Dr. Hill and the staff were excellent! Very personable. She replaced a fractured filling quickly. The office manager was very friendly and helpful as well.

This was my first appointment with Aspen Dental. My first impression was the staff was very organized and cheerful. I was taken directly back at my scheduled appointment time.They discussed different options with me, implants, teeth size, and teeth color. That was pretty much what they did on the first visit.

Aspen got me in on short notice for an emergency visit. A complete examination as performed and was determined that I need a root canal on #30 tooth. I am especially happy with the quick visit so I could get started on my medication. My own dentist was not able to get me in until the next day.

Today we went to a great Dental office. Dr. Le was very helpful, understanding and took time to explain everything she and her staff would be doing. Sabrina was a delight who spent several hours with us explaining everything we would be going through. Sunshine and Jenny up front helped us easily work through the CareCredit process and shared their family pictures with us. Amber worked with my mother taking her dental impressions and explaining in great detail what was happening and allowed my mother to stay in her wheelchair instead of transferring to the dental chair. I know I am leaving some of the staff unnamed and that is only because I can’t remember any other names.If you are in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area and need dental care give Aspen Dental and Doctor Le (pronounced Lay). They spend all the time you need explaining every step of each process.

The entire crew at Aspen Dental went completely out of their way to ensure that I got the service that I needed. They rearranged schedules and squeezed me into spots so that I could get the work done that was so badly needed. Each and everyone of the staff that I dealt with were kind courteous and over the top. Aspen Dental should consider themselves lucky to have such an amazing group of people!

I try not to go to dentists very often. I’ve never liked them. But Aspen Dental is different. Their atmosphere isn’t strict and up tight like most dentist offices I’ve been to. The group jokes around a lot but are extremely professional. They made sure to answer any questions. Talked to me about concerns I had between my teeth and being able to afford what needed to be done.I will be recommending them to anyone who needs to go to a dentist.

Got an appointment fast. Wisdom teeth dont like to wait to be seen about. Staff was amazing, bent over backwards to help me out and help me get my dental hygiene back on track. Having my wisdom teeth out will not be a day at the park but after my visit today I feel confident all will be well.

The new patient check was free, but I had to make a separate appointment for cleaning.Do not accept the $30 Cancer screening. The staff spent less than 5 minutes looking in my mouth. The dentists gum examination would have picked up anything abnormal.I had to pay at least half of the cost of the cleaning before making the appointment. I am used to paying after getting my teeth cleaned. The tteeth cleaning price was reasonable.

I loved the treatment I recieved they were great and I have much anxiety WHEN it comes to dental visits and treatment I recieved in the past of some BAD expieriences, so I was so relieved to have found Aspen Dental. Im also handling the news I recieved FROM the dentist very well- which wasnt good at all, but she was very through, explained it in great detail to ME, and was also compasionate, and sympathetic WHEN I had a HARD time accepting news I was not prepared for and was not wanting to accept it. So if I had one of the hardest visits there ARE to have and all of THEM COULD TAKE the situation and make it seem 3 times better THEN it actually is....THEN I know ANYONE COULD not go wrong by GOING there and be very happy they did to! Prices are outrageous. My S/O had his appointment there recently and his insurance only covers $600 a year. This place manage to spend all of that in 2 hours. Of course, they took x-rays which I know adds up but as they were discharging him, instead of giving him a normal tooth brush, they give him a Oral B genius x that was $200! Why? They did not even tell him the cost of the tooth brush! We found the exact some toothbrush at Walmart, $100 cheaper. Also, they were not giving references to a orthodontist and instead were pressuring him into doing their invisalign ONLY.

The staff was very professional, clean and quick. They made me feel at home with my experince at the oak grove location in omaha.

Staff was great, but the prices are insane. Advertise dentures starting at $399 an arch, but the quote before insurance was 9k, 6k after insurance. And that was with 1 full arch and 1 partial. Still waaay more, almost double, than a friend of mine paid elsewhere without having any insurance at all.

