This is my third year using OJIS Immigration & Tax Services, and oh, what a blessing they have been! I was recommended to them from my uncle and his friend, and they have continued to provide excellent service. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are family oriented, and they make you feel seen and cared for when it comes to filing your taxes. They are thorough with your paperwork to make sure you get as much money as you can back, and the pricing for their services are fair and affordable. I am usually apprehensive to trusting others, especially with my personal information, but with OJIS, I can relax knowing I am in good hands. Worse immigration service, they ALWAYS call you in 1:30-2hrs after your scheduled time. They messed up out paperwork and send it 2 months late! When we had doubts they took 2-3 days to call you back.

I try calling because I had not been email to do an electronic signature for my taxes and it had been over a week. But they kept me on hold for ever over 11 minutes at first I call back saying I didnt want to be on hold and she just put me on hold, then I called back and the same thing I ask to speak to a supervisor and she didnt send me to the supervisor. I already paid to have my taxes done and I havent got my return because they have emailed me to finish off the process.

Fernanda needs to learn how to speak to customers she is a very rude person definitely won’t be coming back to this location and won’t even recommend this place!!!!

Anyone who leaves anything but a 5 star review for OJIS has not used their services or did not follow their instructions. I paid $1500 for their services for my i485, work permit and travel permit. I tried 5x to do it myself, wasted 9 months, and a lot of gray hairs. Went with them one time. Followed everything they said, and in 1 months they turned it in perfectly and it was accepted. Joshua from OJIS has done this so many times that he knows exactly what to do.Initially they wanted me to come in and do an in person consult, I found that completely unncessary. Instead, i just mailed them the entire packet and we did everything via email and just one or two phone consults. Not much to say really. Just follow their email instructions and boom done.I highly recommend OJIS especially Joshua and I think these guys should charge more for their services if you compare them to other groups. I give them 5 stars.

I took my husband to do his taxes here because my parents have been doing there with them for years and they were highly recommended through them. i highly regreted that not only do you wait hours to get to see someone they are expensive and follow through is the worst they failed to complete my husbands tax return and then expexted us to figure it out terrible terrible save your time and money look elsewhere for these types of services

Have been doing my taxes with them for years. My parents started doing theirs when they were just doing taxes out of their home. They do a great job.

My family has been coming to OJIS for years when it came to do taxes. Since Ive started doing taxes Ive been coming to them, and its always a pleasure. Today I went to this new location and was pleased with the experience. I came as a walk-in and was there for no more than an hour. The staff works well together, which I believe helps the efficiency of the office. Its a family-run business and it is evident. You are treated by the staff like a friend. If you come here, you wont regret it.

My husband passed away...I dont use OJ ...he does..after requesting all kinds of proof that I am his wife and tell me they would assist me asap...as I told them I was at my tax office and needed information...they waited till phone hours were over to tell me I needed to come to their office for answers..I sent both our ID..ss#...and marriage certificate...this is so rude...I am so disappointed in their customer service!!!!

I am from a different state and have had Josh and Maria help me in the past and they do a great job, it takes them a little long to complete my tax information but they do a great job.Felipe DOES NOT!!! Felipe takes forever, he does not return your calls or calls you when he tells you that he is going to call, he does not ask all the proper question to get the proper information, and does not emails the paper work when he says is. I gave him all my information since February and it is the end of April and I still can not have him send me my information to complete my taxes.Im very unhappy and sadly they will not have my serves any longer. I felt like they did not care to help me.

Bad service. Used to do taxes years ago with Maria. I drove from Palmdale with an appointment and they made me wait over an hour. I ask the girl in the front when I was going to be seen and ask me again if I had an appointment. I made eye contact with Felipe who seemed snooty? and took another person before me eventhough I told him I made appt..coming from palmdale. Top it off it was my wifes bday. I walked away...they wasted my time and wont refer anyone there. Since I wanted to ask him questions before filing taxes they wanted 30 consult. Bad place. Bad service!!!

My Father has been coming to this place for over 20 years and has passed us down as clients. Maria is a profesional beyond words and her majic is passing on to her sons and daughter as well. Every year we file our taxes at OJ and it always is easy and extremely reasonably priced. My sister was able to file for my brother in laws resicidency with the help of Maria and her team. Her services are second to none and we hope to keep coming for many more years.

Very upset, they did my taxes without my consent and tried to lie and say they talked to me over the phone, and very rude receptionist, and I walked into office to ask for copies they hesitated and didnt give me my complete taxes that I did not file.

Pesimo service, I do not recommend drive 6 hours because they knew their work never file anything, they are nothing profecionales communicate with one by text message. and never call the people who are in charge in the case. Horrible service. I do not recommend anyone.

The worst and Most unprofessional services I have ever had, I went in to get my cbp-foia paid all the money that was asked, and was told they were going to send them out right away, next thing I know the papers were submitted an month later and the cbp I received is FAKE, its a cut and paste cover letter with the US customs border patrol emblem shrunk, and the actual cbp is nothing but blacked out lines with no proper information, FAKE 100%The worst and most unprofessional place, first we went to ask for my husbands prints to do the paperwork, we paid the money that they told us to start the process and they told us that it would take 3 months to receive them, when The term of 3 months passed, we returned to the office so that they could give us reason because they are taking time, it turns out that they were sent a month after the date we went to request them, then upon receiving the results our lawyer designed us that the documents are false and are copied from the Internet, the results must arrive in the form of a disk with original documents, and apart from the immigration address does not match the appropriate address to which it was sent. I never recommend this place to anyone.
