Staff is so friendly!All I needed was a trim. Just a trim. And usually that ends up with a 3 inch loss. But she only took MAYBE an inch. She recommended a great shampoo and conditioner and explained why and how it would benefit my hair. Loved my experience

Kenzie Drake did an amazing job on my sons and I hair. He has bipolar and has trouble sitting still or even wanting his hair cut. She kept him calm and visited with him the whole time. Amazing job by an amazing young lady. Highly recommend you stop in and see her!!!!!

Did a good job over all, but didnt quite follow our plan and got a little short on the bangs.

About 4 weeks ago, the price for Dutch braids was $12 dollars and now they are $20 a braid..Its not fair for that price for a ten minute job,,its like they dont want my business. And the other day my wife took our 2 year old for a haircut and they acted like they didnt want her business, looks like its time to find a new place to go.

Did great job on moms hair

Great service all around. My daughter and I were walk-ins, right when they opened, and the girls were amazing. They provided a lot of information for care of our different hair types. Was a little disappointed that my cut didnt turn out the way that I wanted (long bob - ended up with a straight cut) but I was still satisfied with our service.

The ladies there were very nice. It was very busy. I did think that it was overpriced for what I got. You also have to make the appointment for the day that you wanted you cant make it ahead of time which I thought was odd. Everything was clean they did sanitize between between appointments; although with the busy lobby I did think that they could have limited the amount of appointments and that would have made the lobby a little less busy.

Very comfortable place to get a haircut. They do a fantastic job and they do it quickly. I would recommend as a top place to get your haircut in Council Bluffs

Scheduled an appointment for 5pm. Got there at 4:55pm. They told me they didn’t have me down, even though I read their phone number down that I called from, so they messed up and didn’t schedule me and made me wait over 30 minutes for the 3 others ahead of me(which they should’ve fixed their problem) but I waited. A 4th guy walks in at 5:30 for his appointment I’m guessing and gets situated right away. While I’m over here been waiting 30+ minutes when I had called for an appointment. Don’t go here, very unprofessional, plus they don’t even know how to do anything but trim men hair. Garbage. Wasted 40 minutes of my life. Thanks stupid cuts

Im a very nervous person when it comes to my hair. I walked in to have Bethany do my hair. I gave a general concept of what I was looking for. She was able to add to it from her own knowledge and experience ....I was blown away by that! Love my do! I also decided to be brave and do my eyebrows, (something Ive heard women say hurts like hell) it didnt really hurt. She also gave recommendations for after care and natural stuff which I loved ! I hate the idea of putting chemicals on my skin. Will definitely comeback !!!!

Wouldnt take my mobile coupon that super cuts sent me. Then charged me $17.95 for a male cut. All of the other super cuts are always $14.95 or less. Not sure if this was a mistake. I didnt bother to ask, as I was still shell shocked the lady was refusing to take my coupon. She said she needed it printed out. It was a text coupon. Smh

Really good service

I was in need of a haircut while in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. I did an online search and Supercuts came up. I made an appointment for 6:30 pm. Shannon did a terrific job of giving me a haircut, complete with eyebrow trim and hot towel refresher at the end. Shannon and all the staff were very professional and friendly. You can tell these people work well together. I live an hour and a half away, so I wont be able to stop by on a regular basis since Im not in Council Bluffs that often, but when I am in Council Bluffs I will definitely come here again! --Ken

Called to schedule a appointment to get haircut. Arrived and got right in. My hair got cut and they even French braided my hair. Awesome!

I was referred to Supercuts by a friend whos hair I like. I got Shannon and she gave me the best shampoo, cut and style Ive ever had. She has the gift.

Not happy with my hair cut. I have a huge chunk, right up front just cut out of my hair. It doesnt blend down, its just straight across and about an inch shorter than the rest of my hair. Im constantly having to move my hair around to make it less noticeable because its embarrassing. I look like I cut my hair myself.Oh and I forgot to mention, its only on one side.

I asked to get my eyebrows trimmed and just shaped a little bit so they look more 2016.I ended up with THE THINNEST SPERM LOOKING EYEBROWS EVER, I HATED THEM AND STILL DO. I ENDED UP THEN WASTING NEARLY 50 MORE DOLLARS JUST TO GET MAKEUP TO DO THEM. I used to wake up and just brush them out and go for the natural look because they WERE so thick and beautiful. Now I can barely look into the mirror without hating my face.

Everyones really nice, the prices are good, they now have a mobile app which you can use to schedule haircuts now, which is nice, or phone ahead. This location sometimes becomes very very busy, so calling ahead isnt a bad idea.
