Its a very nice and respectful place to go you will love it.

It is really nice to have as a 24/7 fitness place but the connection service throughout the building is horrible.They did have WiFi and the password up and it wasn’t so good now they don’t have the password up and it horrible.

Great gym! Has everything you need to get fit, never crowded just you and the weights. Lets get it!

Best free gym in town! There are never any staff on site in the 4 months I tried to get a membership so I just come in and use the gym for free! Sure the equipment is all busted up and the toilet just doesnt exist but you get what you pay for I guess. Would highly recommend if you want a free gym membership.

Best 24 hour gym in Covington. Great price and more equipment than any other gym in the area. Plenty of free weights, machines (cable and plate loaded), and cardio equipment. Only gym in the area that I know of that has Hammer Strength equipment. Not a lot of free space but it is worth it to have the wide variation of equipment. They frequently update the equipment, as well.

I have been trying to get a membership here for about 3 months now. I have shown up at the gym 10-15 times durining their staffed hours and there is never anyone there. I have called multiple times and no one answers. Apparently to qualify for a membership here you have to kick the door down and sign yourself up.

Small gym but not crowded.. a good gym to go to if you hate big crowds. Only bad thing is, its hard to get in contact with someone at front desk because their opening hours are not long.

Great gym, but no one re-racks weights. Thats not the gyms fault, just the clients. Weights everywhere and out of order. Great gym for a great price though.

Lot of reviews said no one will answer the phone. I called to see about a membership and a well sounding man picked on the 2nd ring. I have not been there but he made a great impression on the phone. I am going to check it out and will update my review .

Great place to focus and workout

Horrible communication! Staff is unaware of facility protocols. They dont explain contract and when asked specific questions about end of year contract lied and gave misinformation. Manger/owner does nothing to correct her staffs mistakes.Also bathrooms and machines more often than not were dirty or not working. Would not recommend!

The only benefit was that it was close to my house and open 24hrs/day. The facilities were never kept up.The water fountain went 3 weeks without them fixing it. I USED to come in 5-6 times a week and almost every single time one of the bathrooms were broken. The dumbbells were about to fall apart every time you pick them up. The WiFi did not work half the time either. They also take out a $25 improvement fee and in the months following did fix or improve anything. And good luck finding someone actually in the office that can help you. They are never on time in the mornings and seem clueless as to how to fix or do anything. I would recommend driving 15 miles away to a different gym rather than tell someone to visit 24/7 Fitness even once.

Went there for around 3 years and in the 3 years going there the only reason I stayed is because it was close to my house but I highly recommend driving 30 minutes away to find another place to workout at the staff was never there equipment was always broken and when something did get fixed the gym members were blamed for breaking it as if thats all we did.....upon my departure the owner of the gym Craig (youll know him by him being the guy sitting with his feet propped up) proceeded to rudely cuss me out and attempt to have an altercation with me in front of everyone in the gym so if you want a gym owner who will try to fight you when you show some backbone this is the right place but if you want a REAL gym please do yourself a favor and take the time to drive somewhere else its worth the drive to avoid this place

Does anyone ever answer the phone??? Is there any staff ever at this facility?! Ive been inquiring about a membership for over a month and everytime I pass by or call I cant get anyone. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

Went in for a trail run and the staff was not helpful at all with questions about signing up or contract questions I went back after the first day to sign up and could not find another employee there for days
