I had a great experience. I had to file differently than past years and had a lot of questions and anxiety. I walked into the Covina office on the last day to file and was greeted so warmly. The preparer (Bill Metcalf) was able to see me right away, which I didnt expect. He made everything seem so simple and with a very nice return. It was quick and painless. I have an appt to seem again next year. I may be back to have him review my previous years.