I had a great experience with aspen in council bluffs. Everybody was extremely nice to work with. I was a little disappointed that I cannot get my wisdom teeth taken out until the 17 of December as I am in a great deal of pain because of them. Also disappointed that is was such a pain to get the pain meds that prescribed but I understand that it was not completely their fault do to issues at both pharmacies they were sent to. Overall a great experience though I would highly recommend

I had 2 teeth that were bad and causing me pain. I called for an appointment. They scheduled me in 2 hours. They called me back in 20 mins saying they had an earlier appointment time open which I took. Everybody was so friendly, caring and considerate. The Dentist went back and forth between me and another patient. He also told me what he was going to do and explained his procedure for me. I am Very Thankful all this could be done the same day and before Thansgiving. Thank You Very Much Everyone and Happy Holidays to you all !!

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but my experience’s there keeps me coming back. The care is thorough and the people there work hard to make you feel at ease.

This place is horrible! Was only there 14 minutes before I knew where I wasn’t gonna be. Rude doesn’t begin to cover the staff at the metro crossing location. I walked in and 3 people just stared at me. No greeting, not even what’s your name. My appointment was at 4:00 and I arrived at 4:03, I had went to the precious location not knowing they had moved their office. Then the COVID questions began, the woman was very short, and just displayed an overall bad attitude. Lady if you don’t like your job get a different one. Then I was told to sit that she didn’t know if there was a room ready. The next thing I hear is two women yelling across the office about a new patient. That was me, and the other replied “oh the new patient that was 15 minutes late” and mumbled a few other things. At that point my phone said it was 4:11, my appt was at 4:00 so there was no possible way I could be 15 minutes late. So I stood and asked if I should reschedule, because I had heard the complaint that the door didn’t get locked and I had wandered in. Again, blank stares from the two that even paid me any mind. Not one person ever said hello, not one person ever even so much as cracked a smile. The receptionist areas job is to welcome people, put them at ease, feel comfortable. And leave feeling like it would be ok to come back. I am a business owner, and worked in the sales and service industry for 20+ years, I would fire them all. Customers are why you are there. Appreciate them and your job or somebody else will

I wont be returning.They were informed that Im on blood thinners didnt specially pack the extraction sight ended up getting dry socket.Kept sending prescriptions for ibuprofin which I also told them I cant take with my medicines,so had to deal with alot of pain until it was healed.

I went into aspen dental to get a free checkup and see how my teeth are doing since the pandemic hit its been difficult to do anything really but aspen dental was very nice and was able to let me know everything about my teeth and what my options were to make them better it felt really good when the doctor told me I had the cleanest teeth she had seen all day and they sent me on my way with a decent sized box of toothpaste which I thought was cool especially for just a checkup, I guess the only thing that really bothered me was that they didnt have a hygienist to do professional cleanings because thats what I was hoping to schedule but all in all aspen dental is pretty cool

There should not be any selling of services. I asked a question about whether sedation was necessary, and the lady speaking to me about services had a HORRIBLE attitude. Talked down to me, said rude, snarky things such as Did you not hear what the dentist said? Do you need me to explain it again (I was asking a clarifying question.) I was appalled when another member of your office staff, apparently listening to my conversation- so much to privacy and HIPPA- ( I will report this) made a comment in a rude tone I wouldnt do that with my kid ( I asked if sedation was necessary NOT because of price, as the lady implied, but because I have had family members have problems with it, and it makes my daughter VERY nervous, and my job is to speak up for and protect my child. There are other things that really upset me, and I would NEVER recommend ASPEN dental to ANYONE. I was spoken down to and treated like I did not want to treat my child. I was told that they would not provide the regular maintenance cleaning- several other dentist I called were happy to try and accommodate me ( they could NOT BELIEVE that I was told no.) I was appalled. IF she needs an extra cleaning, so be it. But, why would we not do a regular one today. And, upon doing research, NOT EVERY CASE OF GINGERVITUS need an intensive cleaning. The dentist made it sound like she saw the beginnings of it. When I asked about it, I was treated like I was an idiot and a bad parent if I did not immediately surrender to the pressure being put on me to buy a service. Even though I was thoroughly disgusted with the way I was treated, I wanted to treat at least her cavity right away, and discuss the cleaning. When I calmed down after I was treated so poorly, I attempted to call. I was HUNG UP ON TWICE while calling on the number I used to set up the appointment. I called again on my home phone, and someone answered immediately after I pushed the correct number. Very polite on the phone. I cancelled my appointment. They HUNG UP ON ME when they RECOGNIZED MY PHONE NUMBER, BUT ANSWERED POLITELY WHEN I CALLED ON A DIFFERENT LINE. I know they know the phone number because when I called to say we were there for the appointment, they verified my phone number and knew what line I was calling from. I am appalled and disgusted. My daughter left 8n tears.

