I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Called service guard with Blackhills because our AC isn’t working and it is expected to be 107 degrees. The soonest they can come is 4 days later!!!! That is asinine! We pay a monthly fee for their service and they can’t even come in a TIMELY manner to fix our AC! DO NOT use them and waste your money! This is outrageous! They expect us to hold out in this kind of heat. They need a better emergency protocol set up for scenarios such as this. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

This hair salon is the cream of the crop for talented hairstylists. I have been getting my hair done by Nikki even before she started working at Ambition Salon. My Mom and I have been getting our hair done by Nikki for over 10 years. Nikki is THE most talented hairstylist I have ever met! Nikki is the best!

The food was bad. My daughter ordered her meal without gravy. There was gravy on her food. I ordered my eggs over easy so I could dip my bisquits in my eggs. My eggs were hard as rocks. The bisquits were hard as rocks. Worst meal ever.

I DONT RECOMMEND SERVICE GUARD!!!! WASTE OF MONEY! My dryer kept reading the error code HC. A service guard employee came twice to try and fix it. First time he looked over everything and said there was nothing. Second time didnt even take anything apart and said it was the duct vent. I got the duct vent all cleaned out and it still was not working. I called and asked for a DIFFERENT employee to come. They sent the SAME worker. He still was saying it was the duct vent and didnt take the back of the dryer off or nothing. just the coil. I ended up calling Samsung and they were able to help me even though my warranty expired. The employee from Samsung took off the back of the dryer and IMMEDIATELY knew what was wrong. The heater grounded causing high temp fault. they were able to replace right there and its working great! The samsung guy said it was obvious that was the issue when he took off the back of the dryer.I dont know if the Service guard employee was lazy or incompetent, but I pay for the highest level of service and I find it absolutely ridiculous that they dont know what theyre doing and just GUESSING!I called Black Hills Energy and wanted to speak to the supervisor at the Council Bluffs location. The customer service guy said a person would be calling me the next day. THAT WAS 3 DAYS AGO! NO CALL!!!!Currently looking for a different company for appliance repairs. Service guard is a joke!

Repair guy showed up, explained the problem we were having with our water heater, showed us how to relight it so that we could avoid having to call them out again if the light goes out again.
