I scheduled service from Council Bluffs Appliance Repair to fix our broken oven. The technician was able to arrive soon after I called and had the appliance repaired in no time! The entire appointment was no longer than 20 minutes.

The issue was not resolved but instead of trying to correct it...they decided I lived too far out of town. I am to assume that since the second trip would be at their expense they were no longer interested in correcting any issue.

They were able to successfully repair my washing machine. I thought I was going to have to buy a brand new washer, but thanks to Council Bluffs Appliance Repair I was able to fork over much less cash than I was expecting and only for a repair instead of a full replacement. I am thankful for the technician Johnathan who was very easy to work with during the appliance repair process. Thanks again!

The service was great and arrived as scheduled fixed our problem withina few minutes and was very honest didnt try to sell us things that were not needed. Great to find an honest repair person.Thanks so much will definitely use this service again

Did not return call, when I did get ahold of them they have such a small coverage area that apparently you have to live next door to get service.
