This is a really great temp agency! The whole team seems wonderful and genuinely wants to assist you. I called the office several times inquiring about job postings and Alyssa usually always answer the phone, such a pleasure to speak with. So I decided to go into the office bc I didn’t get any calls on jobs I applied for, so that they know am serious about finding a job and she was no different, the same welcoming treatment! Unfortunately they did email me for an interview but I never saw it, it must’ve went in my junk mail, so I’m glad that I did go in.

They don’t NEVER answer their phone. This is my 10th time calling this week I’ve been trying to call and talk to them for ONE MONTH and I call through the day and I’ve tried different options they give and they STILL DO NOT ANSWER. What tf is the point in telling to call but don’t never answer what so ever.

Sure, they’re friendly until they feel the dissatisfaction you have for them not helping you adequately regardless if you call every week once or multiple times. One just got offended because they make empty promises and while ending the call asked if there was anything else she could “help” with. I said, “apparently not, thank you.” And that was it so I thought. No, she calls me back just so she can be able to hang up in my face like we didn’t end the previous call on her terms too. Completely disrespectful, and not uunderstanding at all. This is why you shouldn’t be forced to call but be allowed to show your face so your stance and what you’re saying isn’t misconstrued to what they “feel” it is.
