Very disappointed. Drove an hour to this place for a new patient consultation and arrived 10min early. My appointment was scheduled for 12pm and 35min later I was still waiting..so I asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer I would be waiting, since I did need to be at another appointment by 2pm . She said she didn’t know how much longer because they were running behind so I proceeded to ask to be rescheduled but she then insisted on me waiting another 15min before I would get taken back with the doctor. I decided to wait and after 20min she then told me it would be best to reschedule because there was still another patient in front of me and didn’t know how much longer I would have to wait. Not a very good first impression, I believe they overbooked patients and forgot it’s quality over quantity. Also, very small waiting area.
