They rip you off here. They tried to charge me more than double what it showed online to ship a package and he was adding more inches to the box dimensions to get more money out of it. This place should be investigated for fraud

Came in to ask about mailbox info and Maria was super helpful! I went into another place earlier and they acted as if I was annoying them. I just wanted to be informed before getting one. I’ll definitely be proceeding with my box here and all my shipping needs for my business!

The worker here was more interested in being on his phone rather then trying to help a customer out. Then he adds tape to my package and charges me a dollar for it. Being a former ups employee I can assure you I did not receive UPS standard customer service. Truly pathetic location and lackluster customer service. Avoid this location because their is better alternatives around.

Quick drop off dude greeted me as he helped someone else I took notice. Was a little baddie in line in front of me too I wanted to holler but stupid 6ft. I didnt take any photos but she had white nail polish on her feets.

Walked in for a quick return. They were charging me a dollar to tape a small amazon envelope package. Ive never had anyone charge me to tape a small package. Ill never go back again. Its only a dollar but I just thought it was funny to charge me that since I may have a returning customer.

Updated Sept 21st, theyre charging $1 now for tape, which I just needed less than 8. I understand that additional cost now but would have appreciated at least a courtesy one time notice. See my previous 5 star review:A simple drop off of an Amazon return turned out to a wonderful experience! They taped and secured my package and even played a little a sample of the Oud (middle eastern 12-string guitar)! Amazing!

I had to return a package and it was the most frustrating experience i have experienced. I just wanted to return a simple package and it turned into waiting in line for 25 minutes and then talking to a clueless staff member for 10 more minutes until someone could help me.

Warning if you have a prepaid label. Make sure your box is taped up. They charge $1.00 to tape your box close.

Worker tried to rip me off with my overseas package, he tried making me pay $169 to ship, I later went to the post office and spent $45 for it to arrive in Germany 4 days later, dont let them scam you.
