

They came to pick up 3 area rugs, cleaned them beautifully and delivered them when they were done. Very easy, I didnt have to lift a finger. The rugs look brand new again!

First i called and talked with a women and she gave me a rough estimate of $225.00. So i agreed for them to come out an look at the carpets. when the gentleman got there the price went up $ 100.00 more. My husband was there and let them take them. They came back to drop them off and the price went up another $ 55.00. Even though i had a signed agreement. I had to pay the extra fee. The rugs that they cleaned only cost me $225.00. the fee to clean them $350.00. What a rip off. Will call the better business bureau next... Dont believe the signed contract. Will pass the word around never to use them.

Carpet Cleaning Experts came in and cleaned a 5 X 7 area rug that hadnt been cleaned in 7 years, the last cleaning having cost me $75 at a cleaning plant that i had to bring it too, and it looks brand new! They also did 2 bedrooms and a hallway. when they left the carpets felt dry to the touch and when you have a slab house that is most important. I went for price and got a great job. Oh! they also steam cleaned my bathroom tile.

Rafael was SO fast! I was expecting this to take a few hours, because, well, any time you have the cable company or internet company come over they give you a window of 17 hours when they might arrive and take FOREVER to hook up the cable, even with wires provided. Carpet Cleaning Experts called to confirm a few days before the appointment, giving a 3 hour window. Rafael not only arrived on time, but arrived almost 15 minutes early. I was afraid my beautiful leather couch was unsalvageable after my cat provided his own yelp review on the cushions. Not today, Satan! Even though I tried to clean it myself using various products, CCE were not afraid to go gentle into that good couch. Price was much more reasonable than I expected, and it took less than an hour. My mouth was agape when Rafael said he was done. Thats it? Thats it. As a person with limited mobility, I wish I had called them first instead of trying to do it myself. So worth it.

He said they may be able to get all the stains out but could not guarantee it. My husband and I have decided to think about it longer.For now we are contemplating rug shopping. If we ever need carpet cleaning in the future Carpet Cleaning Experts are at the top of our list.

On the first time I hired Carpet Cleaning Experts, for my mothers home, I was extremely pleased with the results. I decided to have my carpets cleaned at my home. On this occasion, I had to assist moving furniture and was not pleased with the results. 3 carpets were cleaned in about an hour with little to no effort to stains. I voiced my opinion to the business and a representative came to correct two stains of which he sprayed and rubbed with a white cloth. Within 5 minutes he was done and the stains as you can guess or still there. If I were to rate this company now I would give it one star. Ask for Donnell if you want a good job done. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

If you need to speak with me directly, please call my personal cell phone number 401-258-XXXX... We are not completely satisfied with your companys services. The person who cleaned the carpets at home and rental did a fine job. Then, when one of my tenants removed the area rug that covers about 50% of the floor area in her office, we realized the carpet underneath was never treated. The lady who answered the phone said that because it was past 30 days (which it is not stated in the service contract) and because we were responsible for removing the carpet (which we were never informed or asked about nor it is stated in the contract) they would only come back to treat that area after paying a fee. We reached out to you following your word statement in the contact and have not received a call back after a week nor we expect it at this point.
