Worst experience of my life! I walked in the salon and showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. The lady that sits in the first seat said “yes, so easy! I do perfect for you”. She started my nails and after applying the acrylic she asked to see the picture again. I showed he the picture and she says we can’t do that. I explained it’s the same picture I showed in the beginning that she agreed to and she said no. I showed a different picture and she said she can do it. She started the nails then said “I freestyle because you nails too long and I’m tired” I said no or I will refuse to pay. She said okay. She then proceeded to rush my nails and do whatever she wanted on them because she had a pedicure customer. She tired to tell me the picture I showed was fake. I explained that it is my hands in the picture and I watched them do it. She said it’s not possible. Frustrated.. I just let her continue. I went to wash my hands and my nails started melting. I am soooo angry! The picture holding the bottle is what I showed her. It’s my actual hand. The other picture is what she did

Update: I went back to ask the lady in the first chair to fix it. There were 10 people in the salon that asked to she my nails. All 4 people that were waiting for up and left. The same lady came around her desk with a clipper and said let me she see your hands. She then begin clipping them off and she said “you make me lose too many customers I will not fix go somewhere else”. She then proceeded to try to PUSH me out the salon. I called the police. She told them the temperature outside is too how for gel nails that’s why they melted. They asked her refund me or fix the nails. I didn’t want her to touch my hands anymore so I requested the refund and left. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I was so polite to them the entire time even after being disappointed and treated poorly. This is what my nails look like now after she cut them down.. .

I went on a Tuesday afternoon when they were not busy. It took about 30 minutes for me to be seen. I asked the gentleman who was doing my nails to cut them down. At first it seemed like he just wanted to file them a little bit, then I insisted that my nails be cut down and he finally did it. Then one of my nails had broken off half way down, and instead of removing the old nail, he tried to put at tip at the end of the old nail where it had broken. Then when the no chip polish was put on my nails the guy was trying to rush me out of his seat so fast that nails NEVER dried correctly and they currently have smudge marks on them. Don’t go here.

Come here often Keke does my nails lately she has over filled at least one or two fingers causing soreness to my fingers..never says anything when I tell her about it..I starting to think it not accidentallyThe shop Is near my house so I go there...will not use Keke anymore I also believe I am being over charged

They are hit or miss. The owner is nice but the workers could use some tlc. Overall experience is great.

Love the lady that does my eyebrows!! Expect a wait time though even with an appointment. Men dont hesitate because the do wonders for your feet and make sure that you get the wax!!

Keke did my nails horrible the yellow color was no good she put 5 coats on the shape was horribleShe tried to fix it but still look bad ..... I paid because I did get my nails soaked off but fact I had to go to another nail shop next day because the polish was coming off .... I been here twice and everytime service is horrible there prices they make up in their own head . The shape of my nail was horrible !! Horrible service. I sat there for an hour and they took appointments before me even though I have been sitting here. Don’t not go here!!!! There’s a shop up the street on Pulaski and Flossmor, go there instead!!!

Always quality work; practiced social distancing and all staff and patrons required to wear masks/face coverings. Shields were also in place. I felt safe.

The nail tech continually drilled my nail base after I asked her to stop twice. She was angry because I asked her to remove the bogus no chip polish off my nails. Her acts were vindictive and unprofessional. They do not use quality products because the techs continually add acetone to polish bottles, giving the polish a poor thin look.

They clean their work area after so a buildup of nail dust every person nails they trimmed

BEWARE: No-Chip polish...very poor quality. It stains within a week and the charge to change is $25.Keke and Nancy are extremely unprofessional. Will NEVER recommend!

Tried and true! Nancy nails never disappoints! They have cleaned many botched jobs for me and the owner is always friendly!!

I love my neighborhood nail shop. KeeKee and Tony always take good care of me. They just remodeled and the prices are still reasonable. I would recommend always being the sea salt for your feet and even though I usually wear acrylic...I tried the no chip and its nice too! Oh, and dont forget to get your brows waxed...

I have gotten my nails done here off and on for years. I am disappointed in the way that the service has suffered. The shop is clean, the nail technicians are pleasant most times however the skills really need to be shared with one another. Having said that of all the technicians that have done my pedicure or no chip - I have to ask to be sure to make the polish even, I have to consistently point out the sides of my nail bed for my no-chip manicures and the latest no chip actually chipped the following day. I went back and had to tell the technician what he did incorrectly. I am looking for a new mani-pedi home the low prices is not worth the hassle of half done job. They really used to be great too.

I did not like my nails . They look horrible $28 for some nails that I could’ve had my nephew do.

Very unsanitary.. They do crappy jobs on No Chips. My nails started to chip in 1 week.. When I asked them to fix my nails one of the ladies asked me for a receipt... Who does that??????Also they do rush jobs...TERRIBLE.. WORST NAIL SHOP EVER...

I never have good experiences here. I gave this shop another try on Thursday and the nail tech rushed through my nails, my nails look like a child did them and they have already started to chip.

If I could give this place is zero stars I would from the raggedy chairs to the dirty floors and the horrible service I received this place needs to do some serious renovations I wish I could upload pictures I’m not sure how, but my nails look like my 4 yr old did them, then the business hours are 10-7, the crew was out at 6:30 leaving me & the technician by ourselves, so there was no “manager” I could speak to & I was instructed to come back tomorrow and he’ll fix it !!! now I’m at home soaking off a botched nail set, never again
