I do not recommend having your oil changed here! I have always used them until now.... Took my 2014 dodge ram 1500 in for an oil change. Incompetent people under the hood pulled up on my intake cover and broke it! I confronted them and told them that the service tech pulled up and broke my intake but they were going to send it out like that and told me that it just lays on there. I started to drive away but it was flopping so I pulled over and it had already came loose. brought the intake cover back over to the manager and she called the owner which two days later I brought my truck back and met with him. He said that he was going to take care of this but a week and a half later no phone calls so I just went back and picked up my intake cover to fix myself. I never leave bad comments or reviews but this is just bad Business! I will never use them again for anything and I recommend it also.

This was my first time at Covington Pro Lube and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. For a Monday, after the 4 of July holiday, I could not find a decent place to get my oil changed anywhere. I spent 2 hours driving looking for a place and Covington Pro Lube was my last stop. So I took a chance on Covington Pro Lube. I’m so glad I made the decision to go there. THIS will now be our place to get our car serviced from this point going forward. Thank you guys!!!

Waited for almost an hour in line for an oil change to be told when it was time for the service that the computer system said that the oil filter was in stock but they could not find one. So, I would need to go to the closest automotive store buy an oil filter and get back in line again. I left and went to Bulldog Tire where they promptly took care of my oil change. Needless to say my time or money will not be wasted here in the future.

I love that you stay in your car. They also check all your lights functions, check all fluid levels and filters. Its done quickly.

Turned out my rear differential was low and they were able to top it off after I got with the dealership to make sure the right oil was used. It is just a 2 car garage so get their early to avoid a long wait.

Covington Ga. needs more oil change places. Competition is needed.This place is just wants the customer to spend unnecessary money. Checked my air filter. Changed it the last time I was here. Barely any dark area. The guy was pushy and said I needed a new one. I didn’t. I said no. Hard sell for burned out bulb for tag light. Said no. Pushy. Said no. Got home, it works just fine. It’s on a sensor and isn’t going to work in bright sunlight. The car ahead of me let them talk her into it. Put in a half quart less than needed. I wondered after my last visit why I would show low immediately after the oil change. They don’t fill the oil. Leave off half a quart but you pay for the entire quart.No one checked my tires or put in FREE air. Never have I ever, in DECADES of getting vehicles serviced ever NOT had my tires checked and air added if needed. Here...no. Not part of the “regular” service. You see, they won’t make money and have an opportunity to rip you off. The woman said it’s not part of service but for an additional fee I could get it. I laughed at her and told her I would go up the street to my regular tire place and they will happily check it for FREE and add Air for FREE if it’s needed. I wasn’t paying for a service that should always be a part of an oil change.Greed and deception is what you will find here. My last visit. Try and rip off someone else!

First time customer and brought in an old Tacoma that I recently bought for my mom. Pro lube has good reviews so I gave them a shot. I didnt have to wait long until Brandon took down my vehicle information and got me in their system. They do a swift but thorough inspection of the car inside and out before having you pull into their shop. We discovered a bad air filter and it was replaced for a good price. The oil change itself was very quick and Chris explained to me everything I needed to know about what was being done to my car. They print out a nice invoice for you to use as a maintenance record and even have a nice windshield sticker that reminds you of your next oil change.Shoutout to those two guys. Very professional and kind. I pulled in around lunch time and these guys were cranking out the cars. The staff there seemed to be very synchronize and systematic about how they do things, you can tell through their communication with one another. Glad I drove from another city to this location and will be coming back. Thank you.

These folks were all class when i had some issues with my chevy. Went out of their way to call me back via caller ID an hour after i had some questions to clarify some stuff, to make sure i had updated information. A stripped drain plug, among other stupid things done by a different place, they sorted out it smoothly. They were friendly and helpful and courteous. Price wasnt bad either, all things considered. Theyre dope.

Went in for a regular oil change, price was fair.Service technicians inform me that I should keep up with the differential fluid changes as well. This fluid change I felt was a little pricey but they said it was only necessary once a year. Overall bow I felt like it was a good service for the price and they were very efficient. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an oil change and general fluid changes.

I pulled in at 4:10 for an oil change. They checked my headlights, blinkers, brake lights and reverse lights, topped off all my fluids, changed my air filter and my oil. The guy cleaned my windshield and told jokes the whole time. We were cashed out and on our way at 4:25. Can’t be mad at that at all.

This is by far the best auto shop Ive ever been too. With my older vehicle, and being a female, some servicemen want to pressure me into things and problems I dont need or have. The techs at Covington Pro Lube never did any of that. They were curtious and provided all of the recommended fixes and told me which ones were important and showed me why. They fixed every small problem that I had in under an hour. Wonderful staff, excellent service. I had Ryan, Darryl and Liz. Would highly recommend them.

Terrible! Every time Ive went there theyve lie about something saying I needed something extra done. Even when Ive had my car inspected and gone there for a simple oil change theyve lied. Not knowing my car was just inspected at the dealership..This is my last resort place when I cant go my oil change at my normal place. In response to the owner. Facts are facts you all have lied more than once just to get more money. I know when I was there last. And I have the records to show the lies I was told to add extra services not needed!

I have been getting my oil changed here for three years. I have had really great experiences up until my last visit. On my last visit the guy told me my power steering fluid has some debris in it. He had some on his finger to show me. He asked if I would like to get it changed, I said how long would it take he said about 30 minutes. I did not have time as I had to pick up my daughter from school. He said ok. So a few days later I noticed a noise when I turned the steering wheel. I check the power steering fluid and it was empty! My car does not have a leak, so I am not sure how it got empty other than they drained and didnt tell me. I call back and spoke with a person there. They could not give me an answer. Not sure if I will return as I feel they were dishonest with me.

The staff was friendly and helpful as always, however, there is limited space to wait and some old lady got mad at me because I was in line waiting and she couldnt easily enter driveway to go to insurance company next door. Clearly she should have understood what was going on. A gnat has more sense than she.

Brought my car in for oil change. It had a slight leak, so I brought a bottle of stop leak fluid to go in with the new oil. I should have asked for the empty bottle back because I dont know if it was added or not.I do know that the leak was a lot worse & oil was leaking from several spots instead of just the one. I dont plan on using this shop again.

This was my first time and I will definitely be back very hands on with the customer. They go above and beyond he actually showed me the oil stick before and after he changed it. Very reasonable in price I was shocked because high mileage oil changes are overpriced in my opinion here they are very reasonable. I have a old vehicle and my air filter is metal he cleaned it and oiled it for an extra 10.00. Again he showed it to me before he cleaned it and afterwards.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have been going to them for 4 years. 4 weeks ago it was a young man in there who Ive never delt with. They recently changed their brand to Kendall. I pay almost $80.00 for my oil changes and this last time they didnt even change my oil. Which cost me my motor. I owed a V8 5.7 Dodge challenger & when I heard my motor knocking I took it to the dealer ship & they asked me when was the last time I got an oil change. I showed them my receipt and they advised me that my oil wasnt changed. It wouldnt be this dark after 2 weeks. I will advise anyone that goes there to NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. That $80.00 I paid for an OIL CHANGE I DIDNT GET. Which ended up costing me $8,000.00.
