Bad drivers. Slow transport times. Poor delivery execution. If you want to make your customers angry use FedEx.

Absolute terrible place to work! Management will lie to your face to get you in the door and then act like they never said that. Hours are horrid for a family person!

On several occasions, the driver claimed that our destination point was closed. Every time I call up, I get a different excuse, and they make it incredibly difficult to pick up so they can meet their metrics.I have deal with FedEx across the country several times a week. We always use priority. For some reason, the Omhaha/Council Bluffs depot is the worst!

May 1, 2020Recieved a shipment from FedEx a few minutes ago. I had used their Delivery Management software to leave delivery instructions which they completely ignored. The package was to be set up on the back patio and was fairly heavy. I left instructions to deliver the shipment to the back, which was one of the prefilled options, and they delivered it to the front door, right in front of the front door, with barely enough room to squeeze out of the house. Did I mention the shipment was heavy? Well it was and the Fedex driver had one of those two wheeled dollies to move the heavy package. Why have an optional delivery service when your not going to pay any attention to it?I did try to contact them to complain about this but I couldnt get past their virtual assistance, or should I say non-assistance so I decided to air my grievance here. Thanks, I feel much better now.Oh, I wasnt going to mention this but since Im already here, their delivery date was a day later than their original delivery date estimate.

Incompetent is an understatement. The driver apparently does not understand addresses or know how to read. Packages addressed to my business, with my business name, continue to he delivered to the wrong address. I will continue to push my distributors to use UPS or USPS who have 0 problems DAILY!