The DDS wes very interested in saving a broken tooth of mine. A Molar in the very back, I had already given up hope and thought it would have to be removed for sure but the plan of action would infact save my tooth. I said thank you, so glad you can save it. For someone who had severe tooth pain Aspen was a Godsend. I realize they were just assuming a normal day but a normal day seemed to be greeting with a smile and immediate attention. After preliminary paperwork, Brittany was very accommodating and service with a smile was her norm. X-Rays taken, quick assessment by dental hygienist then right to the pulling of my tooth. Dr. gave me to the point info on my condition. She had lovely personal manner and I was painlessly tended to. I recommend Aspen if you need an extraction. Nothing but kudos to those who cared for me yesterday. Thank You for being there when I needed you and having compassionate care.

As usual, quick 6 month checkup. Great covig precautions. Switched a couple years ago when I needed a partial. Their free first visit and considerably cheaper cost quote convinced me to give them a try. Clean and professional so look to stay long term.

The Council Bluffs Aspen Dental team is second to none..From the ladies behind the counter explaining my insurance and appointments,the x ray tech with the easiest x rays Ive ever had to Dr and her assistant making me comfortable and doing the best work on my teeth. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. When you walk in the door, you are merely a $$$$$$. Their main concern is collecting their money prior to any dental service being accomplished. My dentures have been relined twice and the second time they ended up removing everything they had put in because it fit so poorly. Now Im told I should just stick some glue on them and shove them in my mouth. There is definitely a lack of professionalism at the front desk and I reluctantly give them one star - however, that is for the hygienist as she was super and the only good thing that transpired during my visit.

I requested service for a simple cleaning and whitening and was told the dentist had no time to call me regarding special requests as I had prior dental work done and did not require an xray. The woman who controls the scheduling by phone spoke as if patients are below her. I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere just for that reason. Had the woman been kind, I may have conceded but she was rude and snobby. Take your business elsewhere.

I went to Aspen dental cause it said they did emergency care. I got there and seem to be going good they made a plan for what they were going to do and I thought thank god theyre going to help me. Then I was told nothing would be done that day except they were send me home with some pain pills and antibiotics. Then they sent me to the money lady that sat me down and was telling me that it was going to cost $9000 to fixs my teeth and they need so much down and they would get started in a week. I didnt know what to think at this point so I agreed to try this. I went home still in tons of pain. I woke the next morning and my right side of my face was swollen so much I couldnt see out of my eye. I called the office and they said give it 48 hours and it would get better. At this point I called a different dentist they told me to get to their office asap and within 30 minutes had me out of pain and the swelling going down and a appointment to get the tooth taken care of the next morning. They were not worried about money just worried about the amount of pain I was in and getting me out of it. Please dont make the wrong choice like I did!

Went to Appt. Thinking I was getting two filling because they ran my insurance last time and told me how much 180.00. Receptionist AND Manager talks to me like a 5 year old. I asked what about my fillings? they dont have an answer or even get up to find out where the miscommunication was. then tried charging me 60.00 for antibiotic on one tooth BEFORE examination? 180.00 for yearly cleaning that supposed to be free? I asked please dont talk to me like a child again.... the response was what....part....dont....you....understand.....? I walked out. I will find a dentist who knows WHAT they talking about and how to talk like an adult and not charge ridiculous amounts. 5 years I have been going there and each time get charged more and more..

I waited for over 30 minutes to be seen for my scheduled appointment. I had went in to see about getting dentures for the first time and felt more pressure to buy the newest most expensive type than I have ever experienced with a car sales person. It was truly horrible to have to say I cant afford that more than 3 times before I finally just walked out and am now searching for a more realistic dental clinic who doesnt expect the patient to have $1000 lying around and ready to be spent in less than 2 weeks notice. They attempted to pressure me into doing the procedure and purchasing the dentures in the next 7-10 days. Not sure the huge rush to get my money, but thought it to be an unpleasant experience.

I went in because i had an infected broken tooth and i was crying like a big baby but the staff was amazing and they were very gentle with me. They sent me home with pain killers and antibiotics because they couldnt pull my tooth until the swelling went down and went back a week later to get it pulled and i was in and out in 10 minutes. Best experience i have ever had at a dentist office, i would definately recommend them to family and friends. Thanks you staff and Dr that pulled my tooth. I will be going back very soon to have more broken teeth pulled.

