Not really pet friendly - They refused to even consider 2 medium sized well-trained dogs. Their website is inaccurate and caused me much wasted time in my search for a pet-friendly apartment. They said they might consider a very small dog and a small cat.

Called today for information. Sandy was obviously not having a good day. Abrupt, and generally rude. She hung up before I could get information on their floor plans. If this is how they treat you before a lease is signed, I can only imagine what it’s like after the ink is dried. Look elsewhere.

DON’T LIVE HERE! Currently writing this at 3 am because I am awake ONCE AGAIN because this buildings fire alarm goes off atleast once a week or more. Office manager Sandy Cabral and Maintenence head Ed are completely incompetent. Haven’t had a functioning washer and dryer unit all summer. Every time you try to voice your complaints to Sandy she dismisses them, gets angry and blames the tenant. Ed the Maintenence head walked in on me changing without asking permission to enter. We find out from neighbors and Wickford appliance that this is not the first time he has entered our apartment without permission. We had no prior notice he was coming, and no note or anything indicating he was there. If we hadn’t talked to these people we would have never known he had entered without consent, and we specifically requested permission before entering. Out of any apartment I’ve ever rented this is the worst. We’ve never had issues with an apartment manager Maintenence etc until now and they are EXTREMELY unprofessional. When told Ed had walked in on me changing we heard no updates on what happened with this.We still have not heard any follow up about this matter and just like all summer our concerns have been dismissed. We have lost a lot of sleep between constant fire alarms going off, and the stress of having to deal with such incompetent employees. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Do not live here, they will take advantage of you in any way possible. I lived here for 3 months on a short term lease. The apartments are small for the price, location near garden city is what you are paying for. The apartments themselves are not the issue, management is. Sandy Cabral, the manager, is very incompetent. For all but the last week we lived here we did not have a functioning washer/dryer unit, along with numerous other maintenance problems. Sandys solution for while we did not have an in-unit washer dryer was to use the pay machines in the basement, at $4 per load, paid for by us. (After pushing her, Sandy did issue a $20 credit to these machines, enough for 5 loads of laundry). If these were cheap apartments thats not a big deal, but when you are paying so much you would like to have a fully functioning apartment. The maintenance-man, Ed, is also quite unprofessional. Every time we called about said washer/dryer he would tell us he cant get to it for a while. It took just over 2 and a half months for them to service the washer/dryer. The buildings fire alarm system is faulty, so be prepared to have the fire alarm go off roughly once a week. This is not a single unit fire alarm, it is the buildings fire alarm which the fire department has to come and turn off, so aside from the inconvenience of having to leave your apartment, if you have pets like us they will be very nervous when the alarm is going off for 15 minutes or so. In addition to these inconveniences, on at least 2 separate occasions Ed, the maintenance-man, entered our apartment without any permission to do so, without telling us he would be there, and without notifying us that he had been there. We found out through our neighbors. When we took the problem to Sandy she was more annoyed with US than anything else. For the remainder of our lease Sandy was extremely rude to us. If anyone is thinking about living in these apartments I would urge you to reconsider as it has been all negative experiences for our entire lease term.

Living though a terrible experience with the company that manages this complex. One would think that the management company would want to work with renters and not against. But instead this management company treats tenants poorly. I can’t imagine they get many returning customers.

Very small apartments, very cosy and not good place to rent if you have parties at your house.

Average apartment with inflated rent due to close proximity to Garden cuty centre. Renovated units have nice kitchen set and also have in house washer and dryer.
