Facility is nice and the members are friendly. The water aerobics class my neighbor invited me to was so much fun! I met the GM who was kind enough to offer me another guest pass for a future return. Their fees are also very affordable so I will be back for more.

I haven’t been to any other gyms but I think it’s safe to say this one is the best!! All the workers are friendly and great at all they do. This business has a loving support system that each person who walks through their doors will appreciate. Highly recommend this place if you live in the area! Our family doesn’t mind the drive because of all the great people here and the variety of classes they offer. Check them out!!

Oh my goodness, Im loving this fitness center!!!

I am partially disabled. I joined the gym for the heated pool exercises to help my arthritis and spinal stenosis. Sara and her team were absolutely amazing in providing specialized help for me with the pool. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the entire staff.

I had a membership here in the past, so I was thinking about going back. Its a really nice place to workout. I especially liked the theater room. It has equipment, so you can exercise while watching a movie. The only thing I dont like is they tend to get extremely crowded, you really have to put some thought into what time to go.

Water aerobics is actually a great work out, and honestly that is something. I thought I would say. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Building is clean. Locker rooms are small but nice. Lots of different classes. Overall a nice gym/fitness center.

They upgraded their machines making them one of the best gyms in town. I love the atmosphere, the fact that they give us towels to use, and they have fun classes as well.

I love my gym! They offer a ton of group exercise classes and the General Manager is awesome! All the instructors are super friendly and motivating.

This fitness center has everything you can think of. I love the aqua-fitness classes (especially PowerSplash), while my husband prefers to run on the treadmill while watching movies in the theater room. We are very pleased with all the amenities offered here. Looking forward to trying the barre class, as well as some other classes & possibly working with one of their personal trainers in the future.

I have not been to look over the facility as of yet. Im going primarily because of the indoor pool, work up to cardiology. The annual membership is more inexpensive than my insurance copay would be for aquatic physical therapy. I can do my own. Their hours are excellent very accommodating. Each person who answered questions were courteous. Management was knowledgeable and gave a comparison of monthly to annual. Less expensive if you go annual, but one has the option to start monthly to try out the facilities. As long as its clean, Ill join. I plan to visit within the next week.

Alcovy has everything that I need! Besides the equipment, they have a pool, sauna, and great group classes. I really enjoy my workout at Alcovy. I ve been a member at many gyms. I like Alcovy, its a great facility!

As a senior citizen this is a place to meet other seniors. I participate in water aerobics. The teachers are very kind, and help you if you nead help. The price is reasonable. I been a member for several years. When you exercise the body, the senior years are easier.

The Bodypump and HIIT class is a must!!!

I literally go here every week, when I can. The machines are good. The locker room and bathroom are typically clean and up to par. The customer service is great. They are very helpful and attentive to your needs. This is an awesome place to work out. I would put this gym up against both Planet Fitness and LA Fitness. Ths gym is that great. Perfect 5 out of 5 from me.

I enjoyed the gym until we found out we were over charged for our initial payment (okay, simple fix, just issue a refund for the difference)! Then they couldnt return any phone calls - I ended up having to go in person to request a refund. She still tried to avoid issuing the refund. Based upon this interaction, we both cancelled our memberships.While she was trying to hold on to one months worth of fees, she caused her business to lose two memberships of continuous monthly fees. Other than this, the staff is very nice!

I went in to get a membership and heard who I believe was the manager (Shorter female) using vulgar language which should not be used in a work place setting. She then greeted me and was quite rude. She said she was joking but was very passive aggressive and disrespectful and said it was because she was from the north. I would Not recommend this gym unless the management is updated or they hire a new General manager. If I were the owners of the facility I would be upset knowing this is happening.

Love this gym been going for over a year now, being in high school its a great after school activity considering I used to do nothing after school. Equipment is clean and staff is friendly. One downside is the lack of a squat rack, smith machines are annoying because they are not centered there for form can be whack if you attempt to line up with the mirrors in front of them. Also wish there were more plate based equipment for strength because many use the cable fly machines in the middle, not the elastic band machines on the sides. Because of the lack of users on the elastic band machines it would be nice if those were sold then that money used to add more plate based machines sorta like a Golds Gym. Overall though it is a great gym with nice equipment love this gym.

This gym has something for EVERY BODY. There’s an entire CARDIO CINEMA ... it’s a movie theatre, but instead of chairs, there are treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, Classes( spin,barre, body pump, water classes, Zumba, line dancing, fusion dance, tai chi ), personal trainers, great staff, free weights, machines, cardio equipment .. stair climbers, riwers, etc, a squat rack, trx, a pool, a hot tub, sauna, squat rack, smith machines, free weights. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and its like a family!

The best place to go for exercise, they offer silver sneakers to those who can use it. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Love the gym. All the equipment you need except for a rowing machine. The only critique is they need to maintain the bathrooms a little more.

I have been going to this gym for almost two years and really enjoy it. The staff is very friendly. The group fitness class instructors are great and you have a lot of fun while getting a great workout - there are step classes, boduA lot of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights so you have a lot of options. The membership prices are reasonable.

Very nice gym. Its small, but there is so much equipment and many elliptical machines. Theres also a pool and a cinema room where you watch movies while you work out. I like it, theres no teens or bothersome people who come to the gym to take pics and stare at people.

I love going to the gym it makes me feel good when I leave the place its helping me a lot with my arthritis thank you for having a place for me.

GYM is Nice. they just need to space out the equipment some more and give the people more room to workout. Seems very cramped and everything is put so close together. Recommendation is to get a REAL Squat Rack maybe trade in one of the Smith Machine Squat Rack and out in a real deal squat rack. Get rid of the extra bicep machine thats not needed to make room and space.

The staff are very friendly and they always greet me when I walk in the door. The weights section is decent but I really, really wish they would get an actual squat rack. (Not two smith machines!) The cardio section is good and the membership prices are great.Edit: have switched to LA fitness in Conyers for 3 reasons- their pool is large enough to swim laps, they have a number of squat racks and other good leg strength training equipment, and they have childcare.

Paid for over a year and did not set foot inside, then at some point my card information was changed and they did not bother to call me about it to ask for the updated information until 3 months later once a balance of 143 was owed.On top of that they do not work with you unless you agree to continue paying them aka keeping the membership. Any mention of cancelling and they switch up to oh well this is what you owe and we cant do anything about it. Clearly just after money.

I have been using a pass this week to check out the gym and classes and so far I love it! I plan on getting a membership when my 5 day pass expires.

Decent little gym; they are always having membership drives, free classes, free weekends, etc. I like supporting a local business. All I use is the treadmill, but my husband has used the machines once or twice and it works for him.

This place changed my life.

Staff all nice, gym busy, pool crowded made difficult to exercise my back. However, the surprise billing was the worst. I have been charged 2 times for the yearly fee, about 3 months apart. Requested explanation, attempted dispute and they just ran this charge. I cancelled my contract, due to the billing department. I cant stand being promised an easy contract then have statements not based on the contract sent to me while recovering from back surgery.
