Needed my 25 year old bathroom re-grouted and a friend recommended A-1. The owner Mike came in with recommendations how to not only re-grout, but to clean this up like new . The cost was reasonable for the job that was proposed and I couldnt believe the quality of the finished product, it was a completely new bathroom ! The crew was respectable in my home, neat and clean, cant say enough about A-1!!!

I had an old beige tub and tiles Glazed and painted white, I expected a good job however I was blown away how beautiful the tub and tiles now look! Let me start by saying that this isnt my first experience with having a tub resurfaced and I really wish I couldve found the company I had used the time before. I expected the same level of care and respect to be taken when preforming the work. That was not the case. The technician did not protect my not even completed bathroom when sanding and spraying the material on the tub. They left backspray all over the tile that had just been installed just a week earlier. The previous company I worked with had masked off the whole room to protect everything and it was a 40 year old room. I went from angry to tears. Mike the owner told me not to worry that they stand behind all of their work. He sent the technician back out to wipe everything down with acetone but unfortunately both the technician and Mike couldnt feel the backspray. Im so upset. Ive been waiting for this new bathroom since before the pandemic and now I feel like theres a layer of glue on my new tile. Mike says he stands behind his work. I dont see that to be true. If you still decide to use this contractor, stand over them and watch them work. Its ashame that I have to reccomend that but I wish someone told me to. Also, they ask for cash. Dont do it!

My tub and tiles required Reglazing. I contacted Mike to schedule an appointment. He showed up at the agreed-upon date and time. He gave me a quote. I booked his services. Gerald was assigned to complete the work. He did a fantastic job. He was professional. He wore protective shoe covers and a mask. My bathroom looks brand new. He also cleaned the bathroom floor. I was not expecting that at all. I will recommend this company to anyone and be sure to request Gerald.

We had to completely retile our shower due to a leak, but did not want to go to the expense of getting a new tub (plus ours is a solid cast iron) and it was too expensive to replace the other three walls which were a hideous gray and burgundy. A-1 was able to reglaze the tub so it looks brand new and the walls look clean and bright in white. In addition, the owner was able accommodate the contractors schedule and the technician did a great work around when we neglected to remove the toilet. So I have a beautiful updated bathroom for about half the cost of I had replaced the tub and outer walls. Great quality, service and price and nice people!!

They did an excellent job I hope I wouldnt have to do it again but if I do Ill definitely take then. They do such a nice and clean job. No mess was left in my house once they left. They pat paper all oven my bathroom so nothing gets dirty from their work and then it took brand new, like it was never used!

We recently hired A1 to spray a bathroom (tub and tile) as well as install a floor. The bathroom had black textured tile with a blue trim to match the tub. We were looking to change the tile/tub to white. Mike came out to see the bathroom in person as well as discuss our options and expectations. Mike and A-1 crew are dedicated customers satisfaction! The job was quick and clean and came out perfect. They spend extra time and care to make sure the area is taped off to avoid any type of over spray issue. Even after I had damaged the finish installing the new shower door, Mike put my concern at ease and explained they can come back and repair the damage no problem and it will look like it never happened, which was the case. Most importantly he came back for an extremely fair price because he understood we had a budget for the job and his only concern was our complete satisfaction. Absolutely fantastic job. Two days ago our bathroom had a pink tub and red tile walls from the 1950s. After Mike and Dave did their thing, the bathroom now looks amazing. Anyone would look at the tub and tile walls and swear theyre brand new. We are beyond happy and would refer A-1 in a heartbeat. They showed up as promised, answered all questions, were extremely clean and neat, and above all, they did a fantastic job.

I bought a condo knowing the bathroom had to be almost completely gutted. Mike and Dave were extremely accomodating to my schedule and the bathroom looks brand new. They made sure I understood the changes, recommended different paint/tile/etc based on their experience and how it would look. I did not have a plumber and they recommended someone who also did a great job. I am already recommending these guys to a family member for an upcoming project!

This was rediculously easy. Mike is a can-do guy. We have an original cast iron tub but it looks brand new now. The guy mike sent only spent a few hours here and was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend.

They did a very nice job but after only 4 months I have a small chip in the bottom of the tub and small holes in the grout lines around tile. Maybe I dropped something in the tub but I’m shocked that it’s so delicate. Will definitely not last!

I own a rental property and after a tenant moved out they left a tub in bad shape. Wow! What a difference! The reglazing A-1 did on our very old tub turned out even better than I had hoped. And what an easy experience. Mike was able to provide a quote based on photos I had taken. We scheduled the appointment. The tech showed up on time, and even texted me to let me know he was on his way. The entire process took about an hour and half and the results are amazing.