The dental industry is medical field, it is not a sales business!! Your staff needs to explain things and include the patient on what is going on. I envision that the first thing that should be done is having a conversation of what to expect in today’s visit, then proceed. From the get-go I whisked in for XRays, then my gums were poked, then my mouth was scanned with this awkward camera device that was not explained to me... just to try and sell me Invisalign which I do not need. Wrapped up my appointment and I was more than confused as to when my cleaning would happen, what about the treatment they said my gums need? Provided me an invoice for suggested care that was NOT itemized. Told me $384 of which included supplies like an electric toothbrush that I never said I wanted to purchase. What a complete joke!!! Posted to my Facebook and everyone I know that has been to Aspen Dental has had similar experiences. Will NEVER recommend this company.

My son went Aspen Dental in Council Bluffs and was told that he needed over $8,000 worth of work done on his teeth. They said after insurance it would be just over $5,000 dollars. They tried to get him to sign up for financing that day. He said he had to think about it. He showed me the paperwork and I told him to go to a reputable dentist, which he did. His bill at an HONEST dentist was just over $600 and after insurance he paid $218!!! Almost the same story was told to me by an employee at my job. ASPEN DENTAL IS OBVIOUSLY SCAMMING PEOPLE THAT DO NOT THINK A DENTAL OFFICE WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM. SHAME ON YOU ASPEN DENTAL! PUBLIC BEWARE!!!

I would give this place negatives if I could. I have never walked out of a dentist office crying because I was disrespected. I was accused of having lice by the staff when I get a dry scalp in the winter and I go to a hair salon weekly.

A few weeks ago, I needed a new crown and this required two visits - one to replace the existing crown with a temporary, and the second to replace the temporary with the new permanent. The first visit took nearly two hours despite being informed to expect about 45-60 minutes. After the shot of Novocaine, I sat in the chair completely numb and waiting for the dentist for 35 minutes. The office was not busy, and none of the staff were present for me to ask about the excessive wait. The assistant who put on the temporary crown had her face mask pulled down under her nose and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. That temporary crown was also longer than my other teeth and so for a week I had to accommodate that. It also took about four hours for the Novocaine to wear off. While my return visit to receive my new permanent crown went smoothly and fairly quickly, I now cannot floss on either side of that tooth because the cement fills in those gaps.I have observed issues in the past of long delays, not being accommodating to patients schedules and requiring multiple visits, and being required to pay up front before any procedure takes place. Aside from the regular girl who cleans my teeth, I have often experienced staff who seem indifferent to whether I am there or not.With so many negative experiences over the course of several years, I will look elsewhere for further dental care.

I was experiencing a horrible toothache. Made an appointment to be seen. I was hoping they could get to my much needed root canal same day, but they didnt have the time and set me up for the following Thursday. (That is the only negative I have. When your in that much pain your hoping for immediate relief.) Gave me antibiotics to take and told me to take motrin for the pain in the mean time. Im on the second day of antibiotics and pain has decreased a bit. They worked with me and I was approved for Credit Care so I can have everything I need done and fixed with no money upfront and doing payments with no interest for 18 months. Plus, after I have paid off the debt I can continue to use the Credit Care for my family members or myself later on. That takes alot of pressure off me, Thank you Aspen Dental! Hoping 2019 will be the start of a healthier mouth for me!

I went to this place a couple months ago and it was horrible. I am a senior in high school with bad teeth. I was told I had 12 cavities and one of those is a DESTROYED molar and a front chipped tooth. I was nervouse enough as it was, and I still had the nurse cracking jokes taunting me we might as well pull them all. It has been years sense I have been to a dentist and this is how I feel when I go to one. It was horrible and really embarassing. I do have to admit, through the 9+ years of me not going to the dentist I didnt take good care of my teeth. But I want to feel comfortable with my options and my visit there. I do have to say though the doctor was nice, but its crazy to see how quick a nurse can stop making jokes the second the doctor comes in.

Everyone was great, makes you feel comfortable being there. Highly recommend to any one who is avoiding the trip to the dentist.....and Amanda is a perfect person to greet the people coming in!! nice big smile!!
