What a wonderful visit to such a cute community! I instantly felt at home when walking into Victoria Court. The staff was very friendly and informative. The residents were all busy with different activities but very eager to say hi. I had a real sense of family from the moment I came in. I would recommend Victoria Court to anyone looking for Memory Care options.

I cant say enough about Victoria Court and the staff! My first experience, I was greeted by name and everyone was excited to show me around. Even though everyone was wearing masks I could tell that they were all smiling and happy to have me there. All of the residents also looked very happy and well taken care of. I would recommend Victoria Court to anyone in the area!

Very friendly staff. They made me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable on dementia. I highly recommend.

I transferred my wife here two days ago. I was prepared for a potentially difficult time for my wife to leave the facility where she seemed content and fairly well adjusted, but the staff at Victoria Court did an amazing job of receiving her and introducing to the other residents that made her brighten up, smile and feel like this was her new home. Her furniture and belongings were quickly taken to her new quarters and set up with her involvement. Thanks to the staff, my fears over the move were turned into an far better experience than I could have imagined.

Pacifica Senior Living Victoria Court is one of my favorite places to visit!! The staff are extremely welcoming and compassionate to all of their residents and visitors. The place is always cleaned well and is beautiful inside, very spacious and a comfortable atmosphere. There is also a variety of fun activities such as band and singing entertainment, crafts, bingo, and many other fun games! The residents are always happy and smiling and are extremely well cared for. I 100% recommend this place to anybody who is thinking about having their loved ones live here.

They have been amazing from even before my mom moved in. Kim bent over backwards to help us in a very dire situation. Every time I visit my mom, she talks about how there are so many fun things to do and the staff are incredibly sweet to her. Even though I miss her terribly, I feel confident that she is being treated with compassionate and respect.

When you tour assisted living facilities, they all say the same things about valuing each resident and preserving their dignity. The nicest thing about Victoria Court is that what they say on the tour is also what they do; its not just advertising. They have the warmest, most compassionate and competent staff. They are truly like another family.

When I walked into Victoria Court my first day i felt like I was home. The staff is extremely friendly. Everyone has a smile on their face and are going out of their way to help! I could be more impressed with staff and management team at Victoria Court. Residents are well cared for, engaged, and given the freedom to use the whole building as their own space. Memory Care at its finest!

We recently moved my brother from another facility we were not happy with. Victoria court is profetional in every way possible. The staff is actually loving. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
