I would not even give 1 star after my experience today but I have to rate something. I experienced the worst treatment from the so called store manager Adrian. Today I had several packages that needed to go back to Amazon.. from the moment I walked in, Adrian was unfriendly and even rolled her eyes multiple times. I apologized for the amount of packages multiple times. When I got to one package in the original box unopened she told me I could not return it. . I explained to her I had been on the phone with Amazon for over an hour today making sure everything was fine to return. She said I could buy a box but other than that I couldnt return. I said ok, Ill call Amazon again and square it away. We move onto the next. This was 4 items on the return and I was only sending back 2. Amazon told me if my daughter decided to keep a few items it wouldnt be a problem. Anyway. She saw that I had 4 items on this return and told me unless I had all items she couldnt process the return. I said you did with the very first return. She said thats because I couldnt see your phone, now I can So I explained to her what I was told. She again said she wouldnt do the return. I then said the reason we are returning all the items is because a week ago my grandson was born still. These returns are gifts and purchases for a baby that wouldnt be coming home. Her response to me was Not my problem! I responded that was a hateful comment that did not need to be said. I did say she was heartless and she then refused to complete my returns. Seriously she is hateful and should not be in customer service. I from the moment I walked in she was unfriendly and loves to roll her eyes. I love UPS but will never step foot in this location again.

Talk about HORRIBLE customer service!!!Girl with rainbow hair talked down to my best friends mother as she tried to return items after her daughter lost her baby.She was rude, and refused to give any contact information to her manager or bossShe was told she couldnt return items even though Amazon had already told her she could and had the information from Amazon.She also wouldnt let other employees help her and started helping other people as she stood there waiting.The employee told her to leave the store once she tried getting into contact with her boss or corporate and refused to help her return anything else.She said shes the boss and can act how she wants because this location is a franchise.Corporate was contacted but everyone should know how this location treats their customers.I would never treat ANYONE this way, especially someone who is dealing with a loss of a baby.

Dropped off package on 5 April 2021 and the employee was phenomenal. Sad to see him go as he has always made our day and service above and beyond any other location.I guess I can go to another ups store.... but service cant compare.

Fast and efficient didn’t. Forgot money in truck for print out and allowed a free one. Just a $1 but still. Come back again

This store is way better in town. They are so helpful, professional and kind. They always help me tape shut the package. I like the quick service here and I never waited more than 2 minutes. Looks very clean and better organized. Both Amor and Dee are my hero very nice and professional. Keep it up 👏👏👏👏

I apologize for being impatient with you guys. I was upset about my claim. Oil was spoil all over my suit on ups’s hand, my claim was denied for not meeting ups packing guidelines. This guy Dubra is so patient and encouraging he always listened me somewhere I did not trust him felt like he was making me. It took 3 months but finally I received my check total value plus shipping charges . I again trust UPS thank you thank you thank you so much .

This UPS store is by far the best store I’ve been too. They’re quick and efficient and I was out of there within minutes. They were also very helpful and gave me different options to ship my package. I’d definitely recommend other people to this store and from now on I’ll be going here to sent out shipments. Great service.

This is a 0 star place. I watched the guy behind the counter be so rude to the lady in front of me to where she got upset and left. Then I was up was like I just need to mail one box, after 21 questions about my box the guys attitude did not change still rude to me start to finish.i got so upset that I grabbed up my package and left, we 4 more blocks to Hy-Vee was greeted with a smile was in and out in a few minutes...j will never return to the ups store as I may want to punch the very rude guy behind the counter out. I never had or seen such bad customer service

Every time I walk in to this location at 2008 Broadway there is a strong smell of marijuana, I could smell it through my mask today again . Upon walking in there today there was an Asian kid behind the counter with his back to the front door . He was kinda slouched over on his phone . As I got closer to him the smell of Marijuana grew much stronger .He did turn around for a second to take my package, said THANKYOU then proceeded to turn back around to get back on his phone with his back to the door again .

Great service for packing and shipping my packages

Went there to send a package and needed it to be put in another box. I was expecting the cost of the box and the delivery but they charged extra for filler inside the box. When the package arrived at its destination, I asked how the package was delivered. I was told that there was no filler inside the box. So, I was overcharged for that. Also, the place was very disorganized. It will be on the bottom of my list to use this place again in the future.

I dropped a box off that I labeled and packaged and measured as 24x24x6 . Apparently the folks at this store decided to audit my measurements after I left and billed me $5 more because it was 25x24x6. Are you serious? What a ridiculously petty thing to do to a customer. Make sure you stay with them to receive any drop offs or you may get a surprise on your credit card.

After working all day I had to rush and try to pack my sons eBay stuff. I ran out of time at home and Googled the UPS store closest to me, because it wasnt looking good the way I was doing it.Zipped over there and Ben took care of everything. Got my tracking numbers in 5 minutes. Quick, painless, great customer service. Thank you. Customer for life now.

I paid $65.20 for 3 day delivery for Christmas, they misplaced the package and it displease the store until I had to make 2 trips and find it there myself. Needless to say my 3 day delivery went from December 17 and was finally delivered on January 2. I’ve been in the store several times about getting a refund and the Manger has done nothing to help. It’s been a whole month and not 1 phone call from the manager or the owner in refuting my refund.

Great friendly and helpful employees there. Theyre always in a good mood and ready to assist in any way possible.

I was charged for an amazon drop off return for a package that was never open. I then come back to the same location with another return & the same workers tell me that cant print me a ups receipt to show I dropped the items off. Worst experience ever.

I would give 0 stars but cant! The delivery driver took my package to the wrong address and when I requested a refund from Sally beauty they put in for ups to investigate this. After getting 2 papers on my door with the comments, seeing if you got your package and talking to customer service who told me they were trying to deliver it, they told the company I had it!!!! I am now out my money, AND no items!!!! I would like to say this company needs to be out of business! Horrible customer service and illiterate drivers!

Easy to peel-off the back, attach to package(s) to be shipped by ground.Generally, my ground packages are 2-day delivery by, U.P.S., FedEx, FedEx Express, or U.S.P.S. Most often cellular phones, Fitbit, and other items.I greatly appreciate the staff at my local UPS Store, stop in and Im sure Pravin and Ben can help you.
