So, this is my new go to shop. Not for what they did, but for what they didnt do. Took my car in to have the tires rotated and asked them to check the brakes since I had 120,000 miles and the pads had never been changed. Picked the vehicle up and was only charged for the tire rotation. Apparently, the brake pads still had about 25% left in them. They told me I could probably get another 20,000 miles out of them. The guy said, If it was my car, I wouldnt change them yet. Thats how I want a shop to think.

Never actually patronized this business. Was considering it when I filled out a quote request on their website for tires and never received a response. Whats the point of having such a website request if it isnt going to be responded to.

Great people! Was given an estimate for 686 dollars of work from another tire shop in town that wasn’t necessary. Glass tire found the actual problem and didn’t suggest unnecessary work. Some of the most honest people I’ve ever dealt with and I’ll definitely be back. Would highly recommend

First they weren’t welcoming when I arrived which didn’t make a big difference because they wasn’t rude either. However I’ve had my car for over a year now it’s a great car that had less than 100,000 miles when I got it. Out of the regular oil changes, I haven’t had any problems out of it Until Now. I took my car here about a week ago for a wheel alignment and now my brakes are squeaking LOUDLY. I know it was them. You have to be careful with people cuz some will mess your car up just so you will come back to spend more money. I wanted to call them soooo bad because I know my car and I have a Great Car so for someone to mess it up ( which if I wait too long it may mess up something even bigger) has really gotten to me. I say this is a place to By Pass !

No amount of pleading from the community with sate this review. Wade Glass, the shop owner, will bald face lie to get out of working on a larger issue. Blame it on a good maintained transmission when it boiled down to a clogged vacuum hose......Us being from out of town and leaving us stranded, charging us for work that did not fix the issue, then bailing on the whispers of vacuum hoses from his techs then sent us to a transmission shop so he could enjoy his holiday....Well enjoy this 1 star review Chopoki. I paid $71 for a full service oil change and tires to be rotated. They did not fill up my coolant or windshield wiper fluid and did not rotate my tires! Im pissed off! I will be taking my receipt and car back to them in the morning!
